Just received today after arranging overseas shipping and customs! So far they feel so comfortable and I feel as if I've had them forever!! Very happy feet here!!! I just wish NB would consider making more styles available to European customers.

I wear this product for hours walking all day long! The product is very comfortable and when it rains, the product remains dry inside and does not get wet while I am wearing it! I have worn this product for years and keep on wearing this product . I love the hook and loop which makes it easy for me to open and secure the show!

so far so good satified little on the big size but i did have a toe removed and its getting time to adjust

I love these shoes. I think however, they are a tad too expensive for what you get. I use to buy 1 get one 1/2 off. I miss those sales. Since they no longer offer that, I only get the one pair. I know they will fit perfectly and if for some reason I'm not happy they will refund me. Comfortable but I budget them with sales.

I am a senior citizen with some foot problems and this shoe was recommended to me by my foot doctor. It works great with my orthotics, and I love the hook and loop closure for ease in getting them on and off.

I was told by a professional that tie up shoes should be the one. Nope, Hook and Loop are better for me as I can fasten the shoes better. Love them!!

Bought these for my 89 year old mother who wanted a easy shoe to put on and something with stability. Read a few different reviews and took a chance site unseen other than pictures and reviews. Ordered online and had fast shipping , took these over to my mother and they fit size 8 wide , she said they were comfortable,wonderful and happy she spent the extra money to get them. Will definitely recommend these for any elderly person , who still walks but just needs a little bit of support. Happy in Pennsylvania

I've been buying the lace version of this model for awhile. This is the first time I've bought the velcro closure. It's very comfortable.

This shoe was suggested due to ease of getting on and off snd fastening. Needed a bit wider also to allow for swelling. Will be using for a few months

I use these for work, I am a nurse. New Balance are the only shoes that I can put on from the first day and they do not hurt my feet.

I purchased this shoe for my mother who lives in a nursing home. The velcro straps are easy to secure. The shoe provides a stable and firm fit.

My sister is 65 years of ages and is mentally impaired. I have been buying Hook and Loop Leather shoes for her for years. She loves them and would be very upset if I bought any other shoe.

I've been buying 928 New Balance style for years. I love the hook & loop all leather and all white. Love the all white because I need to wear these all the time due to many issues and surgeries on my feet. This style gives me the best support and the rollerbar helps with the over pronation. The deeper toe box is also very helpful when swelling is an issue. I order the wide with for the same reason. I also use the tie lace version in the 928, when I'm going to do a lot of walking. With the way the shoe laces I can get the best heel fit. Now if I could just get New Balance lace up tie shoes all leather in all white, I'd really be a happy camper. The is my go to shoe. Please don't stop this style..Thank YOU!!

My daughter has a super wide foot. Worth the wait and not being able to find this size in most stores because it's super wide

Hook & loop shoes are very hard to find. I started wearing these when I had a knee replacement & later bought a pair with laces. Had to buy them again for a hip replacement. I wasn't "old" then, but I am now. This is a very good shoe. It is comfortable, cushioned & has the balance control rollbar in the sole. If you have problems with your knees, legs, back, hips, fingers,THIS ishe shoe for you. It even comes in wide & extra wide widths which is GREAT since feet often change when we get older. If you don't like hook & loop, get the lace up & use Lock & Lace shoelaces for easy on & off. New Balance KNOWS shoes & feet too. I bought the wrong size & had to exchange it. NO PROBLEMS. If you need a wide TOEBOX this is your shoe.

These shoes are helping me learn to walk again! I am recovering from a rare neuro muscular disease and am ready to learn to walk again. These shoes are helping me to do just that. I have to use a brace on my right foot so a bigger, wider shoe is needed. The New Balance is working perfectly. The original shoe I got with the brace was clunky and heavy. While the brace fit, the actual walking experience was difficult. The New Balance shoe is light & works perfectly. I don't have to "work" to make my foot work at all. Together, we are going to be on two steady feet sooner rather than later. Love these shoes!

I cannot bend so I purchased a pair of tennis shoe with valcor strapes, it works great !!!! The size of the shoe runs exact.

I have used this model through multiple versions and always been satisfied. I usually wear orthotics and am able to do without in these. Have walked for hours in them in unparalleled comfort and support. Will always keep buying these as first choice. Wish they come in colors instead of just white!

Bought these for my mother as a gift. The for was perfect and the Velcro closures make it easy to snug up without the hassle of tying laces.
