I ordered my normal size 5 and they fit perfect. The leather is very nice. Very comfortable to wear.

These shoes actually felt a bit more supportive than the Presidio mary jane style, which I also bought to compare/contrast the two styles. Ultimately I plan to keep the other shoe (Presidio MJ) because it was less clunky looking, a more versatile style.

Great shoes! A bit stiff right out of the box, but after wearing a while, they began to soften up. Pretty good arch support as is, although I may want to swap my orthotics in later. I feel good in these shoes!

I’m usually 7.5, I ordered the 7.5 and it fit perfect. Leather was a little stiff but it only took a couple of days to break them in. I took out the original insoles and put my custom made orthotics. They’re not as cushioned as tennis shoes but they are very comfortable. I used them for work all day long.

I already had a pair of Keen brand shoes so I felt pretty confident about sizing. These shoes are true to size. I only have one minor complaint. The shoes require the buckling and unbuckling to put them on and take them off. I would have preferred Velcro closers to make it easier for us older folks. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the fit, look and price. Thanks Zappos!

I’m a Keen girl. For some reason Keens just work for me and always have. I will be ordering another pair of these because I love them so much. The footbed is so comfortable. I work on hard concrete at Disney World and these work great with my costume.

I wear a 7.5 in most shoes. I have other Keens in a 7.5 so I ordered a 7.5. When these arrived, even though I had room to wiggle my toes, I could feel the end of the shoe as I walked around my living room after trying them on. So, back to Zappos they went, and I ordered the 8. This second pair arrived today and fit much better. I'm no longer bumping the end of the shoe right after putting them on, though I do have a bit of heel slippage. Not enough to return the shoes, and which might be fixed by a different pair of socks or a set of adhesive heel grabbers, so I'm keeping this second larger pair.

These are super cute and have great arch support for my high arches. They fit perfectly.

I love Keen’s Mary Janes. However, the Presideo throws me off a little sizewise. I am a solid size 8.5 normally. I’d ordered a brown pair of Presideos last year in an 8 (not sure why; maybe after reading reviews). They were snug to start with but have stretched enough to be comfortable with thin socks. I just ordered a pair of black ones in an 8.5. I wanted to be able to go with thicker socks because it’s getting cold. The 8.5 are too long; I’m keeping them however because I’m thinking the 8 would be too short for what I need now. They are cute shoes without socks and keep your feel cool in the summer. I didn’t have the size questions with similar mj styles in the past. At least these are wide enough; that’s always my main concern.

I went down half a size. I have worn 8 1/2 in keen tie shoes. In the presidium, buckle shoe an 8 fit. One of the few shoes that don’t hurt my feet. Keen has a high tie box with room for toes. My toes are almost all the same length, and the presido doesn’t rub or put blisters on my toes. ??

First ordered the 8 and it was too roomy. Order the 7.5 and it is too tight. My feet, not the shoe. My feet must be changing with the arthritis again!

Recommended size was a 7.5 but I ordered usual size. Will reorder this as I need the arch support. Sure would like Velcro on strap versus buckle. Hard on old fingers!

These are wonderful shoes for walking a lot. The strap was a bit short, but I got it hooked up and made it work and now I love them. And they are so darned cute. They make my size 11 foot look small....who doesn’t love that? Th first time I went to hook the strap, I had a hard time getting around to the side of my foot to do it, and I needed to put it in the last hole on the clasp...not much to hold onto. After I wore them for a while, now I can slide them on and off and the little elastic at the strap stretches just enough to let my foot by, so I don’t have to strap and restrap them each time.

These shoes are comfortable, sturdy and the color is great for summer (silver birch). For me, they are a fine alternative to the many, many pairs of available sandals. For walking and support, I would recommend these Keen Shoes.

These are wider than the Presidio MJs, so much better for my wide wide feet. The top strap is comfortable and still has the elastic underneath that keeps my heels from flipping down. They are a still a bit narrower than Keen's used to be, but I feel like they will stretch out a bit with more wear. I really hope that Keen keeps it coming with the WW Mary Janes, as I use these for vacations when tennis shoes won't do, but I still need to be on my feet all day. More colors, please!!

These are great shoes no problems with them and l have bad feet l ordered three pair and they look sharp on the feet. Thanks Zappos such a great company and customer service is excellent

Fit was accurate for my 7.5 med. feet, they were comfortable on the first wearing, the strap does a good job of providing secure fit for the rest of the shoe, thankfully the edges on the throat of the shoe do not touch my bunion surgery locations. AND, theses are Keens, so they will last forever.

I love Keen shoes for my very hard to fit feet. These are great, except that they are a half size too big. I hope the size 7 will fit. My feet must be shrinking or Keen is sizing their shoes larger!

Previously purchased this shoe & loved it; same style, made in China; this is made in India and is much too narrow.

These are huge! Didn't even bother trying on the second shoe. Nice styling, though.
