Liked the style but it seemed to run smaller and more narrow. It had good support.

This is my second pair of Brooks. I currently am using the Ghost 11 which I have to say is awesome. The Launch 5 isn't a disappointment, however, my preference is still the Ghost 11. The look of this pair is great!!!!

I do love this shoe but it is pretty narrow, and I have never had a problem with narrow. I loved the GTS 17, it fit me perfectly and I think I am going to try the new GTS 19 and hope it fits the same.

I always size up a full size in running shoes, so I'm typically a 7.5 and an 8.5 works fine for me in these. Have 2 pairs of Launch 4's and I feel like this version (the 5) is a bit firmer and narrower than previous versions. Overall, a good shoe for shorter runs. Like the black/yellow combination - it's very pretty.

These definitely run small. I order a half size up in Addidas running shoes, but I had to go a full size up in this style of Brooks. I really like that the shoe seems to 'hug' your foot, but not in an uncomfortable way. Once I got the shoe size right, the fit is really nice. I wear them for walking, with some running thrown in and my foot feels well-supported. I've never worn Brooks before, but so far, so good.

Overall, this shoe is ok, but wasn't for me. The fit was true to Brooks size. For reference, I ordered a 9.5, and always wear a 9.5 in Brooks and Nike. As soon as I took it out of the box, I could tell the fabric was too thick. I tried it on, but my opinion didn't change. I hate it when my feet get hot, so I definitely prefer a more mesh type, breathable fabric on my running shoe. This one went back. Other that that, it was comfortable, and seemed like it would provide good cushioning and stability when running.

I loved everything about this show until I ran in it. I didn't have any room in the toe box. I always order 8s in Brooks but these felt like 71/2

I love Brooks shoes. They are the only brand I wear for athletic shoes. This particular shoe is very comfortable. The material is stretchy and seems to work very well with my feet, which are a bit narrow. I love the color. My only issue with these shoes are that they squeak—loudly! I bought the same shoe in a different color and they squeak as well. They seem to have gotten better with wear. I have not decided if I am going to keep this pair.

Really wanted to love this shoe - the fit was comfortably snug and the shoe itself was very lightweight. The one issue I had was it lacked sufficient support for my feet and there was very little "cush" to the sole, so it felt like I was walking on the floor itself. I ended up getting the Ghost 11 which I LOVE.

I love love love the Launch 5. Extremely comfortable fit and feel, even on a wider foot. HOWEVER, the fit varies by the color/style. I purchased several color/styles: Pink/Blue/Yellow, White/Grey/Ebony, Black/Ebony/Primer Grey, and Peacock Blue/Navy/Cantaloupe. Whereas the Pink, White, and Black styles have plenty of give and are uniformly comfortable, the Peacock has paint in the fabric that reduces the give and makes for a tighter fit across the ball of the foot. Am returning the Peacock and thoroughly enjoying the others.

Good running shoe, but still prefer my Ghosts for longer runs.

LOVE Brooks shoes and this Launch 5 did not disappoint! They're supportive and comfortable. Highly recommend ordering at least a half size larger.

I really like these shoes for running! They're very lightweight compared to Asics and others that I've used before. The heels are a littler wider than I'm used to, but I like the sole, arch support, and style!

This one is tricky because at first, they felt great. Great arch support and stiff but flexible. However, the shoe got hot after about 1 mile in them and the stiffness isn't great when you're trying to do marathon miles - you need some flexibility. They ended up feeling like dead weights. For running I wouldn't recommend. Brooks always runs a half size smaller than they say. I am a 9 1/2 and I have to get a 10 in Brooks to get the right fit, so just be aware that their sizing is a bit off.

Beautiful shoes. Loved the lavender trim. The shoes seem to be a little too narrow for my feet. Also, had to buy a size larger than usual. At first, they felt great but started to pinch my toes after about an hour of wear. I have ordered a different style of Brooks in a wide from a different vendor but have not received them yet. Wish these came in a wide with.

Fun, great looking shoe, feels a smidge small. I typically wear a 9 in Saucony and Skechers so based on reviews and the Zappos site "recommended size" tool, I ordered a 9. Half size bigger would be more comfortable with socks, but these will be fine. I'm not a runner, but ordered these based on reco's of an avid walker and also from a nurse, and it was a great choice. The mechanics of heel-to-toe motion is very natural, free flowing. The drop from heel height to forefoot height is just right for me and the shoe is recommended by Brooks for reducing stress on the Achilles, just what I was after. The collar is not bulky and the tongue is part of the inner "bootie" so stays in place and is comfortable. Would probably try a half size larger for future purchases.

I slid my foot into this shoe and it felt perfect. I like that I can remove footbed and add my orthotic. Walked all day at the State Fair with comfort.

loved the look of these shoes but did not feel comfortable. I thought they were a little too narrow. I hate that they do not offer a wide width in these shoes. Had to return them.

I’m an avid runner in Brooks, mostly wearing Ravennas and Adrenalines for the overpronation support. The Launch is very comfortable and will be my new cross training go-to shoe. I found my regular size slightly too tight and suggest ordering a half size larger than usual.

I currently run in the brooks ravenna 9. I wanted to love this shoe, its comfortable overall, but its too narrow in the toe box for me so I had to return it. Sad panda.

This is the first time I have bought Brooks and am very pleased. Usually buy Asics. The black and teal combo makes my 10.5 size not look so big and I like the subtle color under the black, as well as the pop of teal in the ankle and back heel cup. I wear custom orthodics, so I can’t comment on the arch support. They are extremely comfortable and needed no breaking-in period. I wear for walking, gym, and around town (no running). My only concern is that the less dense, white midsole material will break down prematurely, but hopefully not. It also seems like Brooks has re-designed their shoes from what I’ve tried in the past. They used to seem much wider and heavier, and the styling didn’t appeal to me.

Cute! Loved the lobsters! Only thing I didn’t like was the “Run Wicked” & “Happy 2018” printed on the sides. I don’t run but if I did, it would most def be “run cranky”, & I don’t need a model year printed on the shoe b/c when I’m still wearing them like 8 years from now it will be embarrassing, like I don’t need to advertise the fact I’m too poor to buy new shoes
