Short and tight for a 7.5 which i always wear.

I have very wide feet so the reviews made a lot more sense once I received the shoes. Some reviews mention how the shoes don’t have enough flex to them. The front cap part of the shoe is covered by the canvas fabric but supporting that under the fabric is rubber just like the same as the sole of the shoe. This stopped right before the arch starts. My bunions rubbed against them and made them uncomfortable. I also ordered the white color and was slightly disappointed to see they are more of a linen white than true white. I do own Taos sandals that are comfortable, I’m sure these are cheap for some but not this style on me sadly.

The style is quite cute. However, when walking in these shoes, I felt like they were slipping off at the heel!! The toe box was big enough, however at this price the inside of the shoe felt rough. Sad I have to keep looking!! Needs a little more engineering!!

I so wanted these to fit well but the heel height just is not high enough to fit my foot well and I can tell that the edge of the shoe heel would rub my heel wrong. Perhaps on other feet, the heel height would not be a problem.

Too small, disappointing since i love Taos and the color.

This is 2 nd time I’ve ordered this sneaker to try. It’s true their special footbed and the arch support are indeed awesome. But, it’s just not cute ! I don’t like the huge wide toe area and won’t enjoy wearing them. Returning, but will try a pair of Taos sandals to see if I can find a cuter style with the great support.

These were too heavy and inflexible for me. Found them uncomfortable.

These shoes were super comfortable on the bottom but they were too long but too narrow at the same time. The problem was where the laces begin at the toe end is exactly where the tongue begins. Also at this same place there is a lot of reinforcing stitching going on making the shoes as hard as concrete on that spot.. sadly, I returned them.

I liked the shoes but I could have worn a half size smaller. I did size up because of the other reviews when I purchased. The main reason I returned was because of the canvas material. It was too scratchy for me, not soft. I have foot issues so didn’t work for me. It is a thick canvas which I believe would hold up well. The shoes are cute,

Love the looks and have several Taos shoes but these are way to narrow and will have to return unfortunately.

These shoes are very cute however i felt like they were heavy on my feet. I am typically a 7.5 wide which is what i ordered and they are definitely too long and too wide. Decided to look for a different style. I have to say that i love Taos shoes - i have pair of sandals and a pair of older style tennis shoes.

Loved the look and the terrific arch support. However, out of the box, it rubbed the back of my ankles, and that’s not a good way to start. Sadly, I returned them.

These are fairly comfortable shoes however the style made my feet look more "mature" than I'm going for.

Not nearly as attractive in person. They look like flat "blah" shoes. Could feel everything under foot as well. Sent back.

The shoe is really cute but the left shoe started rubbing after wearing it for 15 minutes :(

I wanted to love these shoes. Cute style, good foot bed and arch support. The problem is that the canvas portion of the shoe is very stiff so, every time I took a step, the top bent sharply and dug into the top of my foot. I have a high instep so that might have been part of the problem. Sadly, they are being returned.

Fit but too stiff and make clopping noise when walking.

Just didn't feel right on my foot.

Unlike the Union sneakers, which were my favorite, these soles are too stiff and the inside of the shoe is rough at the seams and rubbed my foot raw. I still kept them and wear occasionally-with socks. Not for walking very far.

I had these shoes on red from a few years again and I love them and still wear them. I bought the exact same size in black. They are so stiff. I can't walk in them and my heel keeps coming out of the shoe

I ordered my usual size and they are too long. Great look, etc. but I think I am too old to go with the "SNEAKER" trend. I missed cushioning under my feet and did not like the "flat" feeling for lengthy walking.

I like this brand because they run kinda wide and have nice arch support and foot bed. I didn't realize they were canvas when I ordered white, but anyway the top of the shoe is stiff and cuts into the top of my foot when I walk. They might soften up if I wear them. Not sure how I feel.

I wanted to love these. I love the style. These are advertised as providing superior arch and metatarsal support. The arch support was good but there simply is not enough cushioning in the toe bed to truly be considered to be providing superior metatarsal support. That is the only reason why I am returning these.
