I use mine for riding my Harley. Breathable, reliable, water proof and comfortable.

I bought this boot in black. It is a very handsome boot! I had foot surgery and now wear an Arizona brace on one foot and need an orthotic device for the other foot. This boot accommodates my brace perfectly. The Customer Service rep told me that MOAB stands for The "Mother of ALL Boots". I would agree completely with this statement! The boot keeps me steady as I walk, as my balance has decreased since my foot surgery. The tread is great on ice and snow. I would highly recommend this boot to anyone!

I walk on concrete all day. This shoe can take it. Providing me with great fit and finish, this shoe is a much better solution for me that other work shoes priced twice as much. Lightweight too!

I bought the predecessor to this boot over a year ago and wore them almost every day winter and summer. Dry. Warm. Seams are intact. A great boot. When it is time to replace them I won't think twice and will buy this shoe.

Comfortable, easy to wear. No issues with these. Grippy soles great.

I normally wear a EEE width. These are marked wide (2E) but fit comfortably even with a thick sock. With air around your toes your feet feel warmer.

Bought them for work like the way they look and fit and they are a very comfortable shoe.

Color: dark earth. Size 10. Sizing is spot on for me. Laces are a little short to double-knot, but the laces are great in that they are "grabby" and don't require double-knotting. Good support around my heels and not too tight around the ankles. It's only been a couple of weeks so haven't exposed them to much moisture other than some light snow. Probably will require wool socks for sub-30 temps.

I rarely like mid size shoes/boots. These fit well. They are comfortable. They are holding up well to my freight delivery job. I would buy again.

Second pair of Merrell's that I have purchased. Needed boots in anticipation of tough northeast winter. Wore them with first snow and they are truly comfortable, kept my feet dry and they actually look great. Highly recommend.

I am on my second pair of these boots with a third ready to go. I need a wide toe box, these have it. I need a brown leather boot for my job as a Backcountry Ranger, these do it. I treat the leather weekly so they stay pretty water/snow proof. I put huge miles on these boots during the summer, and they are super comfortable even with my daily load and milage. The only thing that goes wrong is rubber toe cover comes unglued ( a day of Goop and that's fixed), and the upper sticking is coming apart after over 500 miles (tread is still good). I will keep wearing them until they fall off my feet!

I bought this boot two years ago. The boot have been the most comfortable and light weight boot I have ever owned. I have used this boot for everything from causal wear to multi day hikes. The water resistance is very strong. I do have one compliant, I am already needing to buy another pair of this boot because my boots are beginning to tear at the stitches. I have wore these probably 500 or more times over the past two years.

I'm the most picky person when it comes to footwear. These are perfect out of box,no break in time required. I have wide feet. I usually wear 12 in sneakers. I went with 13 Wide in this boot. Gives me extra room for a wool winter sock. The key is you need air movement around your foot to keep feet from sweating. These moab breath great,super soft leather. Only thing I would want is a gusset tongue so water doesn't sneak in through the top. Love them so much im buying 2 pair and keeping one in case they stop making them.

This boot was an absolute Godsend for my feet. From it's style to duty, It has been by far my most favorite of my previous Hiking boots. I love them so much I wear them everywhere. Hiking, Work around the house, Job, and around town. Get lots of compliments just from how stylish they look to its durable look. Definitely will be my choice of boot from now on.

Great comfortable boot but my husband said his feet sweat too much in them.

Shoe appears to be quality materials and well put together. Only reason I don't give it five stars is your shoe sizes run, narrow and fit unlike any other shoe I've ever worn. I have been at 10 1/2 shoe size of the last 45 years of my life, and yours is the first and only shoe I had to go to at 11 to fit.

They are not completely waterproof, some water is getting through at the top of the boot, not much, but enough to register with your brain that there is water getting inside. However, these boots are very comfortable and fit great as well as having very good traction.

I have several models of Merrell boots. These Adventure are the most comfortable.

These were not "out of the box comfortable" like all the other MOABs I have purchased over the years. I got them for winter and it is currently the middle of summer. I almost returned them but decided to wear them inside the house to give them a chance. After about 2 weeks of wearing them in the morning while making breakfast and taking care of a few indoor tasks, they started to feel more like a MOAB. I am keeping them and am now ready for winter.

Love these shoes. I have had two pairs back to back now. They have been comfortable and look great. The last lace hook is flimsy compared to the wider version on the standard Moabs though and has given out for me after about a year of good use each time. Fortunately, Merrel has great customer service, but I wish they would beef up that hook. I am looking to buy another replacement pair and am reluctant to buy the same shoe because I know the hook will be an issue.
