These shorts are fantastic! Great style and fit. Super durable yet lightweight. The only drawback I can think of is the waistband. The way the elastic scrunches the material can leave an imprint. Not enough to stop me from buying another pair though. Love these shorts!

I bought these shorts to be a good every day short to wear to work but also be able to take camping and playing outdoors with the kiddos.

Great for travel and on the boat. Work very well for mountain hiking.

Lightweight but extremely durable material---exactly what I wanted especially for hiking, boating, etc.; I have 3 pair (different colors) purchased 2 years ago and they still look brand new; excellent pockets (some wanted more pockets but I like the ones they have).

These are every day shorts for me. I've purchased 6 pairs of these shorts in the past year or so. They are my favorite shorts that I own. I wear them to the gym, kayaking, & hiking. A pair even came with me on an Antarctica expedition. I have bought a few pairs because I wear these shorts all the time. I would highly recommend.

I use this short on casual ocasions and going for walks during the summer. It was definitely what I was looking for :)

I'm 6'0", 185 lb and feel that the regular length large fits well for these shorts (in alignment with The North Face sizing guide). I'm not sure how they'll hold up, but they feel well made to typical The North Face standards. I wouldn't hesitate to grab a second pair in another color.

Love em. Finally a short I found with a relaxed seat. Bought 2 pair. I hope TNF does not do away with this design. I'm afraid there already moving to "skinny" shorts. TNF....keep making these. Fabric, technology, manufacturing, zippers work wonderfully.worth every penny.

Always have problem fitting in shorts at department stores. To fit in the rear, the waist ends up way too big. So, their ill designed. But, that's why they cost $20.00 So, tired of this. First time purchase of two NORTH FACE shorts. Exceeded my expectations. Should of known. They are cut in such a way as to allow for your trailer and fit well in waist. Elastic is nice. Belt great. Pockets, zippers, room of pockets, all A + rating. They move with you. Don't hang you up. Sorry now I waited so long to shop for these. Incidentally, because I have a MOUNTAIN jacket from another mcg., and recently purchased a APEX FLEX GTX jacket, I didn't really shop too much because TNF jacket impressed me so much, I just purchased these shorts. They are fantastic product. I hope TNF continues w these shorts as I will buy more.
