Love the shoe, but it was a half size too small. My foot measures as 11D and I needed to go up to 11 1/2D for it to fit and feel comfortable.

It wasn't obvious to me for a few days but the sizing was about 1/2 size smaller than I expected. As a result I have to get another pair. I am sure with the right fit it will be a great shoe. everything else about it is great.

Loved the look of these sneakers but felt very uncomfortable. I have problems with my knees and these sneakers seemed to make it worse.

Been wearing ASICS Nimbus for many years, size 11. Had to give the 19s to my son because size 11 felt like a 10.5. Ordered the 20s in 11.5 and they are still tight: both in overall length and room in the toe box. Order a full size larger than what you wore in these prior to the 19s. Style is good, material is very breathable all around (a double mesh that lets light and water in); since I’m returning I can’t say how they wear.

Bought these shoes 12/20/2017 hoping they would help my aching ankles (caused by under-pronation) and it worked. But - after only 60 days my big toe is wearing a hole in the front webbing on both shoes. Pretty disappointed in that, especially considering that these were more pricey than other ASICs I have used. I will probably have to replace them with something else in the next couple weeks. I wear them at minimum 2-3 hours per day, both for brisk exercise walking and for casual use.

I've been wearing the nimbus almost since it came out. Always have worn a 12 until the 19 & 20 came out. I am now a size 13 according to Asics. The toebox is larger than the 19 which is better.

Why not back to 17 ? It was the best ! Everybody was so happy with him! I think a lot of nimbus users are disappointed, it does not fit well, especially on toe box...sorry.

Got my new nimbus 20s and fit was much better then 19s but something felt different, took out insole and discovered it's half as thick as old ones.i don't know why you had to change that but it definetly is less springy.please stop trying to save weight on these shoes.now I have to go buy insoles.

Love Asics but sizes are off. Ordered a 12 because that was my previous Asic running shoe I bought last year. Too tight. I will re-order this shoe in a 12.5 if they ever get me my refund money. They have had the return back for 7 days....

I have worn ASICS for 30+ years. They fit me perfectly. Now with the resizing you have RUINED them. Please bring back the older wider fit. PLEASE..... You are losing this loyal customer.

These shoes are much cheaper than previous models. They are lighter which is not something I need in a training shoe. The cushion is not what it use to be and feels like the cheaper foam Nike has been using. Unless Asics does something, I will be switching to Brooks. Ive been running in these shoes for 10+ years and can't recommend this iteration.

Smaller toe-box in this model than other ASICS models. I love ASICS, generally, because they are comfortable for long runs, and the outside heel does not wear as fast as others (like Brooks). I like Asics also because they offer "wide" sizes. However, the top of my big toe (nail) rubbed on the inside of the toe box on both shoes -- even though there was room in front of the toe. I wear thin socks; they are just tighter than other ASICS models I've had. After two runs I know that I would soon wear a hole in all of my socks, and eventually end up with black toenails. I returned them, and went back to the Gel Cumulus that I've had before.

After trying on this 20 edition Gel-Nimbus shoe and then immediately putting on my previously purchased 18 edition Gel-Nimbus shoe there is a noticeable decrease in sole cushioning and exterior meshing quality within the newer model. Same story between the 18 version and older well worn 15 version that I just can't part with. This latest purchase is going back. I am mourning the demise a great shoe that has been a best friend running companion for many years. Shame on you ASICS!

I'm not sure if I these particular Asics were of poor quality or if this particular line is just not well- built, but I am not happy with these shoes. I have purchased Asics Nimbus in the past and been extremely happy, but this pair was not a good pair. Has Asics changed the quality of Nimbus? Or, is there a reason why these were less expensive ($99)? Jeff

I ordered this shoe along with the same sizein the Asics Gel Foundation 13. The GF13 fit as expected but the Nimbus 20 was way too small and narrow. Amazing how much difference there was in sizing from the same manufacturer and similar shoe style. Why even have a size on the shoe if they are not even close? I have bought and worn over a dozen pair of Asics in the past few years after changing from New Balance but it looks like I need to go back to NB.

This is from my husband... I have been wearing Asics Cumulus or Nimbus shoes consistently for over 20 years. It has been the only running shoe I've purchased since the late 1990's. I'm disappointed that the last several shoes I've bought over the past couple years seem to wear out faster than in the past. I believe it started with the version 19 and 20. Specifically, my right pinky toe has broken through the lining, creating a hole in the toe box. It has happened with the last four pair I've bought after about 3 months of running 25-30 miles per week. It seems to be happening with the new design, which doesn't include any plastic lining in the lateral portion of the toe box. I hate the idea of having to purchase a new pair of shoes because I feel a great deal of loyalty to the company, particularly because the shoes were so good for so long. But given the higher cost of of the Nimbus and the fact that it no longer seems to hold up, I'm now considering purchasing a new pair of cushion running shoes.

I've been buying Asics Gel-Nimbus for release after release. They have been great. These shoes feel cheap and they are too small. Ive worn the same size since the Number 14. It's not my feet that changed. Too bad, I have to find a new shoe brand.

This version has the same sizing as previous versions. I've read otherwise but when I went up a half size they were way to big. I returned the proper fitting shoes because there is a seam sewn across the top of the toe box that caught the tip of my toenails with every step. Very annoying. I wanted to like these shoes with the great sale price but opted for the Brooks Ghost 11 instead because when worn back to back the Brooks are a much better feeling and looking shoe.
I'd also recommend:

Not the full arch support I’m used to with Asics. Plus they ran a tad narrower and shorter then then the size 13 stated. I returned them unused with the tags still on.

Compared to the ASICS GEL-NIMBUS 20 SP, these were shorter in the toe box though they were the same size. Keeping the ASICS GEL-NIMBUS 20 SP and returning these
