I have been loyal to the Mizuno Wave Inspire for quite a few years and the transition to the Mizuno Wave Rider was barely noticeable. I love them just the same and foresee myself repurchasing when I run through these! I was able to break them in fairly quickly, I even ran a marathon only 2 weeks after purchasing. Would definitely recommend!

I am also a Mizuno convert. Loved this shoe, but It was a little to strong in the underpronate part. I need more of a neutral shoe with my orthotics and have found other Mizuno shoes to be better for that! All over though, I love the support and comfort of the Mizuno shoes!

I really like the Mizuno Wave Rider style. It is an out of the box go for long walk.. No break in necessary! I would recommend this shoe for both runners and walkers. It is comfortable. I also love the fun colors.

I usually take. 9 1/2 in athletic shoes but ordered these in. 10 narrow and they fit fine, lots of toe room but the heel does slip a bit on my narrow heal so i just tighten the laces through the second hole at the top.. I walked distances in them several times and had no problem.

I have fairly wide feet and I have severe bunions which makes it hard to find comfortable running/walking shoes, however these are! (Especially in the wide). I just ordered my second pair and bought a pair for my Mom as well. I hope they never change these because I will buy them for life. These are just really comfortable sneakers. I love them.

These are exactly what I want in a running shoe!! I tend to roll my foot to the outside when I run. These shoes really help correct that so my feet don’t hurt after running. They’re super comfortable. I will buy these again!

I was THIS close to keeping this pair. Pretty comfortable, but ended up with a Brooks shoe instead. I wear a women's size 12 narrow, and it is very difficult to find a good pair of shoes. I don't run, I walk about 3 miles per day. Just couldn't quite make these my faves.

This is my third pair of Mizunos after discovering them on sale at another shoe warehouse. To be able to find a narrow shoe in size 11 is a miracle, so the fit is as perfect as possible. The gray was not my first choice but the only one available and will be just fine. The new pair is used for the gym or walking while I wear the old pair in the garden to make them both last longer. These shoes are great. I suffer from exertional compartment syndrome and have a herniated muscle. I also under pronate. Whenever I run or even walk at a fast pace my leg hurts. I can say these shoes help me with that. A lot. I have been using them for 2 months and I have noticed a huge difference. I used to use Saucony and even bought a second pair to compare with this pair. I returned those because Mizuno won in comfort and support.

After trying my "go to" Saucony Triumph, and Brooks Glycerin, I ended up with these. I have to say so far so good. Plenty of cushion and room in the toe box.

I have been buying Mizunos for the past 6 years; several prophecys, riders, and inspires. These are my favorite because they are a lighter weight while still providing support and comfort. Because I have to watch impact to my knee, these provide enough cushion where I do not feel I'm adding injury or further wear to my knee joint. Although these are designed for running, I use them for kickboxing/body combat and weightlifting. I do not expect the cushion to be effective longer than a 6 month interval, whereas the prophecys will last a bit longer - even with rigorous use. Either way- I try to change out my sneakers at 6 months- and these are even better than last year's peachtrees because the weave is more flexible while still being supportive. I buy my normal size, because they do stretch a bit after wear- although some people prefer to size up- I do not.

I really like these tennis shoes. I have an older pair and really like this new color and fit. I usually wear size 7 but my older pair is 7 & 1/2 - think going up 1/2 is suggested - they seem perfect for me

Beat sneakers ever for underpronaters/supinators. I normlaly wear a 7.5 wide in shoes but wear 8 wide in these shoe. On my 2nd pair and am committed to this brand. Have recommended these to members of my walking club. We have all improved our stride, endurance and arch support.

I love this shoe! I have neutral feet of normal width but I have a neuroma. As a trainer I spend all day standing and walking in my shoes, so I need cushioning and room in the toe box to avoid nerve pain. I've worn Asics for years but their styles and fit aren't working for me any more. Switched to Brooks, which worked for a while, but they've changed their styles too. This shoe is perfect! The size and width are as expected. The style looks great, I love the blue color, and it was comfortable all day right out of the box. Will order more before they make changes.

I ordered a half size larger than I normally do, but ended up returning them to go up an extra half size. But it was worth it!!! These shoes feel like walking on clouds. I have trouble with most shoes, but these are AWESOME. My feet are a bit wide and they are a bit snug, but they are so comfortable I do not really notice it!!! I am a purple person, but this shade of blue is so cool looking and with the right touch of yellow makes them look really flashy!!! I love these shoes! And Zappos made the return and exchange effortless! Thank you Zappos!!!

These are the best shoes i have ever worn. They fit so good and are so comfortable i had to order another pair. I use to wear Asics but the have made theirs so much narrower in the toe the bothered me. I can wear these all day in total comfort

I have been a Mizuno fan for the last 5 years and have not found a better shoe in other brands. Based on past experience and other reviews, I ordered this pair 1/2 size larger than normal. I wear a 6.5 regular shoe and usually a 7.5 in athletic shoes. I had to order an 8 this time because the last 7.5 pair was a little short in the toe area. The Wave Rider 21 is probably the best Mizuno I've had to date. My heel is narrow and I need a wide toe box. This shoe fits well and also accommodates a healing neuroma. Thanks to Zappos for sending several pairs to try and thanks to other reviewers for detailed reviews.
