I have very wide, flat feet. My foot measures as size 6.5 but usually I have to buy size 7, or even 7.5. I have two pairs of Keens, one 7 and the other 7.5 so I think this is standard size, however, they fit me fine width-wise so I can see why some people say these run big. I ordered size 7. I have low/no arches, and these have been good for me so far, no tired/achy feet. I like the thicker sole, I can't wear thin soled shoes my feet start aching pretty fast. I have worn these to work and weekend shopping, nothing serious yet. The true test is yet to come, since I specifically ordered these for my upcoming trip to Rome. Will update this review after my trip if necessary.

These are a great shoe. I have them in the grey and I wear them constantly. My foot is wide and they have ample room in the toe box. These are good, old fashioned Keens, like they used to make in the beginning when we were all in love with the brand. I was hesitant to buy them because they have a kind of suede look to the leather, but it DOES NOT have the drawbacks of suede. It wears like a leather that just doesn't happen to be shiny. They don't look stained or dinged up after many months of wear and I am hard on my shoes. The support is good and the insole is more solid than the new foamy inserts they've started using in some other styles. I bought one pair to tuck away because the presidio line seems to be changing and I know I'll have a hard time finding shoes as supportive and well fitting as these. I just bought the darker brown as well to have an alternate. It's a nicer, more chocolatey brown than the picture suggests. The sale price is hard to beat. My chiropractor says I must wear a supportive shoe and my hips have improved since switching to these Mary Janes.

These have very stiff buckles on the straps. Hard for arthritic fingers to manage .

I ordered my usual size 10 but they run a half size too big. Exchanged for a 9 1/2 and they fit perfect. From day one they were great! I also purchased the black! Great shoe when on your feet a lot. I just love them!

I have been wearing shoes for over 75 years, and these are among the most comfortable ever! My feet are long (11), not narrow, but slim, so many shoes don't fasten tight enough to fit correctly. These mary janes have an adjustable buckle for the exact fit. I usually wear 11, that being the only option nearest my size, but I was able to get these in 10 1/2, and they are absolutely perfect. The arch is very supportive. The look is clunky--very cloggy looking--but they are Keens, and that's what Keens look like. I am very happy with my purchase.

I'm in my sixties and can no longer wear shoes just because they look nice. They have to be comfortable for walking, even if I'm just walking around the house. Zappos will tell you how many pair of shoes I tried before finding a winner. I've worn the tie version of Presidios for years and love them but I needed a more open shoe for the warmer weather. This one works for me. I forgot about my feet the first time I wore them outside. They're a structured shoe so they give support, and the balance is just right. My chiropractor approves - my hips are properly aligned when I wear these shoes so my hips and vertebrae stay in place and I don't have knee pain. Good shoes are better for your hips and knees. For tie Presidio fans, this version is very slightly narrower. I have a bunion on my right foot so I stretched the right shoe very slightly and now it's a perfect fit. This shoe is great for around town, shopping, and running around. It's also suitable for longer two to five mile walks.

Love these shoes! Finally, a shoe that I can wear all day without pain to my wide, flat, bunioned feet! These are comfy like sneakers, but stylish like flats. I wear them to the office every day, to my son's sporting events, for shopping, and even walking the dog. Basically, I wear these shoes for everything and have been 100% satisfied. I actually bought a second pair to save for later in case they are discontinued.

The only shoes that I can wear with my wide feet, high arches, and need for custom orthotics for Morton's Neuroma in both feet are Keen brand shoes because they fit my wide feet and have removable inner soles which I replace with my orthotics. I own 8 pairs of Keen shoes and boots, all of which are true to size and fit. I now have 3 pairs of the Keen Mary Jane shoes: black, red, and now these. Truly grateful for the reliability and durability of the Keen brand.

I order these a half size smaller as recommended and the 10 fit perfect on one foot and the smaller foot was slightly loose. Tightened the strap and all was good. I missed these shoes. I had a red pair I wore for ages - (Keen please bring them back in RED - I will buy them!!) but after a long trip in Europe the cobblestones and bricks killed them. In my opinion, the best urban walking shoe - cute, casual, toe protection, good support in a shoe the looks good in jeans, shorts, skirts etc.

