Because of the furry lining I should have ordered a half size larger. Without socks they are very comfortable and cozy. I love this shoe, I just wish I had ordered the next size up as I need socks in the winter months. Also the heel part of the fur tends to squash down when I put the shoe on. Even so, I love this shoe and the style and have worn Merrell clogs for many years.

Super cute shoe and perfect for cold feet in the winter months. They do seem to fit a little narrow. I sized up one half size which helped.

I ordered the black this is my second pair. They are a good quality shoe however wish it had a little more cushion. I most often wear a 7. I think these run a little small but it could be because of the faux sheep skin hasn't been warn in yet. I am going to look into some kind of cusioning to make it more comfortable. Took them on a trip to Seattle and they kept my feet very warm.

Very warm and comfortable shoe Would recommend

When I first put my feet in these I felt like they were a little too snug, particularly with socks, but after wearing for the last 10 days or so they have broken in nicely. They are still snug enough that I don't worry about them slipping off my feet like my old clogs but completely comfortable. I have worn them in light snow and slush and the grip has been good and my feet have stayed very, very warm. I am contemplating getting a second pair in another color!

I have purchased two of these, on my second pair now because the insole has worn out with the first pair... the shearling wool blend, dont you have replacements for the insoles??

I have had several pairs of this Encore Ice shoe and loved them. However, the sizing of the shoe has changed so much I had to donate them and buy new ones this year. Now the shoe has changed so much I can't wear it. The sole is not as firm as it was. The throat of the shoe does not support my feet so my ankles turn and my back is in a spasm. I was wearing them all day every day because they are so warm and are easy to slide my feet into. Daily wearing for a month caused me to be almost unable to walk. I stopped wearing the Encore Ice shoes for only 2 days, and I am able to walk almost painlessly. In another week or so without wearing the Encore Ice shoes, the pain and spasm should be gone. I understand Merrell has been sold, and it seems they are changing all of the good things the original Merrell company developed. The Encore Mesh 2 is a disaster also. I had to return that as well. NO support anywhere in that shoe. I've been a very loyal customer of Merrell since 2004 when I bought my first pair. I've had at least 20 pairs of the Encore mule/slide/clog in leather, suede, and mesh. The shoe that I am wearing until my back recovers is the Merrell Tacticle. Please don't ruin that one Merrell. Please wake up and restore the styles you have changed and ruined.

the suede on the toes of both shoes is already gone and i've only worn them a few times in good weather ... disappointing but otherwise a great shoe

This is my second pair of these; I wore the first pair for 4 years until they wore out - loved them. The new ones are much narrower, and very uncomfortable, although cozy and warm. I am very disappointed, as I lived in my old ones all winter. Ordered these last year, and saved them for this winter. Expensive mistake.

This is my go to winter shoe. Wear them daily while on my feet and they are terrific. Also durable. However the last pair I purchased about 90 days ago developed a very annoying squeak in the heal within days of purchase. Makes me question the quality for the first time in years. For the price I would not expect to to have such an issue.

I don't like inner sole.It roled up already first time I wear.I need buy different sole for this.Nice warm and comfortable but hard to along any kind cloths..

I like the Women's Encore Q2 Ice, but had to send two pair back because of sizing. Whenever there is shearling lining the company should state that the customer should order a size up. However, my biggest complaint is that Merrell does not offer enough of their shoes in Wide width for women. I am a perfect size 10, but with lining I could have used a Wide width. I was so excited to get a slider for winter, but that didn't happen.

A couple weeks in and I am enjoying my shoes. They are comfortable and keep my feet warm. They are easy to slip on and off, and are great in rainy weather. The color is attractive and as expected. HOWEVER, on my second time wearing the shoes, they developed an annoying squeak. I hoped it was temporary and wore them three more times before writing this review - and it hasn't gone away. It's not there all the time, but most of the time. I've tried to isolate the factors, but I am having trouble doing so. It doesn't matter if they are dry or wet, indoors or outdoors, but there is a squeak coming from the heel section of both shoes. I am frustrated after spending so much money on the shoes. I really hope it goes away.

I loved my original pair purchased 2 years ago. However the lining was not the same in this new pair. The newer type lining was slippery and didn't grip my foot like the all sherpa lining. This caused my foot to slide forward and my toes were pushed against the front of the shoe. Hope you return to the original.

The shoe fits nicely. Description says it is lined with faux shearing, but the tag on the shoe says 60% wool. I am allergic to wool so had to return them.

I have a similar slide from Merrill in an 8.5, so that's what I ordered. But with the shearling, these are too tight. Unfortunately, now they don't have the next half size up in stock anymore! Will be returning them.

So difficult to give only a 3 Star rating, agh ! Sadly must return these 2 pairs. I've been wearing the Encore or an earlier version of this slide for 16 years, always a size 6. However, this " Encore Q2 Ice " is a good half size to short in length and narrower with a very hard toe bed, ouch. No socks except perhaps very thin ones. To be fair this is a first time order for anything other than Encore, Encore Chill or Ice. I've always worn barefoot or thick winter sock, either way it's been out of the box, on the feet and go, total comfort. I've just replaced these with my usual Encore Ice and am hoping there is no change to that sizing. I dislike purchasing and returning ~ just me.
