The back sides along the heel are higher than in the presidio mj. The shoe is delightful, but the heel sides rub on my ankle bones.

I think these shoes look cheap and have an awkward fit. The strap doesn't have enough stretch of velcro so you are stuck with cumbersome, old-fashioned buckles. Returning.

I ordered this shoe as it looked stylish and would be great to wear for travel in that it easily slips off & on. It is a cute shoe and would have served the purpose for ordering, but this shoe was just too wide. My feet are somewhat narrow but can usually find some mediums that fit okay with a heel insert that would have not have worked with these. Very disappointed they didn't work out.

I've worn Keen's forever- they are the best for someone with wide feet and high arches. But these cute shoes were very uncomfortable. The upper cut across the ball of my foot, not even a possibility of breaking them in, just super uncomfortable. This isn't good style if you have a high volume foot.

Wanted to love them like I love my original Presidios from Keen. I just... can’t. They’re equally or even more attractive, they have a great sole and footbed, but they pinch like heck across my forefoot when I walk. It’s so sad; I was super excited to get these. Keen makes a great arch support for my flexible flatfoot, and usually the metatarsal area is wide enough. Not this time. Argh.

Beautiful shoes, out of the box, anyway. On my feet, not so much. I love Keen shoes for the arch support and the wider toe-box in the pairs I have. This looked like a pair I had (the original presidio style), but was narrow across the forefoot, and that made it painfully tight. Had to go back, which was a shame; they looked like exactly what I was looking for, but the fit has changed from the older style.

It seems to fit good except that the front of the shoe needs to be further over my foot because it rubs on a bone that is not a bunion but is still prominent and hurts when the shoe ends/fits just barely on top of that bone.

I wear a 9 1/2 and the shoe was way too big. Ordered a 9, and it was still too large and my heel slipped out. I can't see that I could wear 8 1/2, so I give up.

I was hoping these could pass as comfy work shoes, but white sides on soles made them look too sneaker-ish for professional wear. And they’re a little small on one of my size 11 feet. Sent back.

The top of the shoes rubbed my foot. So sad

I bought these to replace my beloved Keen Mary Janes from 2010 (possibly an earlier Presidio style) and returned them because the strap was *so short* I could barely buckle them on the last hole. I don’t have high arches and I tried both the sizes 7.5 and 8, so it seems like a weird design issue. Bummer!

Too tight across the toes. I have purchased the intial version of the shoe a couple times in black and loved them with the perfect fit from day one. This version does not fit the same :(

These didn’t come in a wide width. I have a bunion, and these shoes did not accommodate it. Also, I didn’t like the buckle closure. Hook and loop closures are much easier to manage.

I expected to love these shoes right away since I wore a pair of Keen boots into the ground. I wanted to wear those boots every day. These shoes were fine and for me properly, but felt stiff out of the box. I am always wary of keeping shoes for a break-in period because my favorite shoes are those that feel 100% comfortable out of the box. Also, these shoes look fine, but the Mary Janes I ended up keeping look more stylish (versatile to dress up and down) AND felt super comfortable out of the box.

I loved the look and feel of the shoes, but I had to send two different sizes back due to heel slippage. I'm really disappointed that neither size fit!

I think Black was the wrong color for the shoe and my feet. I felt I had army tanks on. Too bulky looking.

Ah is Keen changing? Heel was super big - but shoe much narrower than before. boo. I love this style. I have 2 other pairs - wear them constantly. We folks with wider feet have limited selections - I think Keen is caving to to the status quo - they have listened to the people complaining that the width is too large. Those folks have so many other choices. I am disappointed that the company decided to go this direction making shoes narrower to appease the masses. Also, there is much variation is sizing - must be their production shop.

I thought these were super cute in the picture, but really ugly and clunky looking in person. Returned.

I ordered a 1/2 size down from my regular size and the shoe was still too long. I re-looked at my older Keen Mary Janes to double check the size - I have had those as my go to comfort shoes for a long time and they are 38EU. Initially, that is what I ordered then I ordered two more pair in different sizes and none of them fit. They were too long for my foot. What's going on with Keen and their sizing?

I really want this shoe, but can't find the right fit. This shoe was too tight and still a little long. I had ordered my regular size a 7.5M but it was way too long. So, I ordered this half size smaller version and it is a bit too long but feels tight and not like what I am used to with my other Keen MJ's... I have worn Keen MJ's for years and consider them my "taking my feet on vacation" shoes. I want to feel that way again.

I loved the style but the top part of the shoe dug into my foot. Ouch! I wore them for half a day and went home so I could change them.

I loved everything about this shoe: the wide Keen toebed, the structural support, the style, the color, all of it. The problem was I could not find a size to fit my foot. I consistently wear a 7 medium without a problem, regardless of the shoe style. I attempted 3 sizes to find my fit. The 7 felt large and was sloppy on my heel, and the 6.5 was a tad too short. My foot swam in the 7.5. I appreciate Zappos dedication to customer service, prompt deliveries, and even prompter returns and refunds.

Well FOR MY FEET I can almost fit two feet into one shoe!! Keen, why so WIDE??? Very disappointing. I usually take a M width, but this interpretation is ridiculous!! The sole is perfect, sturdy. I LOVE the style. But back they go.

I wanted to love these but the were too wide for my foot overall. I wear the lace up presidio daily to work and was hopeful these could be my summer keens. Without the ability to make them tighter in the mid-foot region I am swimming in them. My heel slips out and the top of the shoe pushes into the top of my foot. I don't think I could size down because it would be too short. Oh well, back they go.

Ordered these to replace my KEEN Toyah's, which were finally falling apart after 4 years. These looked very similar and I loved that they looked clean & simple WITHOUT a ton of "decorative" stitching and more than one kind of leather. I don't have a wide foot, but my instep is on the higher side and the vamp on these dug right into a nerve on the top of my foot making my foot numb after a few minutes, so back they go.It's unfortunate because the rest of the fit was good.
