These are pretty loose on the heel - I walk right out of them. The toe box is a little snug, but I think they would have stretched. This would be perfect on the right foot. The leather part that covers the toes comes down a little further so it looks a bit more casual.

Just received and after reading all the reviews I decided to order my reg size, 9.5 W, and a 9WW. The 9.5W was almost perfect. The 9WW was actually a tiny bit longer and the width only slightly wider. The 9.5W are a little wider than what I find in lesser brands so these are hopefully going to fit my needs perfectly. I will have to add something to the heels to keep from slipping out but I expect this as my heels are narrow.

Classy shoe, love the chunky but tapered heel, much more sophisticated than the typical squared heel.

I got these in the Cork Montana, and they are *the* perfect shade of brown for me, but the toe area was just too short, and going up a half size would have left me with my heel slipping out.

This was a cute, comfy pump, except the toe box was too short and slightly too narrow for me, and sizing up a half size would have had me kicking these things off with every step.

Although I'm not as happy with Comfortivas as I was with Softspots, these are a good replacement for a near 10 year old pair I had. It took a couple of tries on the size but I think I've gotten it just right now. I tried the 8.5 WW - way to big; 8.5 W still too big; wound up with the 8WW. I'm so glad I kept trying. The reviews said a lot about them slipping off the heel, but I think these'll be great. I know the leather quality is great and will conform to my feet beautifully. I also know their comfort. I've worked full days on my feet for years and Softspots/Comfortiva are truly more comfortable than any shoes I've ever worn. I get lots of compliments too. I have about 9 pairs - some clogs, some sandals, and some pumps. Please keep 'em coming!

I liked these shoes, but I could not get them in a size large enough for my feet. I tried one size up from my usual size, but still too small. There were not any larger sizes in stock. Very cute and comfortable for a heeled shoe.

I had ordered a 6 wide--the toe box fitted perfectly, but my heels keep slipping out when walking across the room. I'm not the only one after reading reviews with similar experience. You can make these work by wearing thick socks to fill in the room in the back of the heels and another trick which is most helpful--one of the review had mentioned--putting in gel inserts. I feel doing these things would only defeat the purpose of using these shoes to its potential. I gave it four stars because these are quality heels--without the need to add more to them... if only they fitted properly... I would not be returning them. I'm debating on whether to order a 6M as I'm in desperate need of dress shoes.

I originally got 7 1/2 WW my normal size, but like other comments, the heel was large and my foot was coming out of the shoe. I tried size 7 WW and was too tight. The shoes are so cute - I got the smoke, that I'm keeping the 7 1/2 stuffing tissue in the toe and I'm going to look for heel support to make the heel smaller. These would be perfect otherwise :)

The shoes were too small, which is a shame because, other than being too small, they were very comfortable and very well made. I didn't order another size because I felt like these were a pair of shoes I need to try on before purchasing. I would say they are not true to size.

Cute shoe, but unfortunately it did not fit. I will most likely be getting another one a half size smaller.

Ok, these are beautiful! The leather is supple and soft. The classic look that never goes out of style, priceless. The heel is robust, fear you not! My advice with these shoes is beware of sizing. I am a perfect 7.5W. I had to try 3 different sizes before getting to the closest fit for me which by the way was not perfect: I tried 7.5 WW and they were way too big, it felt like a half size bigger; the width was perfect. I tried 7WW and the width was perfect, but my big toe was touching the tip of the shoe and that is a no-no (I need some wiggle room) and then the 7.5W: it was a bit, just a bit tight and my big toe grazed the tip of the shoe :-( My solution: I used a shoe-expander for a night and it worked beautifully. I love my new shoes and the leather stretches so a perfect pair of shoes for me!

I’ve only worn these around the house so far but they seem very comfortable. I’m usually a 6 or 6.5 and the 6 fits perfect. I ordered both sizes and the 6.5 was too big. Looking forward to wearing these to a wedding this weekend.

I wanted to like this shoe, but it was sliding off my heels so I knew they weren't meant to be. The double was just wide enough for my toes, but too wide for my heels. I'm not sure if I would have been able to really handle the heel height either. Very cute, just not for me!

This is a beautiful basic shoe for work or an evening out. The shoe does feel a little wide in a medium, which is good for me as one foot is a little wider now thanks to surgery. The interior padding is very comfortable but is also not removable nor is it particularly good for arch support if you need said. I wouldn't put these on and expect to do five miles in a day, but they are very good for an evening out and for the office.

The suede was already showing wear and the glitter didn't appeal to me.

Love the look and heel style - chunky yet feminine and a great height that offers some stability. Navy is a nice shade of blue ... dark but you can tell it apart from black. I wear a 7.5W and unfortunately these were too narrow ... I'll re-order and see if x-wide will work.

Loved the color but even though I measured my feet 7-1/2 were too large. Color did not work for the occasion intended but they were really pretty. Thank you for offering WW shoes.

These are wonderful pumps. The heel does slip just a little bit, like others encountered, but not enough to send back. The width was great. Very very cute shoes.

These are *almost* the perfect shoe. However, they have the same shallow toe box that plagues the rest of the Comfortiva line. The edge of the shoe hits right on that joint at the first metatarsal, which is super uncomfortable for me. Everything else about the shoes is perfect. I can't tell you how much I wish Comfortiva would make a shoe that comes even half an inch further up the top of the foot!

My previous review just magically disappeared so I'll start again. This shoe would be a great business pump or one for someone who is on her feet a lot. It has oodles of cushioning and wonderful arch support. The heel is stacked and wide making it very stable. I tried three different sizes since I have difficult feet. Generally I wear a 7- 7 1/2 W in a flat shoe. None of the sizes worked. I even tried a WW as someone else found success. If the right shoe was comfortable, the left one felt tight and uncomfortable or my foot slid forward leaving a gap at the heel. Give this shoe a try. It is expensive but it just might end up being your go-to shoe for a long time.

That was the smallest size 8.5 that I've tried on in a long time! It's such a cute shoe that I'm going to try for the 9 and see what happens.

Testament to how much I love this shoe: At Zappo's recommendation, I ordered my normal size, 8. There was almost a half inch between my heel and the back of the shoe. Returned them, ordered the 7-1/2. STILL too big. Ordered the 7 and although they're a tad pinchy in the toe and they dig into my bunyon a bit, I'm keeping them, hoping they'll adapt to my foot. The style goes well with my eclectic wardrobe - a mix of classic office, boho and vintage. I have extremely high arches so rated it "no arch support", but there is a little raised area that might be sufficient for some wearers.
