I have bunions so I almost always purchase W shoes. I ordered these in 9W, my normal size, and they were not wide enough, but fit otherwise. I returned them and purchase the 9WW thinking that would solve the problem, but the length was longer. The shoes wouldn't stay on my feet. I might order the 8.5WW, but they aren't on sale anymore.

I love these shoes, they are comfortable and beautiful.

wow - these shoes were so, so nice. they have great style with the perfect height heel. I think they'd be great for 16 hours a day. really well made, sturdy a good solid shoe. I could wear them because of a foot injury, I can't bend my left foot to get it into the shoe, so I had to return. my right foot loved the shoe!

Great style, however the shoes run large. I will be returing them.

Shoes were exactly what I wanted and need, but I have neuropathy and unable to wear them. I am unable to have any pressure on the top of my toes. Still having to wear sandals during the winter. Zappos is the best and the Customer Loyalty Team is fantastic!

Well-made, comfortable and classic but ran at least a half size too large. Darn!

Was not wide enough for my feet. Thought they looked nice but was not a good fit for me due to surgical problems with my foot.

I have small, wide, very difficult to fit feet. These are perfect in every way. I received the black leather pair. I’ve just logged on to purchase the other colors because I’m so thrilled with them. So happy to have found these. They are very true to size and the wide width is accommodating. Not only are they comfortable and easy to walk in, but I received compliments when I wore them too, so they’re very flattering for my wide feet.

Shoe fit me well and was comfortable. Good padding and nice style. It was between this and the Softt pump... this one was more comfortable in the area around my big toe knuckle.

I have large, wide, hard to fit feet with a lot of problems but I am still looking for shoes that are relatively stylish. Whilst these are not shoes I would wear for long periods of time (for hours of working on my feet), I am hopeful that they will be comfortable enough for several hours at a wedding or special occasion. They are padded under the ball of the foot and I did not have trouble with the heel slipping. The wide heel also seems to add stability and some modern style. They do run a half size big, and they were generous in the width, but not too wide. I ordered both the suede and the black patent. I thought the black would be nice for dress and I love them, definitely keepers. As for the suede, I must have missed the “foil” part of the description because they are not at all a nice brown (the picture color is misleading), but more of an ugly gold-flecked taupe color. I would buy these again in another color though.

I do a lot of trade shows, so I need a pair of uber comfortable shoes that look nice with a dress. Tried three different pair from different manufacturers, and these won. They did slip a little on the heel, so I added gel heel pads, and now they are perfect!

Comfortable, and I went with the recommendation to go have a size smaller. I’m happy with that as I feel they will stretch a little bit and give throughout the day. This way there was no heel slipping. First day wearing them my feet were a little sore at the end, and I feel like after a couple wears they will be great. I got lots of compliments and really like the low chunky heel.

Ordered two sizes in this, kept the larger (11M). Nice low heel pump, replacing my old kitten heels. Had to put a sneaker liner in the toe because I guess I'm between sizes, but comfortable for shorter wear like church or evening social events. Not comfortable enough for work, I stand 8-10 hours, but never found a heel that is.

These shoes are great for work. I am a food service director always running around and these shoes are stylish, supportive and slip resistant. Fit perfect from the start - no need to "break them in". Fit was true to size.

I broke my ankle and a couple months after that damaged my achilles tendon. Walking has been very painful for almost a year. I bought a pair of these by chance and wore them today - my first "heels" since my accident. I wore them at work the whole day! No pain and great support. They are true to size so do not adjust sizing. I have to get wide shoes due to my injuries now. I am so excited and it made me start to feel like myself again . . . felt so good to wear a dress with heels again. I will probably be buying them all through time .. very comfortable and most importantly made me feel secure.

Cute shoe just to big in the heel. They can be worn with anything.

I love these shoes. However, like other reviewers wrote, the heal is way to loose. So I bought some heal inserts thinking that would do the trick. Sadly, it did not. My foot still came out of the shoe when I walked. So sad.

So I ordered these shoes to have something somewhat dressy for a trip to Europe. I got them in wide because I knew I would be walking a lot and didn't have time to break them in. The wide was just a tiny bit snug, so I exchanged them for ww, which is a tiny bit loose, but for what I need, I would rather they be loose than snug, as miles of cobblestones can be unforgiving. Love the look, like the extra comfort of the padded insole. I am on my feet for long hours in my work, so for times when I need it to be a bit dressy I can wear these and be good for hours on my feet. Thank you for the quick return and ship Zappos! I felt like Cinderella when I put these on. I've tried at least 8 other pairs of black, block 1-2" heel pumps I wasn't crazy about. My heel slips a little in the back, but they are super narrow. If I put a gel foot pad they will be 100%! The Black River Leather is beautiful and classic looking.

These are the best shoes! Normally any kind of heel hurts my feet, but these are super comfortable. I wore them while pretty much standing all day, and was very comfortable. And they are super cute. The heel is chunky, but the taper makes them look feminine. I love the shiny patent leather. Heels usually gather dust on my shelf, but I think I will wear these a lot. They are great!
