I've bought this exact shoe from a retailer so I felt safe ordering the same on line. I will never order again on line. The tongue slips constantly and despite trying to make adjustments per you tube, etc., I have not been able to stop this from happening. I saved money but got aggravation in return

The shoe it's self is made from light materials which is good and bad. However there is absolutely no arxh support. Not.good for walking.

These shoes had no stabilizer for pronation. I could collapse the entire sole just with my hand strength. Imagine what my body weight would have done to it!

These are the most uncomfortable shoes ever. No support and feel like they are rubbing my feet raw.

I used to be a loyal New Balance customer. They were one of the few companies who offered narrow sizes. The shoes used to fit great. And then I tore a ligament in my foot, even while wearing my custom orthotics, in my New Balance sneakers. I stopped wearing New Balance and switched to Asics. But Asics have also altered their narrow cuts and they are no longer narrow. I'm sorry to say nothing has changed with New Balance; in fact, it has gotten worse. There is so much room in this sneaker even in a narrow cut, it's like wearing a medium. It's so wide that my custom orthotics are rendered useless because there is no arch support. This shoe might be great if you don't have really narrow, flat feet like me.

NB always recommends this shoe as their shoe to accommodate orthotics. If you have flat feet and wear orthotics with correction also these will not work. The orthotics rock up and down creating a dangerous footwear situation. New balance never gets it right for flat feet
