For a person with a really wide foot, the other rim of felt was too confining, even in wide size.

These are so versatile, can be worn to gym or a casual event, so cute

The fit worked as I read other reviews recommending a size up. I normally wear a 9 1/2 wide and the 10 wide fit just right. My only disappointment was the shoes were made in China. I thought they were made in the USA. Also, I ordered the grey and the shoestrings were s bright white. I switched them out for a grey set.

The sizing on these was a little off for me. I typically wear a 7.5 or 8 wide in New Balance shoes. I ordered an 8 wide since that's what was in stock. However, they felt extra wide and were still a little short. I'm going to try for an 8.5 regular, but that's not a shoe size I have ever worn before.

Too small by half a size. I am usually 7.5 in all shoes but have to go up to an 8.

Definitely needed to size up from 9.5 to 10 despite ordering the same size in New Balance shoes forever. These do run small.

Cute shoe but runs small and narrow. I like my shoes snug, but decided to heed the many reviews and ordered a 1/2 size up. Still way to snug. Need to return for an full size up and maybe a wide.

Really liked the shoes, but I have a problem foot so had to return them and ordered a different shoe. Thanks to Zappo for this web site.

I loved these in pink but since I previously ordered these same shoes in size 9, knowing New Balance shoes run small for me,and they are fine with thick sox but a tad loose without, I thought I would try 8.5 in these. Too tight and looked odd. Returned. Too bad because I LOVE the color.

These were very cute in person. I got them in the light gray color. However, based on reviews I ordered up and that was totally incorrect... not sure if people just don’t know their size or what but it’s a true to size shoe. I am a solid 8.5 in several brands (sperry, aerosols, keds, to name a few) and these were too big in a 9. Especially considering the padding will probably squish down a bit and they will be even bigger after a couple wears.

I have listened to reviews about this shoe running small so I ordered size up, but they were to big, maybe half size up would work better, otherwise those are very nice sneakers

These are really good looking shoes - but I agree with the other reviewer that these run small. Size up!

Returning these because they're way too small I'm going to have to jump up the next size up other than that I love those sneakers I'm hoping they have them in the size I need

The fit and size were perfect my issue is that its suppose to be green but its definitely not, it looks like beige with a hint of green not the color I was looking for at all

Too stiff. Almost can't bend.

The length was fine but it was more narrow than my other pairs. Too bad.

I ordered the neo flame and received a light orange and medium orange shoe that was unisex therefore too wide. I really think I got the wrong shoe. Anyway, back they go! Love Zappos return policy; thanks Zappos

First off the color combo of green and pink with white is excellent! I’m typically a size 5.5 but tried a size 6 in these. They were too big, So I exchanged for a 5.5. The shoes are a bit odd to me because the toe box felt really narrow. My big toes felt like it was pushing against the side of the shoe. I don’t have particularly wide feet and have never had a problem before with other brands. I really wanted to like these but for me the fit was just off so I returned and won’t be wearing New Balances.

I always love the feel and fit of New Balance sneakers. These are a bit more stiff than the ones I usually wear, due to the suede all over. They are okay. Kind of remind me of my 1980s kid sneakers. Due to the bulky fit I don't wear them as much. The yellow color is awesome, though, with the right outfit!
