These shoes were a perfect fit right out of the box. I have wide feet and high arches and wear a 7.5 wide in running shoes. I bought a 7.5 in these shoes and they were an excellent fit: plenty of room in the toe box and with the adjustable strap on its most loose setting it comfortably accommodated my high arch. The arch support is good and I feel like I could go for a long walk and come back feeling great.

nice but narrower than most keens

I ordered one half size down due to other reviews. They fit fine. The are a little tight across the top of the foot near edge of the leather but I think that will stretch out a bit and they will be perfect. They are cute and not so clunky.

I had an older version of these and loved them.However, the elastic in the strap on one shoe prematurely stretched out and the shoe was too loose to stay on comfortably. I was hoping that Keen had resolved the problem by this time and used velcro to adjust the strap, but alas! There is elastic on the nonadjustable strap and I didn't feel like taking another chance. Also, I planned on wearing these with leggings, but the style is too clunky, yet the shoe is a bit tight over my right great toe's base.

Super cute shoe, but also super stiff. No flex. Just didn't do for me. Size felt accurate.

Had the previous version Keen Mary Jane shoe. Had to go up 1/2 size this time. Also felt more narrow that last MJ I had purchased. Wish the tie box area was wider. Like the cushioning/support in shoe. My older pair was my favorite pair of shoes. Hope these become my new favorite!

These are replacing the Keen MJ Presidios I bought several years ago. The style is slightly different (I like it a lot) and they seem tight in the instep but this will likely improve with wear. They are not yet the super-comfy shoes that they replaced but I like them a lot.

Darling shoes. Large rubber toe styling doesn’t make the shoes look big on my feet. I think the strap is too short because I had to use the last hole leaving little flap under the buckle. They gave great comfy support.

I really wanted to like these shoes. I purchased them for an upcoming trip where I will be doing a lot of walking and needed something dressier than gym shoes. I ordered my normal size and they were true to size on me, but the way the curved section of the shoe fit down by the toes was painful. It pushed down hard on the tendon from my big toe on both feet. The length of the shoe was correct, so sizing up would not have helped me. I didn't think there was any way they would stretch enough to not hurt. Unfortunately, these had to go back.

Shoe was wide especially in the heel. Even with tightening the strap the gap in the heel area was a problem.

I had to return for a 1/2 size larger

This is a nice shoe but it fits really wide and long on my foot. I wear the same size (10 1/2) in the Presidio lace up. It does not seem deep enough to add cushioning to take up more room in the shoe.

Loved them but they both had scuff/scratch marks on the toe.

These are comfortable now but seemed a bit tight at first but broke in after a couple of hours. I bought the brown color to go with jeans but could be worn with casual skirts or shorts in the summer. overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

I have two pair of Keen sandals I’ve been wearing regularly for a year. Although I am not a shoe hoarder (that’s my husbands title) I like a little variety. So I picked these and am not disappointed. The style is cute without being overly girly or rugged. They fit well (my two Keen sandals — same style, same size, different colors seem to be differently sized, one pair is a bit roomier in the toe box) and I can walk all day in them. When I first put them on I thought the part that curves up to my ankle would be annoying but after an hour they relaxed and there is no problem. I wear these with no show socks (when it’s very warm out) or sock-less. My one issue is the strap could be a notch longer. I don’t (think) I’ve got chubby feet but I have to wear these on the last notch. I wish they had a Velcro closure instead (OMG when did I get this lazy?!).

Tight across toe. Would rather have had a different stap closure as it is difficult to buckle and if you try to slip off and on, it will eventually not fit right. Going back.

I'd have loved to have kept this shoe because of the excellent arch support, which I need, but it was too big, and I don't think a half size smaller would have helped because it was sloppily large in the toe and heel.

Really like these shoes BUT wore outside for 1st time and shoes black color came off on my feet

This shoe has excellent support for my high arches and looks clean enough for work. It's a little bulky looking for my taste, but that's because it actually has enough room for your toes to be comfortable. The shoe fits true to size, but strap cuts in the wrong part of my ankle (a problem that I often have w/ strappy shoes, so ymmv) and the heel is pretty wide so my heel keeps sliding around in it. They are very thick as well so they don't breathe at all... good shoe for winter, but not for summer. The sole has a nice tread and would be good for walking around. These are really nice quality and supportive, but I think I might return these because of the strap and heel fit issues though.

I first tried these in 9 and realized that my size 9 Keens have always felt too big. I've been wearing my Whispers for years, for hiking and playing in the water, and I have fussy feet. And they were a size too big. So I sent these back for an 8.5. I wouldn't want to go smaller....but these slip off my heels...I will have to find a way to keep them on...because I took them out of the box to try them on 6 hours ago and they're still on my feet! I need a pair of shoes I can stand in, on my feet, all day....walking and running on concrete floors. Keens have the structure and flexibliity.

The footbed of this shoe is very comfortable. The problem was that the leather of the shoe is very stiff and the opening of the shoe hit a joint on my foot in a very uncomfortable way. The shoes may soften up with wear, but I didn't want to take the chance and be stuck with a shoe that I can't wear.

These looked much cuter on than I thought they would. I wear a 6.5 and these fit the length of my foot great. However, they were too wide for my foot. I don't think I have narrow feet, but I had to buckle them almost to the smallest notch and they were still floppy. So unfortunately I am returning them. They were comfortably squishy and had some arch support, so I can imagine they will work for others very nicely.

Shoes were cute. Felt pretty true to size. However, the fit, with seams on top of foot, was very uncomfortable for me. Back they went

I bought a pair of these a few years ago and wore them for three months while walking a lot on an extended trip to Europe. The strap does stretch out over time, so time for a new pair. Excellent foot support, easy to get in and out of (good for going through security) and stylish enough for casual wear. Leather insole is well built and removable - I've had both plantar facitis and tendonitis, so if I say they are comfortable, trust me! I also have moderately flat feet and these are great support for lots of city walking.

Very cute and sporty but the top of the shoe was a little too firm and tight. This style in general seems to be too loose in the heel.
