website suggested a half size bigger and was too big. loved the color but need to send back for smaller size

I wasn't able to keep the boots I couldn't get the bridge off my foot in, then down the shaft turn to the footbed. Very disappointed I had to pay shipping cost to return the boots.

I could only get one foot in my boots. The left boot was so narrow only half of my foot fit. I love these boots but they do not fit.

Wow, these are so pretty! I got the cognac color. I am 510 weigh about 160 and usually wear a 9. 5 or 10 I decided to go with the 9. 5 and so glad I did they fit perfectly. I didnt have any issues getting them on how some reviews have mentioned. They are a teeny bit slippery on the sole but Im sure with wear theyll get better. Ive had my eye on these boots for a few years and finally decided to get them. I love them & will have them for a lifetime. Great quality & beautiful boots!

I so wish Frye had a wide foot option. Guess Ill have to find boots elsewhere until they can give me a little wiggle room in the toe box.

I was excited to purchase these boots and ordered a size up as the website suggested. When they arrived they were way too big. Returned for exchange for a smaller size.

Stylish and comfortable!

I love these boots. I own them in cognac and black. The black was very hard to get on. The leather will soften with wear. I have a tip to pass on. . I warmed the boots in front of my heater for 30 min (front and back) and then squeezed on barefoot. I plan on wearing them around the house a bit like this so the leather can soften and mold to my legs/ankles.

Beautiful boots, but as others mention, I can't even get them on my foot. I bought them for myself for Christmas, but will have to return.

Boy, I was incredibly disappointed how DIFFERENT this company & craftsmanship is now. They no longer make the boots they used to, this is more like a Payless Quality. How arrogant you STILL charge that much too? Get over yourself, Frye Co.

Thought would be small because of reviews so ordered a size up and they were too big. Run true to size. Have larger calves and still fit fine. Get lots of compliments! Grey color is more of a textured darker brown and love them

I loved everything about the boot except trying to get my foot into it. It was so difficult and then when I did get my foot in, the boot was too big. I'm sad, I loved the boot and the quality is amazing.

Bought a pair of these boots in mahogany, love the color and they fit great. I'm about a nine and a half so I got a 10. They are wider at the calf so they are easy to put on and take off. My only advice is to wear thick socks, thin socks or hose would definitely feel less comfortable on a long wear.

My go-to boot! Bought my first pair years ago and havent taken them off since. So versatile and comfortable!

I was afraid they were too big so I ordered a smaller size. Those were too small. When I reached out your customer service gave me a few suggestions. I tried wearing thicker socks and am going to break them in. So far they are comfortable and I love them.

Nice boots but the chemical smell persists. Would not recommend.

My Melissa Button 2 boots are fabulous. They fit well, have a great style to them and need no breaking in.

I LOVE these boots and have already gotten lots of compliments on them. The leather is high quality. These boots are going to last a long time.

I am always a size 10, these were a bit too big. BUT my feet slipped right in so not sure what everyone is talking about by not being able to slip their feet into the boot. Went in with no problem. . .

The boot is beautiful and I Love the way the shoe Fits but the shaft was too tight on my calf.

I have owned Frye boots for decades and are always my favorite. I had the Melissa and ordered a new pair as mine wore out over the years. The quality of this pair was much worse than any I have owned. I've never had a quality issue with Frye before, however the leather feels almost fake, the toe box is wide but unsturdy as it's almost broken.

Cannot get boot on.
