This bootie was super narrow - I had trouble getting it on, even after unzipping both sides. The heel was very narrow and super uncomfortable. I've never put on a shoe with such a narrow, tight heel like these booties. They're cute, but had to go back - they're just unwearable.

These are blue, not grey. So disappointed. Also narrow and small.

Wanted to keep these but they are beautiful, fit and look great. Unfortunately the bottom of the boot is just way too slippery. These are perfect if you don't have to take a step!

100% NOT GREY! A kindergartner would call them BLUE...not a cute color.... Hard as a rock too

These shoes are extremely cute. My feet slip around in them, though, because the heel is too roomy. There seems to be a bit of an arch support but it's not in the right place for my feet. And, they are too slippery, as others have mentioned. I got size 8-W, which is always the perfect size for me. These felt true to size except for the issues mentioned. Since I can't wear them, I gave the overall rating just 1 star, but they are really cute shoes.
