I bought these walking shoes because of the toe shape..my previous pair of cross trainers hurt my big toe on right foot. That problem was taken care of but now my left instep is hurting whenever I wear the shoes. I am currently wearing them without tying the laces on the left foot and it helps a little, but still not the comfort I wanted. Not sure what to do as I have worn them so I don't think they are returnable and I spent over $150 on them.

These are ok for my extra wide feet. I guess I should be glad there’s something out there that will accommodate them. But these are not that comfortable in the footbed and have a Herman Munster look to them. Not sure I’ll be keeping them.

These used to be so comfortable. The original version was great. The V3 has no where near the cushioning or support of the original. I used to be able to where the original version all day with no ankle or foot pain. Not with the V3.

I'm trying to find a replacement for the NB 847v2 but this was not it. I'm looking for overpronation, support and cushioning as well as fit. These were just too stiff and hard and uncomfortable.

Loved the 928 V2's. have been wearing this V3 for several months because it's the only shoe that accommodates my orthotics. Complaint: the tongue is TOO SHORT and slips down the foot so that laces are stretched across my ankle. Painful! NB need to fix this! Searching for replacement/waiting for V4.

It was the first (out of 10 pairs) that did not pinch my toes in a wide width. AND it had enough room for my high instep.
The shoe is quite stiff and heavy, however. There's no support for my high arch, and the style is clunky (and not in a cute or quirky way).
I'm keeping them, but still keeping my eyes open for a different style that might suit me better.

The shoe fit well, but there was no cushion in the heel of the shoe. I suffer from achilles tendon so for me this shoe did not help with my problem. I had to send it back.

Overall fit is fine, although like many "older" women I would much appreciate not assuming we want colors from the 1950s in our wardrobe. I am a 21st century woman. The primary problem with this shoe, however, is that it is brick hard.

I loved the style and ordered 2 sizes. The size 9 is a little big but the size 81/2 shoe was too small on one foot with the thicker fall socks I wear so I am returning them. One complaint is: I received these shoes in a broken shoe box in a paper bag mailing envelope.

The fit and size were smaller than I expected based on my previous purchases of New Balance 928v3 shoes.

The shoe width was more narrow than other 928v3 New Balance shoes I have purchased before and had a "chunkier" feel on my feet.

This was my first pair of New Balance and I won't be ordering them again. I returned this pair for being all around too tight. I didn't bother reordering in a wide since I didn't care for how shallow the heel cup was. I wear Protalus Orthotics in my shoes as I walk upward of 32k steps at work. Not only was the shoe tight on my foot around the footbed but wearing a regular sock made it feel like I was walking on top of the shoe due to the shallowness. Due of the nature of my job, I need to feel like my foot is securely INSIDE the shoe.

The ones I've worn for years were perfect but now they are being made in another country the fit, comfort and quality are just not there!! Oh why did y'all change such a perfect shoe? I need the older one for my feet problems!

A shoe that is almost perfect but some major flaws make it unwearable. TONGUE IS TOO SHORT. Drastically short. So much that if you use the top eyelets the tongue slides UNDER the laces, making the top eyelets unusable. The sole is very supportive, exactly what I needed. So I'm really disappointed that this truncated tongue make the shoes impossible for me to wear. I have lots of foot issues, plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis/bursitis/spur, and the rollbar support these provide would have been just right for me. Another thing to note is they are shaped narrow and short. If you have a long, narrow foot they will work. I have a narrow heel but a wide forefoot. I had to order a Wide width and a full size larger than normal because they were too short and tight. If these were made on the SL1 last with a longer tongue I could wear them. But they're made on the SL2 which is more the shape of a slender rectangle than an oval (my foot shape). I'll have to keep looking for another motion control shoe with a properly sized tongue. So disappointing.

Already have the tan pair and they have worked out well so I ordered a white pair. Left shoe tongue was longer than right tongue and dug into my ankle so had to return. Very disappointed. Quality control needs to be improved at this price point.

I loved my new Balance shoes until you changed the sizing. They don't fit. the arch falls in the wrong place. One size slides around and the other is now too small. This is my last purchase. I need a shoe that fits. I don't know why you changed this.

Looked like old lady shoes, also too long since they didn’t offer 11.5. Kept them but are going to Goodwill after wearing a bit.

I may hae to give the shoes away. they are way too tight. I ordered the right size but they really hurt my feet. I had a pair before and wore them nearly everyday with no problems. This new pair are a loss.

The shoes fit me, but they were so stiff, clunky, and heavy that I got a blister after wearing them around my house for only an hour. With upcoming shoulder surgery, I need shoes that I can secure with only one hand, which are frustratingly hard to find anyway, so the terrible construction of these shoes, which for $150 should have been of much higher quality, is very disappointing. I need shoes I can walk in daily for 2-3 miles, and these are clearly not designed for serious walking, much less a comfortable fit.

The pair I received was dirty and scuffed, so naturally I returned it. Thought maybe I should exchange it for another pair, so I tried these shoes on. Found the leather around the ankles to be stiff and uncomfortable. Also, the shoes are terribly unflattering; they're bulky, clunky, make my large feet even larger. A hard pass on these!

The New Balance WW928v3 felt true to size and width. However, there is no cushioning in this walking shoe. They hurt just walking across the carpet.
