I have never paid so much for a tennis shoe and been so disappointed. The tongue is way too short, if you lace the shoe through the top 2 holes which I always do the laces go under the tongue and it is very uncomfortable, very very poor design

I recently purchased because of reviews, I'm less than satisfied with the product I've been wearing them 2 weeks and my feet are in constant pain . Hoping they break in soon . I've tried two different inserts in case no luck yet I have a wide flat foot and diabetic

I bought 3 different NB shoes to try each. This one turned out to be a great disappointment. My lower back is in pain days after one walk in this walking shoe. Tried it out in the house for a few days and seemed fine. On the concrete it was like no give in the soles. Rock hard! Even with orthotics no improvement.

I ordered a wide and double checked to see if it was just a wide not anything bigger, but when I got it they were huge on me. I bought some from somewhere else. New Balance is not a bad brand either.

Right shoe is not watertight and lets water in. Get a wet sock every time.

I have purchased over 20 shoes from NB, so I broke down and purchased the most expensive shoe I have ever purchased and after one week the bottom on the right shoe starts coming off. I have glue it and still 25% is still flapping around. I guess I will go back to another brand. I should have returned but did repair as I need them for conference and only shoe I brought. Disappointing to say the least.

This was my first NB order, so I ordered my usual 11.5 & extra wide. Wow, these shoes were really, really Large - too long, and way wide. The shoe didn't seem to have the arch support (I have a very high arch) that my previous walking shoes provided, For that reason, I returned the shoes rather than exchanging. I'm still patiently waiting on my refund.

I ordered USA walking shoes and received shoes made in Vietnam. I kept them because I needed the shoes.

The 928v3 shoes squeak something awful with every step. Sounds like the are wet. THEY ARE NOT. PLEASE TELL ME AND HET TO DO.

I am really unsatisfied with you on line order . for customer it is very confusing to have same 928v3 for hook and loop and lace shoes. Why you can not use 928v4 or even 928v2 different number to separate two different style It is not rocket science, normal customer are not salesman or worker in your warehouse to know the difference

I've been wearing this similar shoe (507?) for probably 15 years and these don't hold a candle to them. They are very hard to break in almost impossible! Please bring back your Made in USA model. USPS loved the shoe.

I ordered my normal size, 14 W, but they were way too long so I returned them.

Shoe is stiff and it seems that , to save $$$, the length of tongues on NB shoes just gets shorter and shorter. Uncomfortable at the tied knot area due too the short tongue. Never again.

I've been wearing NB shoes for years in 11.5 narrow. I ordered these in that size and though the ones that arrived are marked 11.5 narrow they are visibly longer than all of my other NB 11.5's by a significant amount and feel too large. They have be at least 12's or perhaps even 12.5's. Maybe they are just mislabeled. If they are not, NB needs better quality control. One 11.5 should be the same as every other. I am returning them and ordering an 11. Hopefully they will fit.

I have been buying these shoes for as long as i remember. However, they are not what they were. One pair damaged my toes and the toe nails came off. Now nearly anty shoe I try to buy from them hurts my feet. So dissappointed. Do they want to sell shoes or not.

What is the point of being a shoe company when you don't have any of the sizes! Only size 7 available. Why can't I order and size and then you make it. This is really disappointing.

Four months ago, I replaced my previous set of tennis shoes (same shoe) that previously lasted more than a year with a new pair, purchased at the local New Balance Store. This is the 3rd or 4th pair of NBs. The heal broke through on both the left and right shoes in four months. I wear these shoes maybe 3 hours per day and walk up to 4 miles. Unacceptable.

I own the tan version, and the sole is falling apart. The actual tread is separating from the layers of cushion. I've been happy with every time I bought these in white, black, dark brown, gray and so on, but these tan one failed in short order.

I had a 840 v2 with a,larger toe box. This replacement shoe has a smaller toe box. I returned it because I needed a wide toe box.
