Beautiful suede, color Greige. Seems to be more gray but really is a taupe. Nice insole, not removable. Some arch support but not as much as I expected . Soles are man made material and fairly smooth. Heel is stable and gives a nice , polished look. I compared these with Born Trinculo. Born had better arch support, padded insole with arch support , inside zipper, which is easier for me to work with and a sole that has more grip and ridges. I think the Born is a more casual look but will be sticking with them as comfort is the most important thing . I am 59yrs old and wear a size 11. Both styles fit perfectly.

This is a very cute boot that has very good arch support. I would have liked the leather to be a little more plush but it is still nice. I never rate anything as having 5 star comfort if it has more than a half inch heel. But this boot is comfortable for its heel height.

Right boot was too short. My big toe could not get comfortable despite wearing them for a few hrs each day inside. Left foot was fine. It is also a bit strange to have the zipper on the outside. Had it not been for the right boot being uncomfortable, I would have kept these.

This is a good-looking, stylish boot and very comfortable, especially if you are accustomed to wearing Vionic or Spenco shoes/orthotics. I ordered wide width, which made the fit great for me. The zipper is on the outside of the bootie, which looks nice but makes it a bit more awkward to zip up. The one complaint, and the reason I can’t give “5 stars” is the material used on the heel. This is is a winter boot intended for wet weather wear. The fore sole is a great slip resistant rubber, but they used that hard plastic on the heel; you know, the kind you often find on cheap shoes that makes loud clunking sounds when you walk on hard wood floors and keeps you measuring every step because you could easily slip on smooth, uncarpeted/untextured surfaces. A boot should have an impact-absorbing, Non-Slip heel. That said, the fit is great, typical of Vionic, and I’ll keep these boots, but will take to the local shoe repair to have them replace the heel surface-contact with a more suitable material.

I love Vionic and these booties are super cute, dressy enough to wear with skirts and dresses, fits well around the ankle, not tight but not big and loose either. The heel is a little higher than I usually find works for me in Vionic but since I will mostly wear these for dress that is fine. The suede really makes the boot dressy I think and I love the side tassel. Thanks Zappos as always for superb customer support, fast shipping and easy returns.

I really liked the color ("greige") and style of these, and they seemed like they'd be very comfortable if they fit, but they just don't fit me. I am size 8.5-9, and tried both, but I have skinny, low-volume feet, and these were too voluminous. I tried extra insoles but just didn't work. sigh.

The olive color is very versatile but you may not be able to tell that from the image on your monitor. They looked brown on mine. These boots work with jeans or dressier clothes making them my “go to”shoes for the season.

These booties are cute, very supportive and comfy, and I so wanted to love them. However, the heel is too wide, and the opening of the shoe gapes open too much (looks like you have skinny chicken legs coming out of this shoe). The shoe fits well from the heel down—but the heel being too wide means lots of foot slippage. Sad these didn’t work.

These boots are very cute. I wear 8 - 8.5 so I tried the 8 in olive color but my toes were squished and the color was more greenish (moss) than what the picture shows. Next, I tried the 8.5 in griege. The color was great (a darker gray/brown than in the picture) and the fit was good. Unfortunately, the top of the boot was just at the height where it dug into the bottom of my inner ankle on each step so I have to return them. I'm so bummed! If only they were about 1/2" taller.

Color was not exactly the same as shown on the computer and it felt a bit narrow at the toe area.

I've worn these once with a custom orthotic Good news, the orthotic fit. Olive color appeared warm brown on my computer monitor, out of the box is definitely a light olive color. They are cute, cute. I ordered the 9.5 wide, which fits well across the ball of my my wide forefoot, little snug across the toes but I like lots of room and usually go for a more boxy toe box. I have a really high arch and instep and have had a hankering for a pair of cowboys boots which are really hard to fit on my feet, and I wondered if these would be a good substitute. I think they hit that mark while being low profile. They look great with pants. The heel is a bit higher than I normally wear and that takes some getting used to. I like the look of the zipper on the outside, very stylish. One drawback is I have to sit down to take them off, but that might just be me. I usually opt for comfort over style but these are comfortable enough to keep for those days when a girl needs a great looking pair of shoes that she can still walk in. If I were one to go out dancing, these would ride along in style.

