They are SO CUTE & comfy, win win!

These are lovely boots The issue: I have thick ankles and cannot fully zip them. They are one of the best of the many boots I have tried and I considered keeping them because the boot itself was so comfortable. I have now found a boot made by Cobb Hill that will zip and is almost as comfortable as these Vionics. I am returning them. I have to thank Zappos for being so accommodating in their shipping and return policy. Without this I would never have found a boot that works for me.

Cute but so small

These were extremely cute and greige color is perfect. The only problem is my feet! My left foot is a half size larger than my right foot. Sometimes I can make this work with certain shoes by buying shoes that run a little big or a little small just by sizing up or down depending on the fit. Unfortunately for me the are true to size so the 8 1/2 fit the right foot but was too tight on the left and visa versa since I bought both sizes. Wish they had worked out - I really liked them

LOVE THESE SHOES!!! I have very sensitive feet and tend to get blisters quite often. NOT WITH THESE! They are extremely comfortable! And they look so cute with jeans! Worth every penny!

Just note greige is more like brown, otherwise everything is perfect

Best booties ever. Ordered a tan pair last season and black this year. They've held up really well and are super comfortable and professional for the office.

Love love love these boots. I bought the gray pair last year. I was able to wear them without having to break them in too much. However, I think I have a wide foot so I also tried the wide and I feel like those are a better feel for my little toe.

I love these boots. The heel size is perfect - not flat but not too tall either. They are a little on the big side. I ordered a 8.5 but could have done an 8. I think I will keep them though as they are super comfy. I haven't worn them yet.

I got the greige color in these boots and tho' I don't usually wear a "W" (wide) width, I went ahead and got them with that feature--heaven! I have bunion on one foot that is painful after 3-4 hours, so the wide width was perfect. The tassel adds a little sass, too. And they're water-resistant--yahoo!

Gorgeous boots. Really. So pretty. Problems: Shiny and smooth bottom with no grip... probably gonna slip around a bit. Too tight in the toe box. I don't think I can keep these boots. So sad. They are just a touch tight in the toes. I think maybe almond toes are not my friend. My foot measures to a perfect 7. So I ordered a 7. I could order a 7 1/2 and be more comfortable... but I dunno... I don't feel like dealing with that hassle.

Love these boots. They are extremely comfortable. I wore them to a dance the first time I wore them and danced all night! They are a little more gray than in the photo, but still super cute!

Loved this bootie but the color was not quite right for what I needed. Cute and comfortable. May order the black.

I love these boots! Absolutely most comfortable pair. I am able to wear all day. Great arch support for plantar fasciitis. Super cute.

These are great little boots. However, they were a tad too narrow for me, so I'm on a waiting list to exchange them. Vionic shoes are my new love.

My go to shoe for 8 hour days on my feet! The only problem is they don't breathe, so I use a lot of foot powder in them.

Love these boots very comfortable. The heels are very loud on hard floors which is a slight issue in medical office seating.,

After ordering about a million pair of boots I decided to give it one more try. I read tons of reviews and ordered the Vionic Serene in both a 9W and a 9 1/2W. I don't normally order more than one size, but one reviewer mentioned that she thought they ran a little big, which I translated to mean long. I wanted to be done with the experience so I ordered both. I have wide feet, but do not have a wide calf or big ankle. Sometimes I wish I could just leave my feet with Zappos and have them pick out all the shoes and boots that fit them and have them send the whole mess back to me. Since that's just a fantasy, I have to give Zappos a huge SHOUT OUT for their limitless patience. They are the BEST!. As are these boots! They did run about a half size long, so I was glad I ordered 2 sizes. The craftsmanship is exemplary, they are trendy and OMG comfortable!!! , Excellent support in the foot bed that was unexpected in a bootie. The ankle opening is trim and doesn't rub. And I don't know why, but my big feet actually look slimmer in these soft comfortable boots. I LOVE!!

Gorgeous booties! I need to return because they run big. Ordered my usual size and length great but width and top part too loose. If you get right fit though, these are absolutely gorgeous booties! Great arch support!

I bought these in black and they are super cute and very comfortable. Wore them all day on first day out of the box. I have PF and I had no problem at all. They run true to size and have arch support with removable insert so you can use your own orthotic if you need to. Love Vionic! Thank you for making a great support shoe that looks good too!

Great Boot with excellent arch support. I am extremely flat footed and it is hard to find a boot that gives me adequate support. These are perfect even without my orthotics.

These are my favorite pair of shoes. I can wear them ALL day without issue, which for me is huge. I have wide feet, plantar fasciitis, bunions. I rarely find a shoe that is not only cute but comfortable and this one has it all. It can be dressed up or down, office or play.

I love these booties. The heel is high but not too high. The materials are obviously high-quality. The arch support is great. My only complaint - there could be a touch more padding along the foot bed. These felt true to size for me, toe box was not too pointy or narrow. A great everyday bootie. Walkable maybe not all day, but better than most!
