These looked well-made and the fit was good. I ordered a wide. There was nothing wrong with them other than I did not care for the styling. I prefer something a little more sleek.

It was really weird - when I walked, it felt like my foot was rotating strangely. Almost like the heel wasn’t attached straight. Very strange. I usually have good luck with Vionic.

I usually take a 7.5 and i ordered the same size in this shoe, the toe box was much too small and my toes hit the front of the shoe however my heel slipped.These seem to be made for people with narrow toes and wide heels.

The greige is dark grey like a mouse. Not what it looks like online or from color name.

I liked everything about this shoe expect for my heel slipping in the shoe. So disappointed. I am sending them back.

I know style and comfort are hard to come by but I was hopeful with this shoe. I ordered a size 10 but the front of the shoe made my foot look extra long. Overall the shoe was just not stylish enough and a bit too casual for me. I’m going to try the 2 1/2 heel style bf giving up on this bootie.

This was a cute boot. But for my foot, I need a foot bed that can accommodate a bunion, just too snug for comfort. But well made, cute boot, nice arch support. Did feel a bit short/tight overall. I'm a true 8 and this just felt snug.

Cute boots - but they do run wide and long. I never have problems with shoes that are "too wide" but these do qualify as too wide. I don't like to waer socks, so this maybe the problem. As I live in a cold weather State, I decided to return as the suede will look terrible after the first snow

Cute boot, darker color than I expected but I was glad. However, I returned them because they didn't fit - significantly larger than other Vionic shoes I have in the same size. I was also disappointed in the amount of support they had. I found another brand that fit better, we're just as comfortable, and cost $50 less.

Great booties, but even the wides were not wide enough for me.

Disappointed! NO padding! Zappos described as padded, it is a removable flat and hard insole with some arch support that you can buy by yourself at any store. Not even close to the nice padding that offers Clarks or Naturalizer, or Söfft, in booties, I can compare because I own many of those brands. I did not even tried them, just when saw the insoles they went back to the box. Returning.

Tried Vionic shoes for the first time. It had high expectations and got disappointed. These were cute but not comfortable at all. Returned.

I am looking for a boot with excellent arch support. This is not that boot. I felt no support at all. What I did feel was a weird raised strip running down the length of most of my foot towards the outside edge. I’m not sure the purpose of this. It felt weird so I returned them. Thank you Zappos for such great customer support.

I loved the look of this boot, and the fit was good, though a bit tight on big toe joint. The reason I'm returning them is because they sound so loud when heel hits floor. Quite a racket just walking across the room on wood flooring. I have other Vionic shoes that are great, so was disappointed that these won't work.

I love the style, but I tried three sizes and wasn’t able to get a fit. I’m usually an 8, but will occasionally go up or down or to a wide width (my feet on the wider side of medium but aren’t a true wide). I tried a 7.5W, 8M, and 8W. The 7.5W and 8M were similar and slightly small, and the 8W was huge. If I were to keep one, I’d probably go with the 8M, but I would expect more comfort and a better fit for the price. As other reviewers have mentioned, the greige is much darker than pictured. Other brands may call it a dark taupe or mushroom color. I was fine with either what I received or what was pictured, so that made no difference to me.

Comfortable on the bottom of your foot, but rubs ankles on both sides when you walk.

I usually love Vionic, but these boots are strange. The bump that I associate with the arch support is not under my arch, but directly under my metatarsals - it's like walking with a stone in my shoes. They are cute, but definitely not a good walking boot.

The toe was too rounded for my taste

Cute bootie. Fit was fine for my 9 1/2 M; however, the heel was too wide and the slippage made the booties unwearable. Too bad Must return.

I returned these boots because they were not comfortable. They top of the boot shaft rubbed my ankles and it was painful.

Vionic is a gift to the people from Mt Olympus. That said, these boots don't live up to the brand. I wear a 10 in the Vionic Muir sandals. In other brands I wear 42/11 and sometimes W. I ordered these in 11W and the heel was very narrow and the opening of the bootie seems to draw inward and hits in a funny spot on your ankle when you step. Since they're suede I wore them around the house to see if they'd work with me, but they didn't get more comfortable. Most disappointing though was the lack of the famous Vionic trademarks: the high arch and blissfully deep heel cup.

Love Vionics but this style is not for me. The top of the bootie hit my ankle bone.... ouch!! I'm a true 6.5 and was too small. I'm going to try a different style.

These boots are the most uncomfortable Vionics I have ever purchased. The footbed has a very odd ridge in the middle of the ball of the foot. I have removed the insoles to try to figure out why it is there, but it seems to be part of the design. I can not wear these boots except for a very short period because they are very painful where the ridge rubs. They are super cute, so i was hoping for the comfort I have gotten from other Vionic shoes.