I ordered both black and greige in this style. They are very stylish boots, with the cute tassel on the zipper. The arch was a bit too aggressive for my problematic feet. I really wish I could wear Vionic, but I have tried several pairs and the arch just hits me at the wrong spot. Returning these sadly, but only because they are not comfortable for me. I really like the looks of the greige color especially.

I really liked the look of these and will probably order them a half size up since the 6W was a bit snug. They were surprisingly comfortable in the toe box, however, which is not usually the case for Vionics. The problem is the color. They're not as "brown" as pictured - although I know the color is called Olive - but they're not quite olive either. (I happened to be wearing an olive blouse when I tried them on and the colors were no where near the same.) They are kind of an icky in-between color, you know, like something that would come out of a baby... Will probably purchase in another color but doubtful other colors will be marked down.

I have major foot issues and this was the only cute bootie that was able to accommodate my bunion- it was wide enough in the toe bed but it still looked narrow and sleek. The arch support is great and I like the height of the heel. I also like the way they look with skinny jeans. I have some issues with the heal on my other foot and they have been pretty good with that. I have found that as Vionic suggests , I wear them a couple of hours and then take another pair of shoes to wear - slowly but surely I am breaking them in to my foot. I have never had a blister from day one so I am happy about that. The main thing is that they are very attractive , well made and can accommodate a medium size bunion. There's another pair of Vionics that I tried and they almost look the same and they hurt like heck so don't give up on the brand if you have similar problems - try this one.

I have a hard time finding boots that are wide enough (D width) and fit my high instep. These boots do both while still being very stylish. I’ve had trouble with Vionics in the past, but these fit great. Only criticism is the fringe zipper pull. Not my thing, so I cut it off. But now the zipper pull very is small and hard to grasp.

If only these (and other Vionics) came in super-wide, they'd be perfect. I even hung onto them longer than I should've, in the hope they'd somehow fit better, particularly because the style and Greige color were perfect. But if you've got super-wide toes or bunions, the toe box is just too snug and doesn't relax nearly enough. Might work with a shoe stretcher (don't know), but for the cost, I wasn't willing to risk it. Otherwise comfortable with really good arch support (so rare). I was really sad to have to return these.

Very soft and had decent arch support. I have really bad plantar facitius and high arches. The color was way off from the picture. They are definitely more of an olive color - it’s not a problem just supprised me.

The shoes are super cute but... they have this weird thing that runs the length of the shoe that makes it uncomfortable. Not much cushion or arch support. They run short and are narrow. I dont wear a wide width but honestly need it in this shoe. I returned the to small pair already and just dont want the hassle of having to do that again so I'm staying with the to narrow 7.5

I bought these in my normal Vionic size (9.5 W) and they were a little big and were slipping in the back a bit so I exchanged for a 9 W and those were too small. Will go back to the 9.5 W and wear a thicker sock. Overall they are comfy as I have come to expect from Vionic. My only issue is that the Greige color in the picture is nothing like the actual color. Its much more grey and much darker in person. Not exactly what I was going for but its not bad. I expect the Olive color is much more green in person than the carmel color shown in the pic.

I thought they were defective when I tried them on. There is a ridge running from heel to toe down the center of the boot. It is very uncomfortable. Not arch support and I'm not sure what it is... Great style and otherwise comfortable around the heel.

SO bummed - Really cute but too small in the toes. I ordered these and two other Vionic pairs of boots and all three fit the same. I have a pair of Vionic tennis shoes in 11 that fit wonderfully, and I can even wear a 10 in their flip flops without my toes sticking over the end or the foot-bed being too short. But with the boots, I can feel the wonderful arch support but the toe area is waaay too small and cramped. Very sad - I love Vionics and was hoping to get some cute boots with great support. :(

Great low heeled casual shoe. I bumped a star off the “overall” category because although they feel true to width (I’m an 11w), the outside zipper is very difficult to close, don’t know if it’s the angle or what, initially felt too narrow but after propping my foot up and working it was able to zipper. Keeping b/c I need a low heeled bootie and hoping the leather loosens up in time and makes the zipping easier.

Love the booties sharp look however due to of and neuroma these hurt legs calves hated to return but just not comfy and the heels were a bit high due to high arch just not comfortable made them too tight across my instep

Good low heeled boot. If you want to wear thick socks go up a size.

Very pretty and stylish, but way to wide through the heels for me.
