Use walking. They are rather too stiff, much stiffer than my last pair, and seem heavier. I liked my old pair (same shoe) better

I put on my new wide-sized shoes and they fit fairly well. The only issue I have is that, even though the shoes is a "wide", I still need to loosen the shoe strings very much around the top widest part of the shoe; it still felt tight. So, once I loosen the strings and break them in, I should be able to wear them regularly.

I have worn NB 926, 927 and now the 928. This is a great walking shoe for people who need lots of arch support. It has a very roomy toe box, which is great for wearing orthotics and it gives plenty of toe room if you are affected by neuropathy in your feet. I am female and wear either a 9 men's 2EE or women's 10 2EE. The men's 9 has a bit more length than the women's size 10. This is a great walking shoe for pavement but is awful on paths or slippery slopes as the sole has absolutely no traction. I wish NB would come out with an equivalent shoe for those of us that like to hike trails with the same shoe last and roominess as the 928. It would be nice to have some current color options for those of us tired of plain black, white or ugly brown leather!

Very stiff and not as narrow as I thought. Had to add footbed to make it fit properly. I'm used to my NB trail boots which always fit fine.

I wear New Balance shoes every day . They are very comfortable, and good looking.

These are a very comfortable all leather walking shoe.

I do like the shoes. I was trying I wear a size 9.5 and was helped to buy a size 10 in Wide at the New Balance Store near us. I have a broken toe and the strong sole helped me. (The person who assisted me was fantastic! By the way) I thought buying an extra wide size 10 would help me even more as I was starting to get the formation of a corn. Not so. A size 10 extra wide was large all over. I think I will go to store.

The first pair of shoes I purchased were a size larger. Return was easy. I called to speak with someone in person before ordering second pair in one size smaller. The person on the phone was courteous, not necessarily super knowledgeable about shoes. The second pair fits well and supports my flat feet to some extent but not completely. Another brand which does not make shoes but has sandals works better for me. Any way I keeping these for now when I need light pair of shoes for walking.

this sturdy shoe that is great for walking standing and rain. It is my go to shoe for winter because the leather keeps my feet warm. This size is unfortunately too big but I do appreciate the extra width. The laces are always too long.

I was looking for stiff soles for my hallux limitus. Too bad this model isn't offered in narrow because have narrow heels. Looked good and seemed confortable.

Well they work but I wish there would have been some colors to choose from other than all black or all white.

Overall great support, which is what I need. I did find them a bit snug however they seem to be loosing up a bit. As an added bonus they also gave me a bit more height. Nice looking, stylish great with jeans type of shoe. I am pleased with my purchase and if your looking for support they will not disappointed you.

I like these shoes more and more. I want a dark blue.

I have bad arthritis in my foot and a very supportive shoe with a good arch support is key for me to walk well. These sneakers are excellent however, they run small. I have several pair of New Balance so I am quite aware of sizing. I will wear them without my orthotic but I recommend you size up and wide if you wish to add an orthotic.

Now that I can get the shoe on, it is very comfortable. The shoelaces are way too short.

Got my shoes, even though my favorite local store couldn't get them. Had them shipped to a vacation address and still arrived in a timely manner. I wear ONE shoe, buying them twice a year. Price was comparable (even a little cheaper) than what I usually pay. Thanks NB!
