The straps on this shoe is somewhat too long. After fastening the straps, both stick out too far for looks. Everything works fine, it's just the looks that I am not happy with.

The shoes are quite comfy, except they are to wide. My size is 14 AA and you people don't seem to make that size in the hook and loop models.

The good is the leather uppers and velcro fasteners. The bad is it feels like you're walking on bricks even with the orthotics I have. I got away from these primarily because of that and there's no grip when it's cold outside & very slippery on ice. Since it's summer I can't comment on the current version but Winter is coming.

.For walking. Not nearly as comfortable as the many other NB shoes I have worn, but more expensive. Not padded well. Would not buy again.

Ok it's not the quality I thought it was going to be the shoe is very wide it just doesn't have a good shape

Complications to my left foot has it extended (widened). I bought these hoping they would fit. Not to happen, sorry. I have a pair of your shoes laces-style. I can get them on my feet -- with help -- but they also need widening. Purchased a shoe widener and it does not touch the two pair of shoes. Making extenders (at the wood shop) and will adjust. If you have any suggestions as to widening them a little more, would appreciate it. . . .

I liked the shoes but have narrow feet and am looking now for extra narrow.

Lower strap and tongue is poorly designed but overall comfort acceptable

the hook and loop version does not do justice to the original 928v3 in lace version .because it does not support the foot in the same way .

Shoe box not wide enough. My husband has gout and needs plenty of room because of swelling.

My New Balance shoes already falling apart . The stitches are coming out

I wear 928 lace shoes, but these hook & loop run big, slip on heel, will try half size smaller.

New Balance has been my leisure shoe for years due to foot shape. I have extremely broad feet with a problem in one foot which makes having a very wide shoe a necessity. The limited choice in 6EE walking shoes has forced me to look for other sources.

Walk 5 miles a say and they are not soft enough...too hard!

Too narrow in ball of foot for stated width; too wide in heel for stated width.

These shoes are comfy and stable, however, they are heavy and bulky feeling and looking. Not for me.

you sure it leather awfully thin? Tongue very thick, won't stay centered, hopefully will wear in .? EE snug.

THE QUALITY OF THESE SHOES ARE NOT AS GOOD AS SHOES PAST THE LOOK AND FEEL ARE OF A LOW QUALITY. LIKE MANY PRODUCTS TODAY YOU PAY MORE AND GET LESS

These shoes seem to be well made. However, they do not feel as good as other New Balance shoes I have worn. Perhaps it's a different last? They're not really to large or to small.

Not sized correctly! Or, if so my feet are shrinking (?).

The sizing is not correct. More expensive then the 813's, that are perfect. Can I get a refund? I just ordered another pair of 813's.
