Toes are a bit tight when wearing/standing for long periods of time.

Overall quite comfortable, but i did have to size down twice to get the right fit. Very cute style for a work environment not conducive to heel wearing.

Ordered in wide to accommodate a bunion, while feet not really wide otherwise. Usually wide works for comfort, not in this case. Perhaps how the show is cut at the front, but will not work and had to return.

Loved the shoe but it arrived in BLACK instead of the lovely brown leather so had to send it back. Otherwise they fit well and true to size in my opinion. I have a thinker ankle and my feet tend to swell so I did not notice them being loose at all.

I wanted this to work but it hit my bunion in the wrong place. Otherwise, shoe felt comfortable.

Length-wise, they seem true to size or very slightly short. Width-wise, they are narrow. I ordered an XX-wide and they are FAR narrower than their counterparts (Walking Cradles, SAS) marked the same width. Currently, I have a shoe stretcher in the right shoe in an attempt to make it wide enough for my (admittedly problematic) feet. They toe box is way too short (top to bottom) and they cut into the base of my big toe painfully. That toe is fused and the joint is bulky, but as I said before, the other brands I tried in this width did not do that. (I'm keeping these shoes because I need the sliver of extra height they offer.) They are nicely cushioned but there is absolutely no arch support and frankly, it feels a little odd to have so much support and cushioning under the ball and heel of the foot and have my arch just out there touching nothing. Weird. I'm sure that will make them less comfortable as the hours go on. All in all, a moderately attractive, slightly matronly, very cushioned shoe with a stable heel that runs narrow and has no arch support. Those of us with problem feet understand how often we settle for shoes that just aren't quite right. This is one of those times for me.

Fits perfectly EXCEPT when I walk the heel slips off of my foot. I'm a perfect 7.5 WW. I was disappointed.. I like them so much that I'll just put heel no slip grips in them.

I love patent leather . . . and these shoes are becoming a favorite. Sturdy heel, sturdy shoe. Solid. The size is a bit short in that my toe is almost touching the front of the shoe, but then I wonder if I’d walk out of them if they were any larger. I rarely wear a 7.5 (only in a sneaker), so its either this size or none. I believe its the design of the shoe. I’ve purchased other Comfortiva’s and 7 is my size. This is as dressy as I would get for living in the country as no-one gets dressed up around here. But I don’t feel overdressed or out of place. Good quality, good arch support. I’m pleased.

I got these because I needed some basic comfortable pumps to wear to the office and I've been remote working and haven't worn heels in three months (thanks, pandemic haha). They're pretty much exactly as advertised; a decent, comfortable low-heeled pump. I did notice the heel slipping, as others mention, but I have narrow heels anyway and I usually add (CVS brand) heel grips to pumps anyway and this fixed any issues. They're comfortable enough to wear all day and not immediately change into flats when I leave the office and have to run errands after work. They're not super exciting style wise but they pair well with skirts and dresses and the blocky heel didn't look as "matronly" as I thought it might. Quality seems decent and seems like they should last a while. I'm a size 8M and they fit pretty well out of the box other than the heel slipping issue. Overall a decent, basic pump for all day wear if you don't want to wear flats and want a little bit of heel but are on your feet a lot.

Not bad looking shoe. Comfortable for my fussy feet. Width is great however I went by one review that mentioned larger than actual size so I went 1/2 size down. Just got shoes and excited, only to be disappointed. I ordered 7.5 EE which fits my right foot with slippage but I can put a finger in the back of my left foot. I am afraid to order the 7 and it’ll be too snug. — If I keep original order the shoe may give then my problem will be worse. Ughh!

These shoes are very comfortable. There's nice pillowy cushion throughout the insole and on the heel, and the inner lining is a pleasant/soft texture. The Cork Montana color is a BEAUTIFUL brown. However, there is definitely heel slippage out of the box, so you may need a ball-of-foot insert.

So cute and well-made but at least a full size too big. I actually double checked after trying them on to be sure I didn’t order the wrong size.

I believe I had the correct size, but the heel slipped when I walked. I really wanted to like these as they seemed like they'd have good support and be comfortable. But the heel slipping made me return them.

I am still looking for the perfect black dress shoe to replace my beloved pair of Aerosoles that are no longer made. These are not them. Pros: the heel is chunky and solid. Padding is comfortable, and I didn't have issues with slippage. Con: after a while, my third and fourth toes got very unhappy. I had gotten overly optimistic about these shoes and threw away the box, so I will keep them in the hope that the toe area will stretch a bit.

The 6w felt a little snug on my right foot, (which has a bunion) so I ordered the 6.5W which was too big. Happily, I wore the 6W around the house and they stretched out enough to make them wearable. I ended up keeping the 6W and returning the 6.5 W which made me very happy because I love, love the shoe!

Gorgeous shoe! Sadly, I walked right out of it. Too loose in the heel. I will try a smaller size.

I almost always wear a 7.5 but had to send them back for a 7.

This shoe felt 1/2 size too small.

I always wear a 7.5, however my heals were sliding right out of these shoes. I like the look, it's casual and kind of different, it will work with both dresses and pants. There is a lot of padding inside and it was quite comfortable for the 2 minutes I walked around in my bedroom, LOL! I am going to return this pair for the size 7 in the hopes they will fit perfectly. The true test will come at the conference I am attending in a few weeks!

I wish this shoe would have worked for me. I liked the style, but it was a little too narrow for my wide feet, even in the XW. The slippage in the heel also would have been an issue if I had kept them.

These looked like the perfect pump for me. Low heel, black leather, slip on. I was disappointed, though, that they pinched my foot in the toe box. I don't have wide feet but had purchased the wide in error so that was even more confusing. They are a nice, plain black pump with a comfy insole so don't hesitate to give them a try.

These shoes are very well made. I should have returned them because they run big, but time constraints meant I had to use them. Toe stops and heel cushions kept them on, but I'll have to have a cobbler put on mary jane straps before I can wear them again.

Had to send this shoe back ??, the width was true which was wide however, the toe area was too short and the shoe flopped off the back of my heel
