Uncomfortable. Not same quality as previous 928v3 with laces

They fit my wide wide feet very well, but I sent them back because the loops were way too long and unsightly. I didn't have them long enough to say more about them.

I was looking forward to wearing my purchase of the hook and loop leather 928v3;however when they arrived and I put them on they were my size 8N but the velcro to fasten them was too long and I was unable to wear them, very disappointed.

The hook closure straps are two very different lengths. All in all it's obvious there was no quality control involved in manufacturing the sneakers. I'll think twice about buying another pair of new balance.

these shoes are much bigger, the sides come up higher, they are v v chunky and heavy. i thought i'd like the velcro strap instead of the ties because i have a ganglion cyst on the. top of my foot so i have to adjust the ties looser. but when i put them on they were so much larger than the regular 928's their bulkiness made them less comfortable.

I have had New Balance shoes for years and never ever had a pair fit like this pair.. it was terrible, hurt my feet, no arch support, very disappointed in these shoes.. sent them back..

I need a shoe that is wide in the toes and narrow in the heel. These don't work. I gave these to UPS 9 days ago, still waiting for my refund.

Last year I bought a pair of 928-HW3 (v3) in an extra wide 4E. After walking around the house for a few days, I noticed the tongue kept sliding down into the toe box. I kept resetting the velcro straps, but they could not hold the tongue in place. I kept the shoes too long (beyond the return date), so I opted to give them to GoodWill. Hopefully someone loved them. This year I bought another pair of WW928-HW3 (v3) in my normal 2E. I was surprised there was no change in the design, so I am returning them. I just bought a pair of WW577VB for a friend. They seem to be sewn differently, so when walking, the bend is across the toe box and the tongue stays in place.

I have been buying New Balance for a number of years and loved them when I originally purchased them. I originally purchased these shoes with ties. After my first purchase I noticed that the shoe fit had changed with a result that the shoe size that I originally ordered were now arriving too big. I went down a half a size and, after a few months, my feet were sliding around in them again and I was developing soreness and blisters. I also developed some osteoarthritis in the top of one foot. I thought I would be smart and order in 2 sizes (a half size apart) and because of the arthritis in the one foot, go with the hook and loop. Neither shoe fits comfortably. I am sending the larger shoe back. I will keep the smaller because I wore it for half a day to give it a chance and can't reasonably return it used. I will be shopping for a different shoe and perhaps a different brand (after all these years)_.

I wish you would go back to the old 811 hook and loop, I do not know what you have done to your design, but your shoes are not like they were in the past.

Shoe is not as soft as it could be. Having foot issues I did not find them to be comfortable

In my first order New Balance sent me two shoes that were different sizes. Their customer service dept. apologized and said they were going to send me a discount coupon so I could reorder. I never received that discount. Overall New Balance has cost me time and money . They are very disorganized.

They did not fit .to tight across top of foot and to short.
