Warm, attractive shoe that I use around the house and for casual wear. I wish it had stronger arch support.

I had a similar style of this shoe that I wore for years, which is a testament to the quality of the Merrill brand. I ordered this shoe with some hesitation but my fears were alleviated once I put the pair on. They are very comfortable and the fleece lining provides the additional advantage of warmth. The soles give me me the support I need for standing all day and the overall construction of the shoe allows for pain-walking. I'm beyond pleased with these!

I've been wearing these for years & love them. I especially love the real sheepskin lining on my older pairs. Will you ever bring it back, or make a choice of linings with non-synthetic option?

Like all Merrells, this one is comfortable. The extra fleece interior does make the fit a bit snug, compared with those without the fleece, but I think it may compress over time. If so, the fit will be perfect. The only thing that seems 'unfixable" by Merrell, or anybody else, is the bulbous crownlike toe box, shoe "shape". My guess is that this IS why the shoes are comfortable, therefore not considered a deficit. In truth, many people might prefer a less clunky "look" especially with slimmer leg pants. BUT this is a minor thing, when one is more interested in comfort and durability. Another pair of my Merrells (not this version) had a strange situation where the entire sole separated from the shoe. I glued it back on ! Given Merrell quality I was rather surprised.

Love these shoes have already bought two more pairs. They are very comfortable I am on my feet all day, my only issue is that the treads on the bottom have started to come off. Is this a common issue?

I ordered these in the dark brown , perfect fit for my size 8 . Their so comfortable my feet ache all the time so I look for warm these are great especially for really early spring and fall . Toasty . Secure on my feet to walk the only thing is o wear with a wider bottom Jean and they have a big box too look but definatly keeping .

Having purchased this brand before, I knew I would need 1/2 size larger than normal and the shoes fit me well. They are comfortable and quite warm. I have flat feet which tend to pronate, so I substitute supportive inserts and with those can wear these shoes all day without problems. I am unable to wear most shoes without discomfort, so Merrill's are a find for me.
