I love this shoe! Lightweight, but gives good non-slip and better support than previous versions.

Most comfortable shoe I own. I have several Merrells that I love, but this is my new favorite! More colors please!

I love these shoes! They are beautiful and comfortable and have excellent traction. I knocked one star off comfort because they are hotter than I expected for a minimal shoe.

Very comfortable. Felt like zero heal which was wonderful. I simply needed more arch support.

These are attractive shoes! I had a problem with the tongue which is assymetrica. The long side poked painfully into my ankle. A wider foot would most likely not have any trouble. My search continues.

Nice lightweight barefoot shoe, but if you need more support in the sole this will not work for you. The minimalist tongue is a plus.

Fits true to size. Has lots of room in the toe box which is nice. These are the most comfortable running/trail shoes I’ve ever had. They feel like an extra sock is on me and I like the zero drop heel. I wish I would have bought something like this sooner. A must have for trail running or just around town!

These are the most comfortable trail shoes/short hike shoes ever. I just ordered a second pair for backup in case they become unavailable. They are NOT, however, very durable. I use very rugged trails and within a couple weeks the outer layer of mesh scratched and revealed the inner layer which is lighter. They are holding together but can see that eventually they will come apart in other places. This also happened with the previous version of the trail glove whose laces unraveled and they came apart at at the sole. The new lacing/tongue system is wonderful and I love it.

Caution!!! Order at least a full size bigger than your usual size. I’m usually a reliable size 9.5. I ended up sending back the 9.5 and swapped for a 10. Even the 10 was too small and I re-ordered again to a 10.5, which is comfortable. Having said that, this is an excellent minimalist trail running shoe! It’s comfortable to run in and seems to provide a bit more protection (padding) up front versus in the heel of the shoe. This assists with a proper forefoot emphasis and helps keep pounding force off the heel. I’m actually considering buying a second pair so that, when I need another pair, I can reliable get it. I find Merrell changes their style frequently.

These were surprisingly long on me. I’m usually an 8 (what I ordered) in any shoe after having gained some weight but not in these. It’s possible that they’re wider than most mediums. Anyhow these fit me like an 8 1/2. Not sure if you’re supposed to wear socks but that didn’t solve the problem and I’d hate to wear socks with these anyway because they’re too warm. I don’t think I’m a big fan of this mesh fabric. Do note that the tongue is attached only on one side (I like it) and also note that these aren’t barefoot. If you’re looking for arch support and a less cumbersome sneaker you should really consider these, especially for winter. Regarding the color, it’s just like in Zappos’s pic- I got the maroon/red/pink. I’m a serious Merrell fan and one of the reasons are the more sophisticated colors they use. And the combo of these reds with the pink and the warm tan/light brown bottom is very very nice. Keep em comin, Merrell! Also FYI I’ll pay more for better quality fabric. And Zappos, you are simply the best, as always :-)

I wear a 7.5 in brooks glycerin17. A 7.5 fit in these also. A 7 would be fine if you planned on not wearing socks. I have hip pain and I'm trying to find the best drop/differential that prevents aggravating it. These felt great but I am returning because they are too flat/0 drop and my hip pain increased.
