I love these little boots. They are very comfortable and I picked them over an almost identical pair from Lucky, the Basel boots with 2 zippers. I choose these because they were a touch more comfortable and they only have one zipper that could break vs two. They were $60 more and I may regret that later as suede does not hold up well and both boots were suede. I've already scuffed these a bit as I am a little harder on shoes than the average person. These are more comfortable than my Danskos that are a similar style and those are supposed to be a great wear all day type of shoe. I have high arches and these have good support. I may need to invest in leather boot since these are my favorite pick when I go to put shoes on each day!

The only reason I returned them is because I did not know they came in leather, so I got two pairs in leather

I normally wear 10.5W and ordered the 10W but had to exchange for the 11W. The greige is a great versatile color! The first time I wore them, I wore them all day (standing) and I was shocked at how comfortable they were. I had heard that vionic was quality + comfort and now I am a believer!

I wore these boots shopping and they were comfortable all day . I’m ordering the two other colors they have.

Let's be blunt - shoes designed for ladies of a certain age are not always stylish, but these are very cute! In my 30s, I wore 3" heels regularly and could do so for hours... not anymore. This is enough of a heel to give some height, and I walked around in them all day at work, with no ankle pain. I recommend these to anyone who has PTTD or dropped arches.

This bootie is a keeper! I usually wear a 9.5 W in boots, but this shoe ran a little big. I returned for a 9 W. Very stylish, good width and great arch support!

Amazing how a well made pair of booties can make your feet feel so much better! These booties are so comfortable. I was hesitant on spending this much money, but so far I think it will be well worth the money!

Wish they were a little lighter in color - have them in black and looking for a "tan/beige" color. This was just too dark.

Love these booties but had to return my normal size 8 1/2 for size 8. Would suggest ordering a half size down.

Look, I don’t write reviews. But I had to on these. I’m a teacher. I have rheumatoid arthritis—it mainly effects my feet. It’s a bad combination. I’m hardly ever sitting down at work. I wore these for the first time on a chilly rainy day. My feet didn’t hurt. I could walk through the market after work without changing shoes. My feet were dry and warm. These shoes are super cute and super comfy. I highly recommend them.

These are really great booties - the 8W fit my feet perfectly, the color is lovely, and the comfort level is very good. Also love the little tassel on the side.

9 1/2 Wide fits somewhat large for me but are just right to fit my orthotics.

Great looking bootie especially for the holidays. I love the comfort of Vionic and it has become one of my most favorite brands. These fit nice on the ankle, not wide but not tight so they look great with leggings or skinny jeans. I am sure they would also look great with skirts and dresses.

I wear and 8-1/2 or 9, and ordered the 8-1/2 based on other reviews saying they run big. My left foot is a bit bigger than my right and they were a tiny bit short on the left out of the box, but a 9 would have been too big. I've worn them half a dozen times and they have stretched a little and they are fine. I made the right choice size-wise.

I usually wear a 9, but 9.5 fits me better in these- especially because I like to wear thin socks with them as opposed to stockings.

Love these! Wore them all day the first day I got them and then wore them to travel two days later. ONE problem is that the zipper is just big enough to set off the security in the airport!!! (I'm old enough that I don't have to take my shoes off).

Runs a half size larger, which I also found with my other Vionic shoes. I sized down to the 7.5 from my normal 8 after ordering both sizes. The heels really slipped with the 8. These are cute with skinny jeans and above the knee dresses with black tights. I wore them on Thanksgiving, standing, in the kitchen, etc. and had no problems with plantar fasciitis acting up when the day was done. This is saying a lot because I'm currently in a flare up of foot pain and I'm trying to be very careful with what I wear on my feet. I have the black and I do like the black boot with the black heel, it looks a bit more dressed up. I would wear them with no show socks and skinnies in warmer fall weather, tights with dresses, and a taller black or grey sock (Smartwool cable dress socks) with jeans if it's cold. I can see what other reviewers mean when the say the ankle hits right at the ankle and may rub, mine are okay though, but I have skinnier ankles so not an issue for me. Yay for Vionic so I can still look cute!

I have a wide foot, size 9 and thick ankles so it has been very difficult finding a pair of boots that fit and were comfortable. these are great! The heel height is very comfortable even though I typically wear flats and they have very good arch support. The boot leather around the ankle area is soft and gives, so doesn’t rub on my heel or ankle area. I got both the greige and black colors since they fit so well and were comfy.

I have a wide foot and generally wear a 7 which was a little small but I exchanged it for a 7.5 wide which fit perfectly! The arch support was very helpful. I often have problems wearing heels but these were very comfortable.

I have such a hard time finding boots for the winter. If they are nice boots, they always hurt my feet and within an hour of work, I always have to change them. Not with these boots! They are so comfortable, I forget I have heels on. They are so cute to wear with my work clothes or even with jeans. Will be buying them in another color soon. Very pricey but worth every penny.

Why do I bother trying on other brands? Just ask the great crew in the Returns Dept.! I love Vionic, they are "out of the box" comfortable and perfect for my bunion infected feet. :) If you have a foot problem, you must go with Vionic

Fit comfortably right out of the box! Olive color is a classic khaki green- I couldn't be happier! Thank you Zappos! Vionic continues to be my go to brand.

I tried the Vionic Serena and the Jolene at the same time - same size. By far, the Serena was more comfortable, although they both fit the exact same. The Serena (suede version) was more comfortable due to the suede being much softer, especially around the top front of the ankle. The stiff leather of the Jolene really digs in but the soft suede does not do that. So the Jolene is going back the Serena will stay on my feet - probably all winter long. I usually take a Munro 8 WW. In this shoe I got the 8W and it is perfect. Width is perfect and the arch is in the correct part of my foot. Very happy with this bootie.

I love these! I wore these for the first time on vacation... we walked all day and my feet didn't hurt at all by the end of the day! I have worn them several times since and they have quickly become my favorite shoe this fall. I am a fan of Vionic sandals and this is my first time purchasing any other style from this brand. I will be buying in black.
