Love these shoes there is so much heel support which I really need.

First time I have ever owned a Mizuno. I wear a neutral shoe. I LOVE the Wave Rider 21 for Running. The shoes are supportive, cushioned and flexible. I like cushion but want a firm ride. These shoes are perfect I love the cushion ...and I love the support as well. I took the shoes out of the box and ran 4 miles ...and kept the shoes on for the rest of the day. My feet feel great. Better yet - my knees don't hurt as they did in the other she brand. Buy pink and show your support for breast cancer.

After using these shoes for a month, I can honestly say that they are just as comfortable as Mizunos in years past if not more. Often times shoe companies will redesign shoes and its not always better. That never happens with Mizunos. I like that this is a sturdy shoe, yet it is light weight and flexible. It is great for running on the road and hard surfaces yet still suitable for running on the trail. I like the gray color of this shoe because it does not show all the dust that accumulates on my shoes from running on the trail. Can't wait to put many more miles on these shoes. Thanks Mizuno

It's been 4 years since I switched to a neutral shoe and it was the Mizuno Wave Rider 17. I haven't stopped using them since then. They offer the support that I need and comfort for those runs when needed. The colors are so fun, I got the Baja blue and they are so pretty in person. This is definitely a great running shoe. I did receive a pair for review but all words are my own.

Just when I thought Mizuno couldn't get any better, they come out with the Wave Rider 21! Running seems so effortless in these sneakers. I've always needed my custom inserts while running, but not with mizunos! My arches are supported unlike in any other running shoe. It's a comfortable, smooth ride. I've used them running, rowing, and weight lifting. I also attend a boot camp where we do a lot of high impact exercises and these sneakers hit the mark across the board. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a good running sneaker. If you're looking for a smooth, neutral ride sneaker - these are it!!!! And the color I got, beautiful!

I have been wearing the Mizuno Wave Rider 21 running shoes for a couple of weeks now and I love the way the soft cushioning is gentle on my joints as a run. I'm 55, so I have a few more aches and pains from exercise than I did in my younger days, but since wearing the Wave Rider 21 running shoes, I haven't experienced near as much soreness in my feet and legs as I used to. It almost feels like there are shock absorbers in the heels, cushioning my feet as a run. I'm a fan!

I have been wearing Mizuno shoes for about 5 years and love them for running my half marathons and 5K races. They are not only comfortable, they also provide me with the proper fit and support I need. I wear an 8.5 shoe in normal street wear, but I size up to a 10 for my Mizuno running shoes and the fit is perfect. I also love the sleek blue color, it's eye catching without being obnoxiously bright!

They are not only for marathon runners, but for beginners as well. They provide optimal cushion for a smooth transition from heel to toe, and have mesh throughout the entire shoe, for breathability that helps your feet stay cool and dry. The X10 outsole is constructed of a durable carbon rubber, for prolonged life.

I just love how these shoes conform to my feet. I also like how light they are. I just hate running in heavy shoes. Buying new shoes is easy for me as I know Mizuno will fit my feet the way I want them to. I used to think that having high arches meant having to wear special shoes or special inserts but once I tried this neutral running shoe, I never buy any other running shoe.

I am slowly getting back into running, and these shoes are perfect... light weight and comfy which is what I look for!

I started running in my new WaveRiders a few weeks ago and have taken them out on several runs. They're light and supportive. I have been struggling with knee pain whenever I up my milage, but since making the switch I've had significantly less struggle to length my run's. That feeling when you find Your Shoe and you know that once you run these out... you'll just be ordering another pair. That's me and my sweet little waves.
