Really wanted to love these shoes but could not find a size that fit. I'm usually a 10 so I tried that and with a nylon it felt a little snug. Then I went to an 11 because there is no 10.5 and it was too big. Lastly I tried the 10 wide and was too wide on my heel. Even with a heel pad I couldn't swing it. Ended up returning all.

Tighter than expected around toes and too loose around heel.

Show is nice looking. Heel slips off easily. Tried to work with it but too much hassle.

As other reviewers have said, the back of these shoes is quite odd and when you walk your heels slip out as if you're wearing flip flops. I otherwise loved the shoes but this was a no-go. I tried heel pads, folded up tissues etc, but it just did not work.

The toe is quite stubby and rounded, which made it too narrow for my foot. Most wides fit me.

The shoes would have been comfortable to wear IF the shoes stayed on my feet. It seems the shoe has a lot of memory foam but the depth of the shoe does not take that into consideration. The shoe should be deeper to accommodate all the foam. Also, like other reviews, the shoe does not stay on my foot. The back of the shoe does not stay on the heel; the shoe should gently hug the foot, which this shoe does not. For the amount of money spent on this shoe, there is something drastically wrong with make-up of this shoe.

I guess I didn’t want to believe the other comments because on the surface these shoes appeared to be the perfect shoe for work…arch support, cushioning, and stylish. I really fell in love with these shoes online and waited months for them to come back in stock. BUT just as warned, it is nearly impossible to walk in them. I bought these sock liners on Amazon thinking little socks made for pump shoes would be the ticket to keep them on my feet, but I still couldn’t keep them on. If I sized down, then they would be too small. I simply cannot understand how $100 shoes can look perfect and yet slip off on the back. I wish I could return them! Only wore them one day at work and my legs are cramping from having tried to walk in them without my foot coming out of the shoe. Never had this happen with shoes before, and it is not like there is a a wide gap either. I don’t have the solution or any idea why this shoe is so hard to stay on, but will probably will never wear these dang shoes ever again.

Size was great, fit was not good. Tie box was very tight and downright uncomfortable, so had to send it back It is a beautiful shoe though

Perfect black pumps for many occasions. I don't typically wear pumps and I wore these with ease. Great construction of the shoes. Simple and classic styling.

The shoes are beautiful and very well made. They were too small for me. Zappos was out of my size 10. I tried 9 and then 9.5 because a reviewer had said they ran an inch too long. Please confirm my return. I am a fit 77 year old and I went with an ortho-rest? to go with dresses to a funeral. Thank you.

Ran a little big for me, but I am no longer used to pumps, so I ordered 1/2 size larger. Would exchange but leaving town. Super cute though

I bought these for all day comfort - conference shoes! A round toe for casual professional dress.

I need the strap as on the other shoe. These shoes are lovely. I just cannot wear them, they slip off my feet.

Maybe a little tight in the toebox, but beautiful color and easy to wear right out of the box. Cute with pants and a skirt.

I listened to the previous reviews that said it was a bit long, so I got a half size smaller than my flat shoe size. Perfect! Very comfortable. Looks great. May get them in another color. Priced reasonably. I tried a more expensive pair of black pumps. These were way better.

So cute, but I have a bunions and the shoe in a medium wasn't wide enough for one foot.
