These are beautiful shoes, and they seemed like the would be comfortable. I am a big fan of Vionic sandals, but often their closed shoes do not fit me in some way, and the arch support is usually not as good in their closed shoes. These seemed reasonably comfortable and I would have liked them, but... I have a high instep which made it difficult to get my foot inside the shoe. I was able to put it on with some very thin socks, but then I was unable to zip the shoes. Someone needs to make shoes with high insteps in mind!

The shoe is beautiful and well made! The fit was not so good. The right shoe felt like an entire size bigger! I didn't even need to unzip it to get it off! The shoe fit well in the toe area, but very wide and kind of sloppy in the back half and heel. I had heavy socks on also. I thought of trying a size down, but it would probably be too short and tight. I usually wear a size 6 and the next size down is 5. Why does Vionic not do a size 5.5? I think the top of the shoe would have rubbed a sore spot on my ankle also after a day of wearing them. Too many problems for the price!

Very disappointed with VIONIC Serena. Naturally, Zappos made the return easy which is why I have been a loyal customer for at least 10 years. Serena does not have the stability that should come in a VIONIC shoe, boot or sandal. I never had a problem when VIONIC was Orthoheel but since the company changed owners and grew dramatically, I find the shoes, boots and sandals are hit and miss. I really love their shoes, boots, sandals when they are solid and correct my pronation. There are lots of cute shoes to buy at better prices. If i cannot rely on VIONIC to fulfill promise to provide superior fit and support, not sure why I should even to try. BTW, Serena is cute and the suede seems to be good quality.

Like the Jolene bootie, the Serena runs VERY much smaller and tighter that my customary size with Vionic. It's an attractive shoe, though. If you can find your correct fit and decide to buy it, also order a little wire shoe brush and a protective shoe spray for suede in order to keep this higher-maintence leather looking good over the long run.

These didn't work for me. This is the third pair of Vionic shoes I've had to a subpar experience with, though I always rely on their inserts and love the Tide flip flops. For some reason, the insoles work for me, but not their footwear. I purchased these with high hopes, after reviewing tons of booties--I needed walkable booties to wear in warmer weather when I need to dress up, because I have chronic pain in my legs and feet. They looked cute, but the fit was awkward. I have size 7W feet, but those seemed a bit loose, so then I tried 7.5 and 8 medium. The 7.5 fit, but was too snug, and the 8 felt best, but made my feet look giant. The proportions just didn't work for me, I guess. But I gave a lower rating because the insole was not as comfortable as the Vionic orthotic insoles sold separately--I don't understand why this is. Even if I were to have a kept a pair, I know I would have needed to swap out the insoles that came with the boot and put in a regular Vionic insole--they're even shaped differently. I'd also like to see Vionic put out more leather, not sueded boots and sneakers. It might work in other climates, but here in Chicago we get rain, sleet, and snow, which ruins suede, no matter how much you prep them.

I ordered these in 8.5 W to wear to work in a medical care non-nursing setting. They are cute but they are NOT the level of comfort I expect from vionic. No arch support, no cushion for walking, if you like them have have cash to spare they are nice regular shoes but save your money and get Target because they will be just as comfortable.

I like that Vionic offers built in arch support and wide sizes but this bootie has no cushioning at all.

I wanted to like these boots so much -- the styling and materials are quite nice, they just didn't fit well. I've been happy with Vionic sandals, but the arch support and sole of these boots were not comfortable.

These are very roomy boots, more suitable for a higher volume foot. My feet swam in these shoes even though the length was okay. Too bad - they have nice support.

I normally wear a 9 so I ordered both a 9 and 8.5. The 8.5 was too narrow but actually fit in the length, but the 9 while it fit in the width was much too big. My feet slipped out of the 9. It's too bad because the shoes are very cute.

Was hoping it would have the comfort like their Bella flip flops even pretty close to it . This boot felt hard & painful only could imagine trying to wear them even a few hours .. left foot zipper was digging in as well .

Disappointed in the amount of arch support and heel cushion and ball of foot cushion in these shoes. They felt cheap to me and not at all like I could even wear them for 15 minutes, let alone all day. The toe box felt narrow and the heel area wide. They were sliding all around on my heel. hey are going back.

Too short Normally wear size 11 and this 11 fit like a10

Size 9.5 was a little too tight & in the size 10 the left foot (which is my smaller foot) fit good but the right foot was way too big ( which is my bigger foot). The right foot is eith mismarked or way too big. Also, they hit the ankle at an odd spot & rub making them very uncomfortable.

These ankle booties are adorable. I really can't comment on how comfortable they are to wear, because I can't wear them. I don't have two left feet. Yes, I said two left feet. I ordered these in a size 9.5, but what I received was a box with two booties for left feet. Not only that, but they were different sizes. One left foot boot was size 9.5 and the other left foot boot was size 10. (Please ignore the "Felt True to Size," "Felt True to Width," and "Moderate Arch Support" ratings - those are defaults and there weren't choices for my situation.)

Material was strange, even for suede. The Jolene looked much better.

Usually i like this Brand, but these boots are not comfortable and hard Tom break in . They are narrow and stiff . I wish I could return them , it I can’t after you weat them

I have custom orthotic insoles for a bunion issue. These did not work for me. Ordered my true size and a half size larger in a wider width. Neither worked for me. My insole is just too high. I fear I will never find cute shoes that work with my foot issue.

Really cute shoe, but just too short for my foot. I wear an 11 (when they run on the longer side) but this definitely did not run on the longer side. I love the styling!
