I do not know what other people find great about this shoes but I was disappointed right out of the box. It's too wide too stiff and sole is made of some kind of plastic

returned shoes for this reason, sole's to hard & not flexible , no amount of insert could make them comfortable!

I have bought New Balance shoes for years and loved them. This set did not feel like New Balance shoes. It was like trying to walk in " Clod-hoppers "

I have worn New Balance walking shoes with roll bars for years. I was very disappointed when they arrived and the leather quality was so poor. I sent them back.

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for 10 years. The 928 model has never been as good in fit. or quality as the 927 model which it replaced. They still have been decent shoe to wear. After wearing this pair for two weeks I will no longer wear New Balance. I started to develop calluses on the outside of both my left and right feet in the same location . I am back to wearing SAS shoes.

I ordered a wide width 6, still was tight. Then I look and saw shoes were made in Asia .

If you are law enforcement, work long hours on your feet and have considered a comfortable shoe to wear on duty. The NB 928 v3 is not the shoe to buy it's definitely not a Comfortable shoe. The insole provided falls short of supporting your arch. I have replaced the insoles with arch support insoles but the standard size shoe is to narrower and it does not provide enough depth for the insole ending up with a tight fit, toes jammed and touching the top of the shoe. NB description of the shoe does not properly describe the shoe. This shoe is not even comfortable for indoor casual wear yet alone walking or working in any capacity. This shoe is also highly priced.

No heel cushioning at all. Very harsh to walk with. Customer service told me to buy better inserts. I did, for $15, and thee heel strike was still too hard. Maybe mine were just made wrong since so many people liked that model.

Too heavy, too stiff. I just walked around the house a couple of times, and I knew that I was sending them back. They were true to size, but I couldn't lift them.

These shoes were not comfortable - too hard and too stiff - would like to have the 928 with mesh again! Mesh in previous version were more comfortable - they moved and breathed.

i typed into my computer i wanted american made leather sneakers, your add came up. i bought them with the idea they were american made. i was extremely disappointed to see that they were made in vietnam.i could have bought sneakers anywhere here in town and got the same results. i'll never use your web site again.

Because of different sizing shifts or not adecuate quality controls by New Balance between times of purchases of same model of shoes, I would not recommend buying, until shoe sizing is cleared. To risky. And a lot of money lost, and, time, dealing with returns. Poor to none customer service.

Beautiful upper but the midsole is much too firm and uncomfortable. Feels like walking on hard plastic and rocks. The shoe fit good in White size 8.5, 2E with the factory insole and a thin sock, but the next White size 9, 2E was way too big. I had to return the 928v3 and look for something else with cushioning and stability. Please bring back the MW927 which had plenty of stability and maximum cushioning. The rollbar was there doing its job, but you did not even know or feel it. I had multiple pairs of the MW927.

Have fit in the past, this pair did not. I do not know if I will try any pair.

Sent it back. Too bulky and heavy for Florida. Will look into other lite kinds. Upset I could not discuss with you about replacing returned shoes with new ones I picked out. Told virus shuts down phone only text. I am 84 and do not text. Not very good customer service.

The shoes are clunky, stiff and VERY uncomfortable. I was disappointed as my previous shoes were satisfactory.

NB used to be a great sneaker/shoe for those very wide footed individuals. Not any more. They've undersized the wider shoes to some "norm". Good luck - hope you like the view from the pack.

I received an email stating that there was 30% off online purchases; taken at checkout. I purchased the shoes but received no discount. I emailed NB to ask why; I received an email discussing how NB had to protect their retailers. I understand protecting retailers, but why advertise product discounts that were not going to be applied? I am not impresses.

The shoes are bigger than listed. Hurt my feet so bad I could hardly walk. Can't return as I wore them for a week.

Left shoe came with what appeared to be blood stains on them. Are you kidding?

The color is much darker then on the website. I bought a pair of 880. Which I love.
