These were so small that the strap didn't go all the way over the top of my foot, and couldn't reach the buckle. I am swapping out for a half size larger, though, because these shoes are durable, well made, and give good support while looking kinda cool.

I used to love Keens, but the last few years the sizing has been very inconsistent. I ordered a 9 and a 9.5. The 9 was good for width, but was way too short. The 9.5 was huge! Sent both pairs back.

these shoes have a very large toe box, much too big for my foot. Had to return them.

I love the look of these shoes but my right foot has a bunion and the shoe did not give. It was too painful and needed to return.

Oh how I wanted to wear these. But the top opening hit my foot bone just right, or jus wrong as the case may be. They were incredibly painful for me.

Strap was too far up my foot and was very uncomfortable. The tiny buckles were very difficult to fasten. Lastly, they made my feet look like hooves. Returned.

I am so sad! The Presidio II MJs are built up on the sides so that there is no easy on and off. Although they probably hug to one's feet better - .I loved my regular Keen Presidio MJs - they had a shoe box that did not aggravate my tender toes, they did not hit in the middle of my toe joint/.bunion; I have RA and could walk in them - for miles - on the grand kids soccer fields, in town - I could easily adjust the leather strap that had a little elastic on the side so that I could slip them on and off on days or situations in which I could not get down and get my hands working to un do the buckle. I am not a fan of elastic because at times my foot swells and the elastic only gives so far, so the buckle is a must... I could wear them out to "dressy" occasions - not dancing shoes but hey, I'd just take them off to dance... I hope Keen brings back the old MJ !

I had a version of this shoe years ago. The length felt good but they were very narrow, and I do not have wide feet. So sad i have to return them because they are so cute!

The Presidio II MJs don't feel as comfortable as the original Presidio MJs although they more stylish in appearance. The shoe itself felt too big but I'm weary about sizing down because the strap across the top of the foot barely fit and was a little tight with this size. I think I'll be returning these bad boys!

Very cute shoe but stiff and too wide in the heel and my feet slipped in them repeatedly from the first step.

I love Keen shoes, especially the 4 pair I bought in 2003 that have never been matched for comfort. I have owned several other pair since then, though. I normally wear a size 6. My foot is not narrow, but not wide. When I tried this on, even with the insole, I had about half a size extra room in it...but the insole/footbed is so high and large, I could barely buckle the shoe. Barely. So, I removed the footbed to see how large it was then, and it was at least a full size too large. It didn't seem as though it was even correctly made- tow box is wide and nice, but the rest of the shoe was odd fitting... Returning these and very sad about it.

I love the style. My size is 8m unfortunately the Keen Presidio II MJ in the toe area was too snug of a fit to be comfortable for me. Going a 1/2 larger was not an option. Been there, done that... won’t do that again.

I really liked the comfort of the shoes as I have worn keens for over 15 years. The foot bed of this shoe is great but the problem for me was the buckle area....the buckles and side of the shoe where the buckles are dig into my ankle.. Actually the side of the shoe where it is curved digs into my ankle. If it was a lower cut and not raised I would love them as I do all my keen shoes.

These are such cute shoes! Dressier than many styles. However, felt WAY TOO TIGHT across my foot and the strap seemed placed too close to the heel. I will have to return but I wanted them to fit so much.

I have a wide toe box and a narrower heel. I wear a size 8 in dress shoes and a size 9 in sneakers, so I ordered a size 8.5. I sent that one back because I had too much heel slippage. I kept the size 8 even though the band on top of the shoes by the toes is very tight! I have been wearing them with a moleskin pad cushioning the band in hope that it stretches out. I really like the way the way the shoe looks and the insole and support are super! However, when I take them off, I have a lot of red marks on my feet where the shoes are rubbing. It may be an expensive experiment to see if they stretch out enough to wear comfortably. I really wanted them to wear while doing a New England cruise, but don’t think they will be comfortable enough for that just yet!??

I really wanted to like this shoe, the design was very cute, and it was similar to the discontinued Keen MJ Toya that I owned and loved in the past. However, the buckles were so tiny that it made them difficult to use. There was also a strange cut out at the back near the ankle that made it difficult to get the shoe on, and it dug into my ankle. Unfortunately they had to go back.

I wanted to love these shoes as these seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I have arthritis hands and couldn't manage the buckled. Velcro is a wonderful thing and I really wish they would use that instead..although I realize thats not cool . Cute shoes,though.

Wanted to love these shoes but they pressed against the tops of my feet and were uncomfortable. Because of Zappos' service, I can keep trying.

Real cute shoe. Ordered both a size 7 and a size 7 1/2. The size 7 was close to fitting, but was a little too short. The size 7 1/2 should have been a perfect fit, but it looked and felt more like a size 9 1/2. Very disappointed.

I've been wearing Keen shoes and loving them for many years. Always ordering size 9 med and wearing them with no problem. It was time to buy more shoes and now the nines are too big and the 8.5 pinches. I am sad to say I must find a new go-to brand. And that means returning lots of purchanses.

I have a pair of this shoe in brown that I absolutely love. Imagine my disappointment when I ordered a second pair in black and they did not fit! The strap across the top of my foot was too tight. I had to send them back.

I normally wear a size 9, Zappos recommended size was 9, but it was waaay too big. Ordered 8.5 and it was toooo small!.. This brand doesn't work for me!

This MJ II is worse than MJ I. The old model is better quality and comfortable. It is more stiff and the material inside is not fabric. I am so dissappointed. I return it.

This shoe was so off, I couldn't believe it. I ordered 3 pair of Keen 7.5M (US) sizing and I had more than an inch at the back of the shoe. The other two pair fit perfectly, though I did not like the color or since it was an ECO style the width of the sole on the bottom. But it was comfortable and the right size and I would keep if I needed that much of a hiking, outdoor/water shoe. I have had a pair of Keen Mary Janes for over 10 years that are just too worn for me to take on my trip to Europe. But, they are the same size I ordered this time and have been one of the best shoes I have ever owned for comfort as well as a modicum of style. Will re-order the Presidio II MJ in a smaller size. Thanks to Zappos for making all the best shoes available with such remarkable customer service. Been a customer for a long, long time.
