I usually wear 8.5 with room to spare, but these ran really short. Even with a 9 my toes were scraping the front of the shoe. Lots of support, but they felt a bit clunky for my taste.

I thought this would be a winner but alas ---it felt a bit narrow - and too pointy at the toes......so back it goes. I'll try for another.....

These shoes do run small - I ordered a 1/2 size larger than normal for me and they fit fine. They also were very comfortable for a short time. However they had way less arch support and were overall less supportive than I have come to expect from a Brooks shoe. They felt more like a slipper than an athletic shoe even with my custom orthotics inserted. Found them disappointing and sadly had to return them.

Ordered these shoes !/2 size larger than my normal size because of the reviews and also my previous experience with Brooks shoes. They fit fine and I definitely needed the 1/2 size larger. My normal size would have been too snug. Additionally, they had the least support of any pair of Brooks I've ordered before. They have a very soft, bedroom slipper-like feel. Very little noticable arch support. But for my custom orthotics, I would not be able to wear them. Haven't decided yet whether or not to keep them.

Loved how these looked and loved the color. Unfortunately, the toe box was too narrow for me so I had to return them. For reference, I usually wear the Glycerine style.

The launch 4 fit fine this launch 5 is too narrow. Love the style but

I'm a fan of Brooks and liked the style. Unfortunately, I had to return due to limited room in the toe box.

I bought these because I need a good shoe for training for a half-marathon, so needed something that would work for long runs. The Brooks Launch is highly rated across a number of running sites. I'm usually a 10, but these in a 10 felt like a 9.5 or even a 9. My toes were right up against the end of the shoe, so I knew I wouldn't be able to do long runs. Also, even after just a few minutes of walking around my house, my toes and arches started to feel numb. I'm not sure that even sizing up would have helped that. I ended up keep the Altra shoe that felt like it would allow my feet to relax and expand over 6-8 mile regular runs.

I was hoping they would be comfortable but they will be going back. Small toe area, heel not padded enough for me. But a good looking shoe

I will return them. I chose the shoes because I've had good luck with Brooks shoes fitting well. Not the case with this pair. They seem to be incorrectly sized. They were simply too narrow especially the heel and toward the middle portion. The length was fine so going up 1/2 size would not have helped.

I ordered the Brooks launch 5 (peacock blue) because my husband wears Brooks (launch 4) and enjoys them so I thought I would give them a try. On arrival, I tried them on but they were snug (width, length) in my usual size 8.5. The material of the shoe seemed too thin for my preference- so unfortunately, I sent I had to send them back.

I put these shoes on to go for a run. I order a 9.5 ( usually wear a 9). My toe was almost coming out the top. Order a full size up from normal shoe size.

I wore these shoes very briefly, about a half hour. In that time, the balls of both feet went numb. Returning. It's a shame because I'd had a previous pair that were really great until the side of the toe area collapsed.

I have a fairly wide toe, but have done fine in many running shoes with a size 7. These were both narrower than other brands and short. When I put my foot in, my toes were all the way up against the end! I liked the design and had heard great things about Brooks, and ordered a 7.5, which is larger than I've ever bought. The 7.5 was still a bit short and I really noticed how narrow the toe box is for me. The sides of my foot were kind of hanging over the sole of the shoe on either side. I swear I don't have crazy wide troll feet! Guess Brooks is not my brand.

i've worn brooks launch running shoes for five years, this is prob my sixth or seventh pair. I ALWAYS wear a size 8 bc I like them roomy and for my toe not to hit when i run and these are HUGE :(

I haven’t yet decided if i am keeping these, probably not. They fit comfortably enough, but i am writing to comment on the upper materials used in this shoe . I own about 6 pairs of Brooks running shoes which i mainly use for fitness classes and walking. Brooks used to use an interesting combination of materials, textures, inserted panels in their shoes that i thought were special, unusual and beautiful.this last pair are the plainest least adorned and with the cheapest fabric upper by far. I don’t mean adorned using color for effect, but with a variety of materials and patterns intricately placed. I guess because it’s just a cheap fabric upper the shoe might be a bit lighter, but i am disappointed and hope that they will go back to producing the beautiful sneakers they once made.

Great quality but too narrow and not enough toe box room; too pointy and pinched. Going back to go-to NBs which have always had ample toe box room. However even NB is beginning to get stingy with regular width and toe box these days.

I have a pair of Launch 4's and LOVE them, but these 5's were way too narrow. I was really disappointed.

These shoes looked great, felt great, just walking but not much support for running.

Waaaaay too narrow in the toes. Fit totally different than my Ghost 8s. Had to return. They were cute though.

Too small and too narrow..

I bought these thinking they were black, gray and white. That's what it looks like in the picture. It is actually black, dark blue and white. If they were the color that I thought, I would keep them.

The arch support was not at all what I expected based on the reviews I read. Very disappointed.

There is no doubt the Launch 5 are stylish with the great color patterns and 3D printed mesh fabric. But that is the only thing going for them. The fit and comfort are way off from the previous Launch version. The heel-to-toe differential is too great since it feels as if there is no cushion from the mid-to fore foot at all (the heels are too chunky for a neutral shoe). I always size up at least one shoe size from my street shoes, but these felt too short for me even at a full size larger. Toe box is decent width and arch support is ok, but I always use orthotic inserts to support my high arches and there was enough room to accommodate. These shoes didn't have enough of what I needed besides style to satisfy this serious runner so I sent them back.

I am sorry to have to return these shoes. I have been wearing Brooks Launch for years, but this new version is not the same. They are way too big and my feet slide. The toe box is also jtoo large and out of proportion.
