I was so disappointed in this shoe. The moment I put it on I knew it was going back. The whole inside of the shoe was uncomfortable. I could feel every stitch. I had such high hope. The shoes were really stiff too for a canvas shoe. I have wide feet with a high arch and ordered the wide, but it wasn't wide. Although I could loosen the laces to accommodate my arch, the inside of the shoe was so uncomfortable there was no way I was going to walk around in them. I could tell I'd have a tone of little blisters all over my foot.

For canvas shoes, these are very stiff. While I did order a wide, the stitching was directly around the widest part of my foot, so they did not feel wide and also pressed on my not yet bunion. They just weren't comfortable - and I wanted them to be so badly!

Size was true to size 7. Just uncomfortable.

I was hoping that the arch support would make these shoes a better fit for me, but even wearing a half size up, they were too narrow for my feet

So sad that these shoes didn't fit my feet. They weren't exactly too big, but they just didn't fit--granted, I have sort of weird feet: my big toes are really long, so sometimes the arch support isn't in the right place when the shoe is long enough. They are so cute and I was hoping to wear them for many days of walking in Portugal, but unfortunately it was not to be. The cushioning felt good. They are also very heavy, but that alone wouldn't have been a deal-breaker. It looks like I'll bring my Hokas, which are not nearly as cute with dresses and skirts, but are always insanely comfortable.

I ordered a half size larger as suggested by other reviewers: too big overall, foot wiggles around too much. I suggest ordering your usual size,

These shoes are so cute! But the toe box is too narrow and the heel too loose. Sad to have to return them.

Wanted these in red but they were not available in my size, so decided to try the duo blue pair. Nice style, but odd fit. Runs narrow. Moderate arch support, not as much as I was anticipating. Very stiff and ridged, and little cushioning. They kind of slap against the floor when walking. I've had them for a while, wearing them around the house trying to decide. They will be returned. So close, but miss the mark of a perfect shoe.

I ordered a wide but it wasn’t wide enough for my bunions. Wide is usually a good fit me. The shoes are really cute with good arch support and padding, but I had to send them back.

Low arch support. Felt heavy and flat when walking.

Cute but I don’t wear them a ton yet they are very noisy to walk around in. Click with every step.

These are very stiff. I have narrow heals and they slipped off, despite the length being O.K.

These feel so Narrow - I bought a wide and my toes are so pinched. Maybe over time these will spread, but the process of getting there has been so painful. I'm also going to add that these shoes EAT SOCKS.

These shoes are so cute and fit true-to-size. Unfortunately, I had to return them as they are too flat a show for me. If you need more support and some heel elevation, probably not the show for you. If you can wear a flat show, they are cute!

I loved the look of these shoes. The length and width were just fine. But they were uncomfortable as they had no arch support, and in fact, felt like i was walking on a board.

The style is nice and the arch support seemed very good. As other reviewers have posted, it felt narrow through the side and toe area and the soles squeak very loudly on hardwood floors. Returned.

Really cute shoes but to get them long enough, I ordered the next size. Unfortunately, the tongue cuts into my ankles in front. Hurts. Returning. The support on these feels perfect. I wish I could wear them. I have very painful feet if the support is lacking.

Love the look and style of these shoes and the variety of colors. Arch support is good. They run narrow. The wide is not available in the color I selected. I'll return these and try a wide in another color to see if there is a difference. While the Plim Soul sole is deeper than the Star sole, they are not especially cushioning. They are kind of stiff. Kind of clunky. The flat bottom kind of slaps against the ground rather than allowing the foot to roll forward. They would not be a good travel shoe. They would be comfortable enough to wear for any length of time, or for walking any distance. With some design changes, these would be great shoes. Thanks to Zappos for being such a great company to let us try on and to compare, to keep the best and return those that won't work.

I want so bad to keep these shoes. They are so cute and pretty comfy but they slide up and down on my heel. I read reviews and they said to order a 1/2 size up (which I did the 1st time) so I thought that’s why they were sliding. I sent them back and got my true size (8m) and they still slide. After investigating the shoe, I think it is because the insole is so thick that my foot doesn’t go far enough in and it doesn’t hold my heel down far enough. I really hate it! I’m going to have to send the 8 back too.

Cute but no arch support and oddly wide in the back heel so had to tighten laces almost uncomfortably to get them to stay on properly in the back.

The width and arch support were great but the shoe rubbed on my heel hitting one of my problem areas, so I will be returning.

These are very nice, but did not work for me. They were not comfortable on my feet. I seem to only be able to wear certain brands and unfortunately this isn't one of them.

I loved the style of these, but just didn't find them comfortable. I think my feet aren't designed for this style of shoe. I'm a 7.5 and the first pair I ordered was a 7.5. Couldn't get my feet in them. Exchanged for a size 8 and they still felt short and narrow. Ended up returning the 8 and I've given up. Wish they had worked out because they are super cute.
