These sneakers are more comfortable than the previous version of the 813 I owned. I like the thicker rubber sole and there is plenty of room for my orthotics.

My only complaint is the straps are too long. When you hook them in the straps, they poke out too much!

In the past I have purchased 8D, they sent me 8E. But the order was not presented that way-- just wide, X wide, and so forth.

I wear them every day. At first, I thought they were too loose but I now realize that I need the width so my feet have room.

I have a hip balance issue plus a torn meniscus and I'm in the 70s. I bought different model number shoes which was much cheaper. With continued pain I had emailed NB for advice and I was recommended this shoe which works wonders. The only problem is that it's only in color white. I wish they had black.

Great in the ability for me to easily slip on and off when needed. Bad in the fact that the back of the shoe (the heel part) should have fit more snug. Was trying to purchase model 928v2, (had before), but had to settle for 928v3. Perhaps it was the same shoe but models ending in "2" vs. "3" may have been based on a year distinction and nothing else. Then again, maybe it wasn't. I researched all possibilities, but could not find any.information. Anyway, I rated it 4 stars based on the general comfort and ease the shoe.

I purchased this shoe when it was mandatory to wear all white in 2017. I have been wearing new balance since I started at the bedside 10 years ago. This is the only pure white shoe I could find with the best support/comfort. I loved how it helped keep my energy up and pain away. They are all leather so they are easy to clean and keep my feet safe so I do not have to worry about any sharps penetrating through mesh tops. However, the leather isn't breathable and make my feet stank with my compression socks. I am unable to find other new balance shoes that continue to give me the support I need through my 12.5-14 hour RN shifts. New balance shoes usually last 1 year when I dedicate them for work only. I now can wear any color of shoe at work now so I wish these would come in sweet solid colors. Anyways, this is my ride n die RN shoe.

Love the shoes. Only two problems I have encountered with this product. The velcro strap should be longer. I have one foot that is wider (around the arch area on top of the foot) therefore, I need a longer strap. How I have addressed this situation is to cut and save the velcro straps from previous purchases and then attach them to the new pair of shoes. The other problem (maybe just for me) is that the tongue tends to ride up (when I am active) and leave the front of my arch area without padding. This in turn makes that area tender. Maybe you could give me some guidance in these areas. Again the shoe is great. I have purchased them several times over the past two years.

I love the fact that I didn't have to tie shoelaces. I am an older woman and that is becoming harder and harder to do. The shoes are nice and heavy seem to be very well built and nice support, but the shoe didn't fit me well. It seemed to be large all over except in length. Had I returned it an ordered the next size down, I believe it would have been too short. So for me this shoe didn't work but it could be an excellent shoe for someone else. That is why the review is very hard to write. I had to return the shoe but I am disappointed that it didn't work for me.

The extra wide option makes the shoe fit like a good leather glove. Great for me senior joints!

The shoe size on the tongue of the exact shoe was the same as the new shoe that I ordered. However, the new shoe was a half inch longer and was too long to fit. The sizing of the NBalance is not consistent so I returned the shoe.

I do like New balance shoes. These particular shoe is not wide enough in the front. .

I need the velcro because I'm a senior and can't do laces anymore. But I wish there were more selection. White seems to be the only choice. Some light colours would be nice - like blue or beige.

I don't know if I like the tongue yet as it is not as wide. I had purchased the 813 in the hoop & loop before and it has a tongue smaller as well. I do not like the elastic holding the inserts for the closure tabs at all. I need support in the shoe. Therefore I have purchased the 928 now. I have to put inserts in the bottom of the 928 to raise my foot so the ankle bone doesn't hit the shoe too much.

Love the shoes -- probably the 6th pair just like these I've owned. However, I spent $20 for expedited 2 day shipping and got the shoes on the normal, no extra fee, schedule. Not cool guys, not cool

It is not as comfortable as I had hoped. I took out the insert and added a Spenco insert which helped a little. 3 velco closings would have been better. I have a fallen arch and that shoe gapes in between the two closings.

The 101/2 fits way too tight. The quality seems about the same as previous 928,s I have purchased.
