The weirdest thing is that people say it runs small. I normally wear size 8; so I ordered that. It was fully a 9. So I ordered a 7.5 and it was still slipping off my foot, too big. I loved the style and comfort so much that I tried a third time and finally found a good fit with the 7 (although the upper lands right on my little bunyon, but I think it will stretch, so I kept them). The arch support is there but minimal. I have extremely high arches, so if I need to, I'll just add a little one myself. The sole is very comfortable. As for the style, my wardrobe is a cross of three things: office, vintage, and classic. These work for all three, and the heel is truly unique. I love them!!

I really loved these shoes. They are so comfortable. Unfortunately I was slipping out of them at the heel and had to return them.

Really cute shoe, good neutral. My only issue was with the liner, which has arch support but also is very bulky and tapers off around the edges. It just wasn’t very comfortable for my toes

These were not as comfortable as I wanted, especially considering the price. However, the leather is beautiful and I would have gladly kept them had they been more comfortable. They were tight across the toes, and as a result, caused some pain under my big toe. I wear a 9W and they felt a little too small, but I haven't had good luck sizing up in dress shoes.

Very cute shoes, but back fits too large. Also, wish the leather was softer.

Thought these would be more comfy than they are. The memory foam feels nonexistent and there is little to no arch support. Bought for work and so will keep but if you’re looking to buy purely from a comfort perspective I would say pass on this pair.

Does not come up high enough on the top of your foot. It was a little snug on my toes, but not uncomfortable. But the fact that they did not cover enough of my upper foot was not good. Not for me.

The shoes had such a bad chemical smell!!! They would have been comfortable if my heels didn't keep slipping out of them. I thought maybe I just needed a size smaller but the smell was so bad I just returned them.

Beautiful style fit great EXCEPT the back slips on my heels and the shoe wont stay on. I even tried a smaller size and had the same result.

Nicely constructed shoe, but was too long. I normally wear a 10 EW. I could fit 2 fingers in the back of the heel, but the width was fine. Padded insole promised comfort, but is man made so it may not let your foot breathe as well as a full leather shoe.

The shoe looks beautiful, but is super uncomfortable. The toe box is super small, tight and narrow and the shoe is very painful to walk in. Don't know if it will end up stretching out or not and I ordered the widest width available.

It's not the worst pair of heels I've tried on (as someone with wide feet), but other reviewers are correct that there's a gap at the heel, even though the rest of the shoe feels like it's fits correctly, and so it's easy for your heel to pop out. My main reason for returning, though, is that the toe box squishes my toes together horribly. Do shoe makers really need to be told that people with wide feet ALSO have the same wide width at their toes?!

I love the style of these shoes and REALLY wanted to like them but sadly they just aren’t comfortable. I need to walk around the office a lot. But my toes were scrunched and my heel slipped. I could feel right away where the blisters and bruising would start. Sad!

These were beautiful but not wide enough or long enough in the toe box for my feet.

This is such a beautiful and comfortable shoe. Unfortunately my heel slipped out every step I took. I dont think a size smaller would help. The fit was great.d so I sent them back I ended up with a pair of Naturalizer pumps the same color.

I couldn't wear them they weren't comfortable for me. It's a beautiful shoe though

I ordered wide and this shoe did not seem wide at all! It was too short and too narrow. The style seems nice but I could not even get my foot in it.

8.5 fit beautifully and felt as if it would have been comfortable except it slipped on my heel. Disappointed again after returning a previous pair in another style. This pair was also returned. I really liked the look of the shoe.

Too long. Not proper sizing. Over an inch longer than it should be causing heel to come out of shoe as you walk. Otherwise would have loved to keep these. Seem very comfortable otherwise. Styling perfect for conservative professional look. Heel stable and not too high.

I find it very difficult to find dress shoes that have an ample toe box. I don't know why sneakers can be made this way but dress shoes aren't. If you have any recommendations please let me know.

I have bad feet, so don’t take my ratings too seriously. I have long medium feet with a very narrow heel. The toe box is very small and cramped, I didn’t even put my foot down and had pain. Shoe was 1/2 inch too long so I can’t comment on how the heel feels.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but just not a good fit. It has a 21/2 inch heel that encourages the foot to slide forward toward the toes. The padded footbed seems like a good idea, but it is not removable and is too thick to add a forefoot pad to keep the foot back in the shoe. The shoe is fairly wide, but that means the heel is equally wide. Therefore, the heel of the foot pistons in the shoe. So I had to walk like my foot was in boxes to not lose the shoe. Clump Clump . Had to return and now trying for a flat that will work. Otherwise, it is a lovely looking pump !
