Had to buy this in a half size bigger than normal because the size 11 which I normally buy the toebox was really tight. The 11 1/2 works as far as the toebox goes but it is too long and I have narrow feet.

Straight up, I have a narrow foot and shoes narrow enough are difficult to find. I wear and 8 1/2 AAA to AAAA in street shoes. I ordered this shoe in a 10 AA. The length is perfect and as expected it is too wide. I can solve the width problem by wearing thicker socks. The collar is higher on this shoe than some but it is well padded and I don't find it to be a problem. Now, if shoe manufacturers can just shorten the length of shoe laces on their narrower shoes ... It's not perfect (few shoes are), but this shoe is a keeper for my daily walks.

The cushioning is great, but not equal all over. More in the heal than anywhere else. Great shoe, though. Good bounce.

I bought these shoes (after several pairs of Asics that were ordered) to replace the Asics Kayano 24. I did not like how the new Kayanos fit, the 25s. So after trying on several pairs I finally kept the Nimbus. IMO, these seem the most comparable to he Kayano 24. I have medium with feet that are very flat. So there is some arch support. I like that they’re all black with just a little bit of weight because I do wear these to travel, through airports, cities etc. and I don’t like to have bright colors. I’m very impressed overall with the comfort and the materials used. They are reasonably priced you overall, and I may end up ordering a second back up pair. These will be used for both running and city walking. I’ve felt they were also a very lightweight shoe. I also did not have to break them in. I bought my usual size which is a 9 1/2 and was able to wear them right out of the box with no problem.

I have always worn a 7.5 women's medium for 20+ years. These shoes felt too narrow and my toes were at the very end of the shoes. I had to return and get 1/2 size larger.

These seem to have less cushion than my prior Asics. I took them for a spin, and my knee hurt after. I’m going to give them another try, but I fear I may have to look around for another running shoe. I have always run in a size 9, purchased a 9, and they felt as expected in terms of size. They were comfortable for walking around. I just noticed the knee issue when running.

I’ve worn this style before although the reviews said to go a half size up, I didn’t listen and went with the a size 7.5 (the size I wore in the last Gel Nimbus I had). It’s also my regular tennis shoe size. I should’ve listened to the reviews as the shoe is a half size too small. The arch support is great for a high arch. I plan to send these back for a size 8 and maybe get a different color besides the grey (but that’s more of a personal preference).

I had given up on the nimbus since they changed them a while back and they were too small. I tried going up ansize but still unhappy. But, I read a review and went up 1/2 size up and ordered in wide. Perfect!

I was skeptical about these shoes as I have specific issues. I felt the arch of my foot was actually being supported (felt like it was hugging that part of my foot) really well. After having worn them around the house for several days I feel confident that these shoes will be more than adequate for my needs. I like the mesh and the design. Overall, well pleased.

The wide wasn't wide enough for me so I'd probably need to go a half or full size larger, but the sole felt ultra padded which seemed like it would be great for ball of the foot pain (which I was looking for).

I have had several of this exact style of shoe over the years. I have always worn a size 7 in running shoes, including the Nimbus. I have also always worn regular width, although my foot tends to be a bit on the narrow side. I ordered this shoe in a 7 M. The entire shoe, with the exception of the toe box, was too tight. My heel felt crammed into a tiny little shoe. I could not loosen the shoe strings enough to make the top of the shoe fit. However the toe box seemed to fit perfectly, I had plenty of room to wiggle my toes. I did not attempt to re-order a size larger because I think it would have then been too large in the toe box. I did love the gray/pink color, but unfortunately with running shoes the fit is way more important than the looks, so sadly I had to send them back.

Love these sneakers. Fit is a little short but with a thin sock is ok. I got the black with pink, and the Indigo blue, both are nicer looking than the picture.

This shoe is a big improvement over the 19. The cushioning is good as is the support. I always go up a size in running shoes and did so with this purchase (one of many purchases of this model). My left toe hits the front on this version, so I guess I should consider going up another half size, but I think it would be too big for my right foot. I agree with all the other complaints about the lack of consistency by Asics in the sizing of their shoes. It shouldn't be that hard.

I tried numerous sizes as I have worn Gel Nimbus for years. My favorite was the 16 which I bought long after it was in production. The 19 was the least like all previous shoes. I wear between an 8 1/2-9 shoe. I finally found a prefect fit in the 8 1/2 narrow. I will buy numerous pairs as I fear they will change the sizing and style again but for now have finally found a shoe that fits.

I grabbed these sneaks as a pair-in-waiting because they were on sale. I don't need them now, but will in about six months due to daily walking. I wear a hard-to-get size (11.5 N), so there are not many choices. I recently purchased a pair of Brooks Adrenaline, but those soles are not very forgiving. The uppers are not so hugging either, as opposed to the Asics, which have more cushioning all around. I wish the Asics was more reasonably priced all the time. BTW, experience tells me that the Asics soles will wear out after six months or less. It's almost like all these sneakers are considered disposable, planned obsolescence. Surely there materials exist today that can last longer.

I got the indigo & I thought it would be more navy than it is - It has more teal on it than I was expecting. Other than that I'm happy with the shoe. I normally wear a 9 1/2 narrow in most shoes but in this I wear a 10 narrow & it fits well. I have another pair of Asics in a 10 N & I like the way they fit. It's hard finding an athletic shoe in narrow.

ASICS are the only sneaker I wear. I have problem and narrow feet.i searched for comfortable shoes and ASICS Gel Nimbus is what I ended up wearing for the last 5 years. They do run a bit shorter than some other shoes. I usually wear a 9 1/2 or 10 narrow. However, in ASICS I have to get a 10 1/2 narrow. The comfort of the gel has been a blessing for me. Haven’t found any that were more comfortable.

I bought these shoes because I've been recently struggling with plantar fasciitis and they came well reviewed by many sites. I haven't been wearing them with my arch supports, and they still feel good. I also notice that they encourage better alignment from my hip through my knees. I usually wear a 9/9.5 and opted for a 10 in these based on my experience with athletic shoes in general. Plenty of room in the toe box, and though I have narrow feet, they don't swallow my foot. They do feel bulkier than the style I typically use for cross-training / HIIT classes, but the relief on my heels and hips makes it worth it.

I got these to replace my old ASICS Kayano Gel 20s, which I’ve been putting off because so many reviews said the newer designs made the toe box too small. The toe box on these seems fine—I’ve compared them to my old ones and I can’t see a significant difference. Because they’re new, they’re stiffer and firmer than my worn-out pair. I assume the insole will soften up as it breaks in. The heel cushioning and arch support seem similar to my old pair. I’m hoping the forefoot cushioning is a little better, as that was the only part of the old shoes I didn’t like. The sole doesn’t stick out as much from the body of the shoe, which I think is an improvement, because occasionally I would catch the back of the heel on the stairs with the older model. Overall I’m happy with these.

This shoe fits about 3/4 of a size small compared to prior Gel-Nimbus that I have worn in the past...

Nice looking and cushioning shoe, but footbed too narrow in toe box area.

I'm not a runner so don't know how these shoes work for running, but I work out in a gym & walk a lot & am just happy to find good shoes in a narrow. I usually wear a 9 1/2 but in an athletic shoe if I can find a narrow I take a 10. These shoes are comfortable & fit well. I have a couple other pair of Asics & am happy with them.
