Shoe runs very small and narrow. Sending back and trying larger size

The shaft is really short that almost every type of socks shows. I am a true size 7, but these were really loose.

I had heard over and over about Vionic arch support. These barely have any. The style Is great but you need inserts. Not worth the $ sadly I didn’t return in time.

I usually wear an 8.5 and need to size down to an 8 in Vionic. These boots were too small in the 8 and way too big in the 8.5. The look and quality of the boots was great, but the sizing didn't work for me.

I have bad feet so i thought more of an orthodic shoe would work for me. Unfortunately these were too narrow and not really what i would consider as a wide size. I have a pair of Clark boots that are a size 9.5 regular that fit wider than the 9.5 wide in this style. i had to return them as being too small. I then ordered a similar design in Clarks and the 9.5 wide was too large, so i reordered a 9...and they are still a little too roomy, but thicker socks help. i wish the sizes were a little more standard.

So disappointed. I was looking for a pair of cute booties that I could use with my orthodontic. Unfortunately, this bootie runs really big. Even leaving in their liner and putting my orthodic on top, it was too big. So back it goes. It was very stylish there. I wear an 11 and unfortunately they don't make a 1- 1/2.

I wanted to love these and there's a lot to like. However the top of the boot hits my ankle bone and just would not be comfortable.

Really pretty, but not wide at all. Ordered the wide option, tried and it is not wide enough, very tight on bunions, which makes the boots not comfortable.

I wanted to love these booties. Unfortunately, the opening was too tight for my ankles, even the wide width. Also, in the short time I tried them on, they managed to attract every extra piece of lint and pet hair in the room. You’d have to lint roll them constantly to keep them clean-looking. Sadly, I’m returning them.

Love the style and the color. Ordered it in two sizes, 8 and 8.5 . In both i was slipping inside with my heel. Sadly i have to return them and continue looking for something similar with a better fit.

Really disappointed in arch support. I have high arches, which is what brought me to this brand. These insoles provide moderate arch support, not good for high arches. It would be possible to replace the removable insole with my own orthotic. What I like the best is the heel, which is a little dressy and yet comfortable to walk on. However, the zipper on the outside doesn't look nice and, worse, makes it very difficult to zip and unzip the boot. This is exacerbated by the fact that the suede is soft, not optimal with a metal zipper, which I found to be extremely difficult to zip when the boots are on. These are low-vamp "shooties", which I like because they look like boots under pants but are easier to get on and off compared to taller booties. The top of the boot fits my ankle perfectly, not too tight and no flopping around either. Since I would only wear these with socks under pants, the tops digging into my ankle would not be a problem, but might if you were to wear with low socks. These are dress boots, not meant for any kind of weather, as the sole and heel are not ridged or rugged, and don't look durable. Greige color is much darker than shown, but is a good neutral, dark grey/taupe mud color. In my opinion, the heel should be black, not honey brown.

Width and length all felt true to size—I ordered a medium width in size 11; however, the bootie “cuff” rubbed my inner ankle bone on feet after only a few minutes of wearing so will need to wear bandaids to break in

The color and feel of the olive suede was nice. My feet measure normal width but I need a smidge more than most medium widths. I ordered 6.5W & my 3rd & 4th toe rubbed the edge but the length was fine—my big toe and little toe had plenty of room. ? Uncomfortable insole. Thanks, Zappos, for your easy returns.

These seem to run really large. I got a half size smaller than usual (I ordered the 6W) and it still was way too long and I could slip my foot right out with it zippered. Width felt fine but probably would be too narrow if I tried to order small enough to get the right length. They are cute, fairly short boots. I am returning and keeping the Rockport Cobb Hill Aria instead.

I love how these look and really wanted them to work out for me but they were just too uncomfortable. Initially they seemed fine but after walking around my office for a few hours my feet were sore, especially in the toe area.

These were really cute but they don't have the same comfort that I expect with Vionic. It could be that I am just not used to wearing heeled anything but they were very stylish just don't meet my needs.

Too wide at the ankles for my legs.

These booties are really cute, I bought them in the Greige suede. Although I need a wide width in one foot due to foot surgery, these force my feet toward the front of the shoe too much and are uncomfortable. My heel slips out of the shoes. Also, the right shoe was very tight around my ankle. I like the fact that Vionic offers a wide width shoe, and these are very stylish however, they didn't work for me.

I wanted to love these shoes. They are beautiful and seem like great quality. I added orthotics in them successfully, however my feet slid toward the front making the toe box feel tight.

I only purchase Vionic in size 5M due to their great arch support. This bootie was definitely NOT the typical width for the regular width and unfortunately didn't come in a wide at any other retailer. It left red marks on my feet after wearing around for house for 20 minutes. Very disappointed because this is an adorable bootie! Had to return :(

Really wanted to love this boot, but it's too narrow and tight. I'm a size 5 in other Vionic shoes and never have to get the wide. Unfortunately the wide isn't available and I think that's what I would need to keep this boot. Sadly will have to return as it leaves marks on my feet.

beautiful boots with great arch support. However they were at least a full size too small, especially in the toe box. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my normal size after reading the other reviews. Unfortunately they are still too small. also, it feels like they push my foot forward so that the arch support hits me wrong and makes my foot slip in the heel. too bad, really like them but they are just "off" on the fit.

Very nice looking! I have a wide foot and ordered a 6 Wide. I found it really narrow in the toe box and wide in the heel. My foot slipped around in the back because shoe was too wide in back and long. Had to send them back.

These didn’t work out for me. I wear an 11 but need a 10.5 which isn’t available. Tried a 10 and my toes were cramped. Regardless, these are very wide at the heel and my feet don’t stay in place. Also, style is too low for ankle socks.