I've had these before but it was years ago so I couldn't remember details, only that I wore them out as my only shoe for a while- even daily hikes in Colorado! I have flexible arches that flatten, so I need the arch support, and I just hate the look of athletic shoes all the time- especially with anything but athletic wear! You can get away with street clothes with these and not be tacky! I will say this about sizing- I could have sworn I was no bigger than an 8.5, having been an 8 most of my life, but my toes hit the end in that size, and the 9 was perfect! All shoes run differently, I suppose.

These are great shoes, however, I am wearing my ancient KEEN GARGOYLE Mary Jane and the Toe Box is much better for me than the Presidio MJ. I NEED the larger and longer toe box for my balance. I did return the Presidio MJ.

Ugh! I had the previous version of this shoe, but the redesign is too narrow, and smaller. My previous pairs were size 10, I ordered 10.5 this time, with high hopes that it would work. Sadly, they are very narrow and tight. I do not typically wear with socks, and after day 2, my feet are screaming! I’m going to see if I can stretch the leather by wearing them with socks. I’m not giving up yet, but not looking good. Keen, stop messing with your MJ styles! ?

The fit and support felt great! Sadly, these shoes were just a bit too casual looking for what I need just now so they will have to go back. My search continues for Keen shoes that can work for business and have removable arches.

Lots of room in the toe box, able to accommodate my custom orthotic, but still cute with jeans.

This is a very solid and attractive shoe. I know it will wear very well and last a long time - and I'm hard on shoes! They make my wide feet look smaller and the provide good support.

These shoes fit my very wide flat feet perfectly! I have at least o dozen pairs of Keen sandals and oxfords. These can actually be called a little dressy! About half of my Keens are over ten years old and I wear them constantly. Perfect for gold prospecting in the river! Some of the most comfortable shoes I wear.

I really liked the fit of the shoe, the gray/black was just a little too dark for my taste. I ordered a size 5 (my foot is slim and fits normally between a 5 and a 5.5); the 5 fit great in length and very nicely on my right foot but a little loose on my left. The arch support was very good (normally I need to add an orthotic for support but did not need it with this shoe). I am very impressed and although returning this shoe, will be ordering other colors and styles in Keen to see if I can get a better match for me.

I need shoes with a narrow heel and a wide toe, and these come close. They are not quite wide enough in the toes, but I still like them. The mary jane style allows room for my high arches, though it does rub at the top of the big toe joint a bit. Good cushioning and better than average arch support. Overall great shoes!

I wear Orthotics so I cannot comment on the arch support because I immediately remove the arch in these shoes and replace it with my orthotics. I am comparing this shoe to the Presidio Mary Jane, the original one. My foot is quite narrow, but a B in the ball of the foot. My foot always sloshed around in the original Presidio Mary Jane. This Presidio II is narrower. My foot did not slosh around with an extra fingers with in between my foot and the shoe as it did in the first one. So that was good for me, but might be of concern for someone with a wider foot.

I have a lot of Keens, and this fits pretty much like the Newport H2: just a bit big. In cooler weather, when I wear them with socks I'll love it. Still, they're comfortable and I love wearing them. The leather is a little stiff in a few areas, but that will become flexible with time. Great shoe, I'll get a lot of wear out of them!

Best worn without socks or really thin ones. Super comfy right out if the box. Suggest leaving the strap looser rather than tighter when doing a lot of walking. Got lots of compliments!

I love the look and quality of these shoes. However, my feet are on the narrower side of medium and these were much too wide for me. Regretfully, I can’t make them work.

The shoes ran a half size larger but were fine for me. I had foot surgery a couple of months ago and this 8.5 fit was just right.

LOVE this shoe! I have worn this style in different colors for years. If I expect to spend the day walking I am sure to put on a pair of my Keen MaryJanes.
