Customer Reviews Brooks Chaser 5" Shorts

Wanted to love these, but the inside liner and waist are very snug. The shorts themselves were close to a perfect fit (I bought a size small, and am 5'5", 130lbs.), but the liner was uncomfortably tight. I ran in these twice and it created a massive wedgie the entire time lol. The material of the shorts is so lightweight, and I LOVE the black/grey with rose gold coloring of the pair I bought, but the fit just wasn't quite right unfortunately :(

I love everything about these shorts except they run very small.

Not usual Brooks quality or fit. The fabric is stiff and not as soft as usual. I’ve worn the shorts once and they already have a hole in the lining. Not typical of Brooks and disappointed.

These are super cute but there's a mesh lining on the inside of the waistband that did not agree with my sensitive skin. It felt rough and itchy.

Sizing not consistent with other Brooks Shorts...much smaller

These ran extremely small and are short waisted. Most comfortable, even a size up.

I was pleased with these shorts when I first put them on. They have a liner which is nice, but there is no drawcord to adjust the waist. Also after taking off and on, I noticed the stitches at the waistband cracked. After wearing them around to run errands, I'm disappointed. I'm a bit curvy/athletic and have larger thighs. I find these shorts moving around too much. I am constantly trying to adjust them and keep the sides down when walking with a purse. I can't imagine running in them. I'm worried about chafing.

Way too small. Had to return them. Color was fantastic though.

These are very small, I should have gone up 2 sizes
