I like these shoes, but I should have ordered a half size bigger. They're just a little snug.

I was not overall satisfied with the comfort level-I like more arch support and these are probably good for those who prefer a shoe that's not so bulky.

The sole is really thick and pretty chunky-looking once on my feet. Very comfortable, though. The 7.5 regular width is tight for me since I have a bunion, so the 7.5 W is much better. Wish there was a cross-training version of this shoe instead of just a running shoe.

I love the roomy toe box in this shoe. It’s excellent for ladies with a wider foot. However, there is a band that runs across my bunions that cause my forefoot to ache. There is moderate cushion but not much for arch support. I would keep these shoes but the uncomfortable band is rubber and I doubt if it will stretch.

I have an average to wide foot. So I find that the New Balance and Saucony tennis shoes fit me best. This particular shoes fits the ticket in comfort and support. I tend to wear either a 9 or 9 1/2 shoe. I ordered this shoe in both of those sizes. I kept the 9 1/2 and sent the other one back. Although they both fit. I felt my toe hit the tip of the shoe, and I assume that if I was running in them, the toe would definitely rub a lot more. I am happy with these shoes.

Not too bad these are the first ones I have ordered I usually get the 940v3 these are the most comfortable so far. I'll keep ordering from Zappos they do have the best customer service. Thanks Zappos team!

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for many years, but have found in the past couple of years, the sizing is a half size smaller than it used to be. Very frustrating. I had to return these shoes for that reason. Zappos shipping and return policy is so helpful in these situations. The shoes were shipped super fast and the service was exceptional. I will keep shopping here for those reasons.

I bought the blue pair first felt like a real double wide! For some reason these gray pair didn’t feel the same and my heel slipped, had to return.

I wear these with custom orthotics, the tongue is sewn a little too far down towards the toes making it low volume and puts pressure on my big toe. That being said the toe box is nice and wide and roomy, I wish the ankle area came up a little higher to provide some ankle stability. The pinkish purpleish color is nice! It’s the best neutral running shoe for orthotics that I have found , if they had paid a little more attention to opening up the volume of the shoe towards the toes it would be perect

I can’t really evaluate these shoes as they came with elastic laces. I wasn’t able to remove the elastic and substitute real shoes laces. Without being able to adequately tie the shoes, I will have to return them. I have reordered something similar with real laces I hope.

Too snug across ball of foot with my custom orthodics, even in extra wide.

I wear a half custom orthotic in my sneakers. In my case, the heel cup was too low making it feel like I was going to come out. They also felt a little tight(I usually do wear a medium width). The overall look of the shoe was nice but they’re not for me.

These ran small by at least a full size in both lenghth and width. Very nice style - and the grey color was great as an alternative to black.

I also found the toe box strangely wide. It was great through the heel and middle, but the toe box seems to balloon out so my toes are swimming.

Toe box was much too wide and felt and looked too clunky like ‘duck feet’. Support felt great but sneaker felt too large because of huge toe box.

I ordered this new balance is the same size that I currently have, but it was 1/2 size too small The difference between 44 which I wear and this was 43

Fit was good with room in the toe box, but the tongue was so short I couldn't lace up to the last hole and so the shoe was too loose around the ankle. And the cushioning was not as good as my old New Balance. New Balance needs too update the styling of their shoes.

New Balance keeps making slight changes to their lasts. This time the size that has always fit me feels—weird. The top of the shoe seems to press down on my big toe, which is very uncomfortable. I'm sending them back.
