Perfect fit!

A surprisingly VERY comfortable boot with great arch support. Worth the cost.

I work in a medical clinic and I am on my feet all day. These little boots are comfortable, very stylish, and go with everything. I can see patients all day and wear them out for drinks after work and still look cute. I have wide feet and the wide widths vionic offers are the best!

My daughter loves them saying they were extremely comfortable straight out of the box and that she could wear them all day.

Color was more of Taupe. Loved it otherwise.

Love these booties. Classic and comfy. The support is great and I’ve walked all day in them. I bought greige too and will keep both! Zappos service is excellent. I had these boots in my hands in less than 24 hours. Crazy.

I ordered three pair of ankle boots. The Vionic pair fit the best right out of the box. The Serena style is cute , (basic) but worth it for the fit for me. I love them. And really love the customer service at Zappos!

These are the best pair of boots I have ever owned! I was shocked that these didn’t have to be broken in. They were comfortable straight out of the box! I’ve received so many compliments on these, and they’re so neutral that they go with everything. I’ll be purchasing a second pair soon.

I bought these booties after seeing them on a list of shoes that are great for standing all day. After a spray with suede waterproofing the night before I wore them for much of a two day biz trip to a big, snowy, icy city. These booties were comfy both ways on the plane, looked great with biz clothes AND weathered a 1.5 mile walk on rainy streets without getting messy or activating my plantar faciatis. I was sooooo pleased with this purchase that I will probably buy another pair soon.

Love them! Have two colors!

These are the most comfortable bootie I have found. The color is so neutral and they look great with jeans and dresses. The zipper on the side makes them easy to put on and take off. The heel is wide and supportive so they are easy to walk in on all surfaces. The arch support in Vionic shoes makes them good for your feet. I have these in the grey suede and black and I wear them all winter and fall.

Beautiful shoe!!! Well made, lots of support and so comfortable! Ran a bit large for me so getting a 1/2 smaller.

Purchased as a lower heel to wear on an upcoming trip. The width was perfect (for a wide width) and as always, love the Ortho footbed if Vionic shoes. Can’t be beat!

Beautiful boot. The greige color (yes, that's Zappos descriptive color choice) isn't really beige at all. It's a darkish grey. A pretty color to be sure but not the color in the picture. Regrettably I have to return these because they are just slightly too narrow across my instep and that makes my feet go to sleep. Bummer because they are really nice.

Bought these for my 29 year-old daughter for Christmas & she loved them! She needs arch support but wants to look stylish so these were an excellent choice. I have to admit - I'm having a little tassel-envy! I have some shoes by this brand and have found them to be well-made & exceptionally comfortable. The attention to providing proper support for your feet is well worth the price.

I already owned a pair in gray and loved them so much, I decided to get the black. They are so comfortable that I can wear them all day and do a lot of walking. They look stylish with leggings, jeans or dress pants. Very comfortable.

Nice quality and looks very stylish. Very pleased with the appearance. They are comfortable. I need a wide and I wish they were slightly wider but they are still good for most wide feet and I would purchase again. I am keeping them and have been wearing them for a week. They look really nice with lots of different looks.

I purchased the Greige boot, and it is a really pretty color. Very happy with my decision to buy these lovely boots.

Best boot I ever bought!!!! Recommend!!!!

The fit was perfect in my normal size 9. I have never been able to wear a bootie before that was comfortable and I am thrilled about these!! I have really high arches and they give plenty of support. The heel is a great height without being uncomfortable to walk in! I will be getting another pair! The weather resistance is an added bonus!
