First of all Zappos' service is outstanding, both the purchase and return. That said, I have very wide feet and thought I would chance purchasing a pair of the EE width, but without success. They were still too snug and with regret I have had to return them. I blame my feet, not the shoes.

I bought a black and a whitish gray with rose gold accent. WWw40v2.. They are great and the customer service is 100%

I love these shoes. I first bought the grey/grey which was a where and I loved the feel but my right first rolls inward when walking due to overpronation so I had to send it back and get the grey/rose gold which was a leather shoes and was more supportive so my foot doesn't roll inward. They have a thick sole which absorbs shock. Lots of padding around ankle which helps support the heel and ankle. Not much of an arch support but I always use my own orthotic anyway. Love the color. Seemed to be narrower than usual even with a size Wide so I sent them back and got an extra wide and it was perfect. And as always, Zappos Customer Service is wonderful to communicate with. Love them!

These shoes were keepers. I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit my misfit feet. I need a shoe with a wide toe box as my toes are quite painful & I can't have a shoe pushing in on them. At the same time, I need a sturdy material that does not give like the mesh shoes do. The shoes with mesh or soft material lets my feet slide too much & it hurts my toes when they touch the side. These shoes keep my feet steady & in place. I have poor circulation so can't have a tight shoe over the top or by the ankle. These shoes do fine. I did not lace them all the way to the top, though; I stopped 1 hole from the top to be sure my feet didn't have anything tight. They fit fine that way, & don't slide around at all or slide up & down on the heel. I also have bad knees, so much so that I use a walker. These shoes have enough good support but are still soft which helps with the walking. I like the light gray color but sure wish they had other options besides black or white. I've returned many pairs of shoes that just didn't work & am thankful to Zappos that they offer free returns; otherwise I just wouldn't have found these.

Bought these for my daughter who has a very wide foot. Fit her very well and were very light and comfortable. They looked very nice, too. Very happy with purchase!

This is a very comfortable shoe, with great support. Width and length are perfect for my feet. It's also good-looking. I bought the grey, which is goes with all color clothes, and looks more like a shoe than a sneaker. I'm very happy with it, and will be back for another pair when the season changes!

dThe shoe was a little too small, and the same shoe size 10 made my right foot arch are hurt pretty badly!

Ah, comfort at last! Previously tried Easy Spirit Romy and New Balance 623v3 before finding this shoe. Not pretty, but it's a great sneaker/walking shoe/cross-trainer which fits my orthotics, with a generous toe box and narrow enough heel.

I originally bought a size 7 in these shoes, which is what I’ve worn in other New Balance styles. They ran a little larger than expected, so I went down to a 6.5, and that was perfect. I love these shoes — very smart looking with a nice, neutral color that is a change from the typical white sneakers I usually get, yet also not the outrageous neon colors that are so popular these days. I’ve been wearing New Balance for years, and they never disappoint my small square feet! :-)
