I absolutely loooooovvveee these booties I have been searching for the right pair and I found them in these booties! They are comfortable cute and best of all they fit my chunky little feet and that has been my struggle! I will so be buying another pair

I love these little boots. The only issue I have with them is that they run big. I am able to stick a finger down my heel while wearing so the constant sliding is not going to work, even with thicker socks. Will have to return them.

Very cute/true to size but I have a plate in my right ankle and while these are ankle roomy in a good way...it was still a problem for me.

Super cute and comfortable. As the other reviews said they are definitely a darker gray than tan, but I am keeping them because they look good with jeans and dresses.

I love the look and color of the Greige bootie (a bit darker than pictured). However the shoe felt a half size too small, so back it went. It was very disappointing since the style was exactly what I wanted, but Zappos makes it easy to return these and make another choice.

Love these booties! They are comfortable and run wide so I would have kept them, but I found a different color I liked better. But I would highly recommend these.

These are the comfiest boots. They are super stylish and don't make my size 11 feet look like boats. Highly recommend.

I very much like the style of these boots and the ease of slipping into them. I also like the color. I do wish the leather wasn't so stiff. Am hoping they will quickly become comfortable.

These ankle booties have a very well made and stylish exterior. In the interior they have a very short arch support padding. Although it provides support it didn’t feel comfortable because the support is bare. No additional padding on top it of to make it comfortable. Also the support doesn’t go through the entire boot. It stops a little past the ball of your foot which felt uncomfortable. I returned them because the toe box was not round enough for my feet.

This is my second pair of these. These aren’t quite as comfortable as the first and have actually hurt my feet the last couple of times I have worn them.

I am a true 10.5 and unfortunately these were too tight in the toes. I think if a wide was available if might work. Was hopeful, but need to return. Cute boot though.

While these are a very well made and fashionable bootie, they just weren't for me. The arch support felt like it wasn't in the right place for my foot. I'm not giving up on Vionic, but I went with the Born Bessie instead.

I’m a size 10 and bought these in a 10 and they were 1/2 size too large. I noticed on the shoe itself it listed the size as EU 42. Generally a 41 is considered to US size 10 equivalent. Zappos own shoe conversion chart also shows 10=41. So I think the manufacturer has the conversion off here. But otherwise the shoe is beautiful materials and quality. I do have to return them though for sizing.

Really cute boots. I bought these because I suffer from plantar fasciitis. These give that firm arch support that I need to manage a night out.

These are wonderful booties if you want a dark olive green look and, in fact, I bought them last season. i mistakenly thought this was a different color but they are not. Do NOT go by the photo. In all fairness, last year several people had said the same thing but I thought I would "try again.' No luck!

This is my second pair of these shoes. I've had an olive green color and about wore them out because they are my favorite! I love the black now too. If you haven't worn Vionics before it takes a little getting use to with the high arch.

I really wanted to love these shoes, I wore them in house for a few times to break in, but they just don't fit my feet, the top ridge hits right below my ankle bone.

I have a difficult foot to fit - wide and high instep. This bootie fits (9.5W) and seems comfortable so far.

I was looking for a stylish, black, water resistant boot for an upcoming trip to Europe as well as the endless miles walking in the city. I read other reviewers and ordered a half size down in addition to my normal size. I am an uncomplicated size 8. I have high arches and do a lot of walking. My first impression was how cute they were. Great quality and I LOVE the below the ankle height. The 7.5 seemed to fit as far as length but the 'bump' for the arch support was bothersome. Then I tried the 8's. The length had a bit of wiggle room but 'just'. The arch bump felt a little less uncomfortable. I kept them on for a bit in the house and within a few minutes my feet were uncomfortable. Sadly this didn't work for me as I was hoping it would.

True to size. These weren't the most comfortable but not bad. I'm picky as I have RA in my feet though. Very cute style!

These are hard to rate. I thought the arch support was going to be excellent, but now that I am reviewing myself, I see other reviewers and I had to pick moderate or excellent. I would say it's somewhere in between, which is better than most shoes that look this good. I do wish the zipper was on the inside, but they are cute. The thing that could be better is that overall, the "height" of it feels big. It's not that it's too wide and my foot goes side to side, it's that it's too "tall" and comes "up." This is weird because I have very high arches and cavus, so sometimes shoes and boots rub the top of my foot. I can kind of correct it with socks, but I was hoping I could wear them with just tights. So, I am giving them four stars because they are so much better for my PF and other issues than so many shoes, but they were so close to terrific, I am sort of bummed. They are pretty great, just not as great as they almost were...if that makes sense.

I ordered this with several other similar style with the intent to choose just one. This was a really nice shoe and definitely the comfort and arch support you expect with Vionic. I was looking for something that could work for both client visits and everyday casual. This was definitely more on the casual side. It was shorter by just a bit more than others I tried so it's really ideal for skinny jeans but less so for business pants. It was also slightly bulkier looking on my foot, especially with the tassle. I'd still recommend it if you want something casual that will show a little ankle.

This shoes is darker in person. Greige, grey and beige combo but more of brownish than grey. I'll call it, taupe. Be aware that this, Vionic Serena runs half size big compare to most other shoe brands. Moderate arch support and overall it is a good, rich looking suede shoes.
