True to size. Great for walking, especially on hard surfaces, But the shoes are truly stiff and hard, so are not comfortable enough to wear all day.

I ordered my usual size but they were too large. I returned them for the next size down which fit better.

Only problem is that this item is not available in my shoe size.

These shoes are much heavier and stiffer than I thought they would be, from the picture. They do fit well so I decided to keep them. They are warm and sturdy and I wear them anytime I go outside, even in the car.

This is a really nice shoe. It looks great and fits wonderfull as far as size and width. Very true to size. But one exception has me taking these back. The shoe comes up just a bit too high on the inside of one foot and hurt after a while. I'm so disappointed.

The shied are good but price is to much for people on fixed income.

Shoes came quickly and were exactly what I expected.

The fit is good. The shoe is comfortable and supportive but the toe box on the right shoe is a bit wavy for some reason. The left shoe is fine. I'll just pretend both shoes are perfect.

I wish it came in half sizes. I really needed an 11 1/2 because my second toes are longer than my first. Walking up/down hills caused my toes to touch the front. I ordered a size 12 and it seems to be working out. At least my toes aren't black and blue!

I HAVE BEEN WEARING THIS SHOE SINCE IT DEBUTED, BUT THIS LAST PAIR HAS CAUSED A BRUISE ABPVE MY ANKLE, DUE TO THE EYELET AT THE TOP. I HAVE BEEN WEARING THEM FOR OVER A WEEK NOW, AND THEY STILL HURT. THEY SEEM STIFFER AND NOT AS SUPPLE AS MY LAST PAIR... I HOPE THEY DON'T REPRESENT A CHANGE IN CONSTRUCTION AND/OR QUALITY. JUDITH

I really like the shoes. I paid $20 more than the last pair though. And I thought the first pair were to expensive.

I only wear New Balance shoes. I haven't worn the shoes. I bought them for future wear. I have only worn New Balance for many years.

My husband and I walk 5 kilometres daily. I wear orthotics and need good support I purchased these shoes is grey leather They provide excellent support while looking stylish. I'm very pleased with this quality product

I have worn this shoe in the past but for a few years I have not worn it. I decided to go back to it. I wore the shoe around the house for a couple days doing housework and such and the shoe felt great. Once I decided to start wearing it outside the shoe started feeling longer than what I really needed. I ordered 9 1/2 wide, wide I do need, but I probably should've ordered a 9. They are doable and I am wearing them, but I would not want to wear them for a long period of time due to the shoe is really too long. Next time I'll order the 9 wide instead. Otherwise the shoe is good for cooler weather days.

I bought my first new pair of 928v3s in about 3 years. Seems different than my old ones. The tongue of the shoes are too short and tend to move toward the front of the shoes as you wear them. It cannot be pulled to its original position due to it being too short; you have to completely take the shoes off. They also don't have much ankle support or cushioning as the old ones. Does run true to size.

This product fits me like no others. I have tried others, but always come back to this. I just bought another pair and am waiting to see if it lives up to the reputations of my former shoes. So far the only thing I might not like about it is the grey color. Have never had this color before and am hoping it fits into my wardrobe. If not, I'll go back to the tried and true white or black. I especially like the fact that this is a leather shoe.

This is my second pair of 928v3 New Balance shoes. I wore out the first pair in a year from all my walking. I bought another pair of NB but prefer this style. I know that I'm guaranteed of finding wide sizes with NB and I love the firm soles and excellent support. Unfortunately, they now don't feel as soft on the inside. The support of the sole (nice and firm) is excellent, but my other pairs of NB were softer on the inside. I hope NB goes back to making the insert more cushiony. NB is the only tennis shoe I put on my feet!

I own black & beige 928's; wish there were more choices of color besides white, black & beige. Just because I'm older and need more support than offered by the other shoes, doesn't mean I wouldn't appreciate more color choices. Please!!

I used to get the 847 but New Balance ruined it with all the supposed improvements. Now I use the 928 and it works well. However, please don't change it in the future. There are a lot of older women like me who need the support and rollbar stability to prevent falls. This is our shoe of last resort so please don't change it. However, sometimes the heel slips which it didn't on earlier versions.

love the style and comfort after walking all day at work my feet aren't as sore and tired as with other shoes

I like the color option. The cloth toe with the leather top edge is problematic.

I use my tennies for walking paved surfaces in a hilly neighborhood. They have good support for my heals and good cushioning for the soles of my feet. Even though I buy "wide", I've needed to add a leather patch over the big toe joint Halllux valgus where a bunion is forming.

In 2021 New Balance strung me along with product not available, check back in May 2021. Then will be available in November 2021, strung me along til Feb 2022. A third party alerted me to In Stock Now in August. Yes the wait was long and thank you for stocking this great sneaker/shoe for us old folks. Yes, I understand the impact Covid had with shipping delays and shut downs. Anyway, this is a great shoe. Room for better insoles, and tongue cushions. This shoe makes your feet happy. I like New Balance products, and promote the quality, but I cannot promote stringing folks along

I've been wearing this shoe for years for my plantar fasciitis. They are great! I gave 4 stars cause of one complaint, the tongue is too short and I have to keep pulling it back out. Otherwise comfortable shoe! I measure 9and a half but need a 10 in these shoes.

I have ordered NB online for several years and have always been more than satisfied. This time I ordered the same size have ordered in the past and after wearing them for a couple weeks they are very loose, they flop when I walk. Guessing they now run a bit larger than before. Will probably start going to actual NB store in future for proper fitting.
