I have been wearing this model 928V3 (in lace-up) for years. On my last order I changed to the hook and loop style and was very pleased to find that they are a little wider in the front of the shoe across the base of the toes. I was able to get a shorter length (1/2 size). Same great quality shoe but without laces. The Velcro strap ends can be trimmed to your size preference. So nice to NOT have to wear shoes too long just for added width!! Mine are now size 8 EEEE.

This is probably about my 12th pair of these shoes., I have a lot of foot problems and the hook and loop seem to work best for me.

928V3 is good but not as good as the original 928. the velcro strap should be longer on the wide shoes. still a great shoe.

Love my new shoes. They are so comfortable. The hook and loop makes it easy to adjust the tightness when needed. Great to for ladies with foot problems.

Bought 928v3 for my wife to replace 6 year old original 928's. Just as comfortable and provide ankle support and are easy to put on and off, so purchased a second pair for "good".

I love my 928 wides. They're the only ones I can find that fit well with all the problems I have with my feet.

Bought for my mother in law and she said they were very comfortable and fit true to size.

Because it had 2 pressure points . On top of my right foot was in great pain. I always buy this style and plan to continue but stick to shoe laces

Love the velcro. Just had my hips replaced and this makes it easy on and easy off! Very comfortable. Love them.

Even on days I'm not well or in pain, I can put my shoe on and go. Freedom is precious!

This shoe fits true to size and gives stability to the person wearing it.

Love these shoes for my niece. She needs stability in a pair of walking shoes and these fit the bill. They're sturdy and comfortable. I also appreciate that they come in size 4E as she has a super wide foot. Thanks, New Balance!

I have worn new balance shoes for over 20 years. During that time, the quality has decreased. I'm glad to have them; I just wish that New Balance had kept the quality up to previous standards.

The shoes fit fine. The only problem is that they run out of velcro too soon. the straps are long but there isn't enough velcro to hold the straps down once you pull the straps tight.

I have had foot pain for years and this shoe has been my friend for those years. When I open a new pair, I order another. They are deep enough to accommodate orthotics and the hook and loop closure is easy on and off for me without too much pressure on the tops of my feet. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the most recent new pair seems to run a little shorter in the tongue than the pair before, so not as cushioned on the top of my foot as I'm used to. These shoes last a very long time and I wear them every day. Wish NB would make women's sizes in black or tan in this exact style. Wearing white shoes year-round is not always my preference. Worth the money for me and I am so happy that NB continues to offer this style.

I like these shoes. They accommodate my AFO (leg splint) and give good support. As I have the use of only one arm/ hand The Velcro straps allow me to be able to put on and remove my shoes independently . My only complaint is that I wish the top strap was a bit longer

So these NB are very comfortable on my wide foot. And easy to get on and off. But they are clunky looking because the Velcro closures stick out way beyond the shoe. I think they look kind of silly. I will still buy NB because they fit, but I think this style could be improved.

This is the only shoe I ever buy. It works well with my orthotics and has great space in the toe area!

Use this with my foot orthotics. Easy to put it in because of the velcros.

Nice walking shoe. Does run a tad wider then expected but still good. Gave shoe a runs large but just a little.

I have been wearing this shoe for many years. When you first introduced the velcro, the straps were too long but you could trim them, so it was not a problem. Now the exact opposite has happened and there is no way to remedy the problem. I will keep the very expensive shoe, but will not buy it again as a result of this problem. Sorry to have to say this as they have been my mainstay for so many years.
