Very comfortable shoes. Loved the heel.

These shoes are cute and super comfortable, but my heel came out with each step I took. Not for the skinny-ankled/heeled gal, I guess. I always need a strap to keep my shoes on my feet, and these unfortunately were no exception to the rule.

Loved these! Hope to wear them for holiday events. Very comfortable and offer good support. (I've had foot injuries and surgery so not many shoes feel good on me.)

Lovely shoes, excited to put on. Walked around in kitchen for a few minutes only to discover there is a seam on the right side of each shoe, midway up the foot which dug into both feet. Hate to do it...have to return.

Comfy, very professional but also very nice with a jean. Makes feet look thinner.

So small! Sending them back, but ordered the half size and full size up - must have these shoes! They're perfect for walking around he hospital all day while still looking professional.

A lovely shoe with a slightly funky heel (nice!) Regret that the wide width (C/D) is just a tad too wide and am disappointed that I need to return these.

Love them, but my heel slips out of the shoe. I bought heel guards to tighten them. I hope that works.

These were comfortable and cute, but, like everyone else, my heel slipped right out of them. I am going to try ordering a smaller size, but I have the feeling that a smaller size will be too small in the toe box.

Length was accurate. Comfort good! Width of foot pad was very narrow. Shoe was extremely stiff which would make it a difficult wear.

Very comfortable shoe, and the chunky heel is nice. For me, it seemed to run a little long. I sized down half a size, and it still was very wide on the heel and slipped a lot, so I had to return.

The shoe looked great, nice profile, good materials and workmanship; however, even though the fit was true to size, the shoes slipped off my heel when I walked. I was disappointed and returned the shoes.

This is a beautiful shoe in both design and quality, including the cushy insole. I would love to keep this pair but unfortunately they are too big for me. No matter what I try, my heel slips out of the shoe making them unwearable, and a smaller size is not available. Had they fit my feet (I do have difficulty finding shoes to fit), I would've loved wearing them.

Last week, my feet were measured by a full service shoe shop in my town as 7.5 wide and they didn't have a shoe to match a dress for an upcoming event. I ordered a 7.5 wide in this shoe and the ball of my foot and toes were tight. I didn't think I'd manage one hour in them. Otherwise I think the heel/arch reached the right spot in my foot but is not a super wonderful arch rest. I have tried other shoes that fit my foot better. This is a nice shoe made of quality leather with a foam footbed just not wide enough at the toe area for me. Thank you for the provision Zappos.

Nice heel, very comfy since I was looking for a wide width, round toe block heel. But the shape of the chunky block heel looks better in photos and on other people who have reviewed it than it does for me. I’m pretty short and have short stumpy legs and small, wide feet and I feel like they make me a look a bit stumpier overall. I could see these looking nicer on someone who is better proportioned, but for me they didn’t work out visually. It’s too bad because they’re pretty comfortable.

I LOVE these shoes!!! They are so beautiful that I hate to return them. My big toes seem crowded, but the width is fine. Otherwise they are very comfortable.

Very comfortable shoe bed and heel height, with plenty of room in the toe box as well. My foot is a bit wide but the medium fit perfectly!

I love the comfort on these shoes. Nice sturdy heels - I'm 57 years old with bad knees so this is super important. These are not the most flattering shoes, but I bought shoe jewelry (clips for the top of the toes) and I've dressed them up for a formal wedding. I will be able to stand and dance all night!
