Great pair of shorts! I ordered a second pair!! I am a tall guy, 6'5" and these are long enough t not feel mid-thigh. Very suitable for hiking and outdoor summer activities, but also look amazing with a polo shirt for caual evening wear!

Everyday warm weather use. Used to purchase dockers but they did not hold up with fraying cuffs. North Face garments last and last for years!

My new NF shorts arrived. It's the first week of December here in Minnesota, -7*F as I rode home. These will have to wait for May, or February in Florida. Love the look and the fit. I also love winter, but it's nice to have something to look forward to, Spring and these shorts.

I use this on my daily runs on the trails here in South Florida, and between the humidity and the heat, these shorts have been above the standard; it's incredible how good the material is.

I use these shorts for all my outdoor activities...hiking, walking, casual wear...there even stylish enough to wear to work....love all the pockets and belt tightener...these are my second pair and I love them.

Soooo comfortable and cool. Tons of pockets, extra belt tightener...I can already tell that these shorts will be my go to in summer, spring and fall...and will last twenty years plus...Thanks North Face, for making one heck of a pair of shorts....already ordered another color.

The Paramount short are great for everyday or hiking through the woods. Don't stop making them.

Well made shorts. My grandson loves them.

I use these shorts for hiking and taking long walks with my wife. I intend to use these shorts when I go to Thailand next year. There are lots of pockets to carry important items.

I bought a pair of these in the store and love them so much I bought four more. These shorts are awesome!

I needed shorts to go sailing in. Loved the color and the somewhat hidden pockets. Dont look like old fashioned cargo shorts but have room if I need to carry stuff. Fabric seems heavy duty enough that it wont rip while sailing. Like that they come with a belt.

I remember buying these a few years ago and loving it but for some reason forgot where I got them. Bought lots of "wannabe" shorts but they weren't as good as my Northface ones. Then I just decided to look online and see if they are still being sold, and they were. So I bought 4 pair and love them!!!! Wasted so much money on other ones, should of just got these again from the start. They are super comfortable, a little loose in the butt, but that is good if you are any kind of active, the waist fits true to size with a little bit of extra room. Just a little bit extra, and the material is not super thin so it wears very nice and has that water wicking material so stains or dirt can be easily removed. Also, love the zippers (one in back and in front) for loose items that will not fall out when you are sitting or being active. LOVE THEM!!! Even my girlfriend likes the style and she never likes anything I wear. lol Don't just get 1 pair, get at least 2 or 3, you will not regret it.

Let's start with the pockets: I honestly didn't care much about anything else after I saw h o r i z o n t a l pockets on these shorts. All fabric shorts I own before these have vertical-fabric-pants-pockets. I don't like that in shorts; everything falls. I almost start a new line of shorts because of this. They're just great. I did removed the clip belt -but that's just a personal choice.

Not my very best pair of shorts but currently my second best. It's really close though.

Amazing shorts, I was worried that they wouldn't fit quite right but man do they. I have had them maybe 2 weeks and have worn them a few times already.

I wear these for casual outings and travel. They are light and breathable with lots of great pockets.
